. It was such a perfect place for us. The outside space was so big and beautiful. We loved the games room there was plenty to keep all 10 of us occupied . The kids particularly enjoyed the pool and the bikes. Francois was very helpful and a super host.

The property is spacious and incredibly well equipped, with everything you could wish for.
The games room was a huge asset and the boys were in there whenever they were not in the pool or out at the beach. A choice of two great boulangeries within five minutes and many great restaurants in easy reach. Our party was two grandparents, two sets of of parents and four boys aged eight to twelve, and it could not have been more perfect for us. Our host visited several times to make sure everything was OK.

Actually I should not really tell about our stay at this little paradise because we want to keep it to ourselves! Everything is perfect, an amazing property, a wonderful house, great pool, so much space and pure nature and a very very friendly host! We felt at home right away and we will definitely be back! If you want complete peace, no people around you and just enjoy this beautiful spot on earth then this is the right place for you.

Upon arriving my mother said "It's adequate." :)
No really, this is a wonderful place to spend your family vacation. The main house is beautiful and cosy, there's a large pool, a huge well tended garden and a barn equipped with billard, table tennis, darts, and so on. Also, there are plenty of bycicles to get croissants from the bakery in the mornings or to ride to the sea. Mr. Jaminet gave us a warm welcome and was always helpful, for example when we ran out of crushed ice for mojitos.
What we loved most (apart from the pool) was the terrace with a huge table for the family meals and evenings. We left with a bit of sadness and the promise to come back.

Wow, what a place! The accomodation and location were just terrific. We didn't want to leave and on most days we didn't!! There was more than enough to satisfy our party over the course of the week and of course with the Olympics as well, we were in Heaven.
A huge thanks to Francois and his wife who opened their property up to us....we feel very lucky to have experienced such a break.
We do hope that future guests enjoy themselves as much as we did.

Just spent a perfect week at that wonderful location. There's not a single "yota" to complain about (from the warm welcome to the facilties of the house) Everything was just perfect! The house has everything it takes for spending wonderful vacation. Especially the pool and the "Ecurie" were the kid's most favourite places.
Who knows maybe we will be back again some time!

We came here with our Four Children, their wives/husband and 8 month old baby.
Francois met us in the lovely village of Clohars Carnoet and we followed him to Tromaro. Upon approaching the house along the well manicured green tree lined drive we were overwhelmed! The house which was immaculately clean, was even lovelier than pics portray - cool inside when hot outside with ample equipment, everything we needed. We spent most of the time outside as the pool was warm at all times, the decking area with the large flower pots and sun loungers/quite sitting sections with shades if required was just perfect. There is a wooden deck walk way to the games barn which was ideal to walk across when the morning due was still on the grass. The barn was very well equipped with games such as table tennis, pool, air hockey, darts and even a Sauna which was a real surprise! There is a large selection of bicycles and we did take advantage and went for lovely bike rides through the quite lanes and forestry, the fragrences
we took in were subtle and sweet. We visited Le Poldhu and Carnac and enjoyed these visits to the coast immensely and
took a ride to find King Arthurs last resting place !
We consider this property and location to be the best we have stayed in/visited and would 100% love to come back again!

We were so fortunate to find this property to spend a week celebrating my birthday. We were six adults and six 20 year olds, so it was brilliant having the two separate properties to give each generation some space.
This property is even more beautiful than it appears in the photos - everything is top quality, from the interior furnishings to the pool and garden, and it was extremely comfortable. There was so much to do just on the property, with the pool, the decked terrace and the games room, but also the sea was a 15 minute cycle away and we had great fun on the bikes.
The property is quiet and secluded, and Francois has thought of everything. The beds are comfortable, the outdoor chairs and sun-loungers are bliss, the kitchen is extremely well supplied and ample for 12 people, and the awning over the outdoor table meant we could eat out in the shade or even if it was raining.
Francois was very professional and was very good at responding to my queries promptly.
This is quite simply the best property in France I have ever rented, and we're already thinking up an excuse to come back next year. I wish I could give it 6 stars!

This is a wonderful and secluded family holiday house with a very well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. It sits in 2 acres of mown grass which is perfect for family activities with a slide and swing for toddlers and a games barn perfect for rainy days. Outside the house is a large deck, a perfect place for toddlers to play, with a gas BBQ and a variety of chairs, tables, sofas and loungers. We were spoilt for choice as to where we sat! The swimming pool has an user friendly retractable cover and, alternatively, the lovely beach at Le Pouldu is about 10 minutes drive and there are also tennis courts nearby. Clohars Carnoet is perfect for all your daily shopping needs and even sells fresh fish if you haven't time to go down to Doelan on the coast.
Francois couldn't have been more welcoming and kindly met us to lead us to the property as it is initially hard to find and efficiently organised our requests for cots and highchairs. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We spent a wonderful week at this property in July 2015. We were 9 people; 5 adult and 4 teenagers and still felt we had plenty of space both in the garden and pool but also inside the house. The house is extremely well equipped with lots of amenities for example the out-door barbeque was used a lot. The property is privately located which is good when you have kids playing football which sometimes get noisy. The separate house with all games was perfect and the teenagers was thrilled about this. There are plenty of small picturesque villages to explore in the close neighborhood. Fantastic beaches where you can try surfing.
We had a fantastic week in this house and we hope to be able to revert back at some point.

We arrived very late at night and Francois came to greet, direct and welcome us to the property.
The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed but it was the facilities and equipment outside which really excelled. There were 2 gas bbq's and a large table with ample chairs for outside eating. The heated swimming pool proved a big hit for both children and adults, and the games room provided perfect evening entertainment. The range of bicycles was impressive and everything was of high quality. The grounds and gardens were very quiet and relaxing so there was something for everyone.
Beaches and shops were excellent and close by.
We can highly recommend the property, facilities and location. It exceeded all our expectations. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

A beautiful holiday home with ample facilities to keep children of every age happy.
We were welcomed warmly by the owner with a selection of local specialities and the children were soon swimming happily in the beautifully warm (a constant 30 degrees) pool.
The house was well equipped with modern kitchen and bathrooms, and ample sitting/relaxing space for all both outside and in.
The local village, Clohars-Carnoet, is well socked with provisions (baker, butcher, charcutier, small supermarket and poissonier during the mornings). The nearest beach is at Le Pouldu and we had some lovely afternoons there, it's big enough without being overwhelming. Fresh catch from the boats can also be found each afternoon at Doelan nearby.
We had a great week and although the area is not teeming with attractions, it doesn't need to be because you hardly need to leave the house. The grounds are ample, with plenty of space to play, and the games room 'stable' offers lots more fun options.
Overall, a brilliant house that we would warmly recommend to any families looking for a relaxing, poolside break in Brittany.
