Salt Ayre Beach House Retreat è una lussuosa casa al mare in stile contemporaneo in grado di ospitare da 8 a 10 persone. Le caratteristiche includono una moderna cucina in granito con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ampio soggiorno open space, 3 bagni in granito, 2 ampie camere da letto matrimoniali private al piano superiore, ognuna con i propri lettori TV / DVD, bagno privato, aria condizionata e balcone. 2 camere da letto si trovano al piano inferiore, 1 camera con un letto matrimoniale, la seconda camera ha due letti singoli e aria condizionata. Una terza stanza al piano inferiore ha una TV e giochi da tavolo per il divertimento di tutta la famiglia. L'accogliente soggiorno ha una TV PLASMA, un lettore DVD stereo, un tavolo da pranzo moderno e ventilatori a soffitto. Esci sugli ampi ponti in legno per goderti una grande SPA riscaldata, un barbecue, una cena all'aperto, sedie a sdraio, perfettamente progettata per intrattenere o rilassarti.

Goditi la tranquillità di questa bellissima isola. Essere circondato dalla fauna selvatica naturale e dalla flora nativa. Segui i percorsi a piedi attraverso i dintorni di una boscaglia naturale per esplorare i 27 km di spiagge di sabbia bianca. Trova il tuo superbo posto per la pesca o semplicemente oziare al sole e rilassarsi.
Per i più energici, le biciclette e una canoa sono incluse nella casa per esplorare l'isola. Opuscoli sono a casa per prenotare un volo in idrovolante, South Stradbroke Tours o è possibile prenotare un taxi d'acqua per le attività sulla terraferma e i parchi a tema locali.
Il nuoto è disponibile sia in acque calme che in spiagge da surf (2 km a piedi o in bicicletta fino alla spiaggia del surf. TUTTE le aree di nuoto non sono pattugliate da bagnini).
Il ristorante e il bar sono disponibili presso il Couran Cove Resort accanto alla zona residenziale. (600 metri a piedi).

We had a long weekend at this amazing property. It was child/teenager friendly. The host was very helpful. The house was really clean. Their was so much to do in a close proximity. Best to have your own water transport if you want to explore around the waterways. Otherwise relax and unwind on the beautiful deck or in the spa.

Had a great time away with family. Pick up from the marina was a nice extra not having to lug everything to the house. House is huge with plenty of room for everyone. Spa was great. Nice and quiet with a lot of wildlife.

We had a great weekend here with our sons and some of their mates. It was easy to get around on foot or on the bikes provided and there was plenty of things to do to keep them busy. The house has plenty of room so everyone can find themselves a place to chill. The spa and back deck were great. We'll be back!

Such a beautiful house - the photos don’t do it justice. The host’s were lovely and really responsive. Huge house, perfect for a large group. Perfect location, great facilities with the bikes and canoes. The deck and spa is amazing.

The hosts of the property were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, they were great at communicating when booking and made sure we had everything arranged for our stay.
The home was absolutely beautiful, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Was so peaceful waking up every morning and seeing the wallabies right out our door. We will 100% be back.

A great getaway
Our family of 6 had a fabulous week away at Salt Ayres. The house was just as described and more than large enough for 6 adults. Communication with the owner was excellent. We can't wait to return!

Perfect location, beautiful house!
Salty Ayre is perfectly located at Couran Point. A lovely walk across the grass to the pontoon, and plenty of things to do for a weekend get away. The house was beautifully designed with an amazing living area, rolling into the deck. Protected nicely from the sea breezes. Highly recommend Salty Ayre!

The Most Relaxing Getaway
We booked this beautiful property for a quick getaway for my mother’s birthday and it was the best getaway we’ve ever had (including international travelling… I know!)
The location of the property is perfect, so close to the jetty and canal, far enough away from other properties besides the house behind which was empty anyway.
Every morning was a joy to wake up to wallaby’s bouncing over the land either side of the property and faintly heading the waves crashing from the surf beach.
The amenities are everything you could need or want and the house is the perfect size. The outdoor spa just tops everything off and the perfect way to end the day after fishing, boating/jet skiing or bike riding around the island. The owners were extremely helpful, attentive and communicative especially with our reservation being hindered by a snap lockdown but Suzy was amazing and quick to work out a solution and help our getaway get back on track.
If you’re reading this and considering booking this property just do it! You won’t regret it.

Island getaway
The house is very clean, fabulous layout for privacy to gathering areas. Everything you need from all kitchen utensils to. Cupboard full of games. And bikes to explore. Communication with the host was always prompt and very clear on what’s needed for your stay

Lovely Getaway
We had an incredibly positive experience with the house! The house was lovely with space to accommodate a group of nine people comfortably with enough beds and sitting spaces! Suzy and Mark were very helpful and made the process super easy for us too! The only thing that caught us a little off guard at the start was that the house is on an island that you need to catch a water taxi to get there, but that added to the adventure! Absolutely amazing though, so thank you!

Relaxing Getaway
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Salt Ayre Beach House. It was such an awesome property for 2 families holidaying together. The house and property itself is just so beautiful and really well equipped. The bikes were a great way to explore the island. Suzy made the whole process so easy and was quick to answer any questions I had leading up to our stay. I highly recommend this place if your looking for accommodation on South Stradbroke and we would not hesitate in going back and staying here again as we loved the place!

Fabulous Second stay at Salt Eyre
Salt Eyre is our go-to place to stay on South Stradbroke Island. Our teenage sons and their friends meet up in the school hols here and they always have a great time as the beach, in the pool or just riding around with the included bikes. We also enjoy it as the house is very comfortable and with two en-suites and a third bathroom is big enough for two families to stay. The spa is an additional attraction and we certainly enjoyed relaxing in the afternoons on the big outside deck. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty of island time
Fantastic location with just a short walk to the water, literally all you need to bring is what you want to wear and eat and drink. Everything is there just like at home plus more. Very safe for families with small children, completely fenced in

Perfect getaway
Great getaway, house was perfect for us and handy to family and friends staying at resort be able to walk over . House was clean and had pretty much everything we needed (maybe bathmats would be good but we got by) which was great as you cannot get anything on island and the bottle of champagne went done very nice thank you Check in was a breeze with mark meeting us at jetty but no mention of check out process anywhere but we arrange help so wasn’t really needed in the end. It was a great house we will be back as a great family destination

Ahh Couran Cove
We had such a relaxing stay. Plenty of room for the family to move around, kids had their own bedrooms and the spa is just that added piece of luxury. Even comes with your own boat mooring which although is not part of the house the pick up facilities when you get there is a very welcome inclusion.

The home is immaculately presented, clean and spacious.
The owners went above and beyond, even to the point of coming to collect us and personally take us to the water taxi because it was raining (which less than 100mtrs away!)

Relaxing stay
Beautiful property in a nice location, house was spacious and clean with great facilities. Caretaker Shane was friendly and helpful we really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it

Great place to stay
Fantastic house to stay for two families with everything you need for a fabulous holiday. We caught a water taxi over and Shane the caretaker met us at the marina with a 4WD and took our food/ luggage to the house which is only 150m away. He then explained all the house details (how to use hot water/ spa etc). It was a very relaxed trip for us - although there is a house right in front, it was vacant during our stay and we spent a lot of time watching the wallabies jump past, reading on the back deck and enjoying the private spa. Bikes are included so the children enjoyed cycling into the Couran Cove Resort and using the amenities. All in all a wonderful stay - thank you.

Peaceful, relaxing and lovely holiday house!
We had a lovely short stay, with excellent support from our host and greeter on Day 1. The kitchen had everything needed, furnishings were great and the hot tub and deck furnishing were lovely. We used the bikes often to visit the resort, beach and sunset viewings. Thank you for the pump and tools to change the seat height. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. I would say though, that the website photos need updating as they do not represent the house immediately on the boundary. As it was vacant it was fine for us. Thank you.

Good!
House was great! Plenty of room for two families. We wish we realized the neighbours were so close. It was ok for them to party on and keep us awake until early hours of the morning but when we returned the favor they called the owner to make a complaint. We couldn’t even sit on the back deck and enjoy some easy listening music without them yelling out the window to please turn the music off. (It was 9pm and only two songs played). I wish I could say that we enjoyed ourselves but unfortunately this situation ruined our Christmas holiday.
