Bella Cottage Emerald Isle sulla 2ª Linea con giardino costruita in terra piscina! Questo cottage splendidamente nominato è a pochi passi da una delle più belle spiagge della costa di cristallo. This is the second time we have stayed at the house and the location is perfect. We enjoy the pool and being a very short walk to the beach (not even 100 yards) is nice. This house is usually our top choice for visiting.

The was a great stay. The pool was wonderful each afternoon and the proximity to the beach meant I didn't have to lug everything at once. Super quiet beach because of the location. And this is it's only negative is that you have to travel a little further to get to the shops and services. Overall a wonderful place. We'll be back!

The home is perfect Beautifully decorated and it is in an Amazing location. Our stay could not of been better. The host was so kind at check in and when the washer broke the maintenance was incredible offering to come right away to fix it Once realizing it needed to be replaced and couldn't do it until the next morning he brought us extra towels He even offered to wash our clothes at a commercial site. The pool was cleaned while we were and was wonderful to have for the kids to play in. Thank you for a wonderful beach vacation!!!!!!!

We had an amazing stay at this house. Check-in was simple, house was clean and perfect for the 8 of us. Two teens and two children one 11 and one 8 loves the house especially the pool. Location is perfect, great beach access and no crowds. Looking forward to booking at the same house in the future.

The house is really cute, very close to the beach! It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. We were able to bring our beagle with us and the fenced in area around the pool was very nice for him.

We had a beautiful, multi-generational family vacation here. The house was comfortable with a great floor plan with space for togetherness and alone time as needed. The fenced in pool was a dream as there was some bad weather and the beach wasn’t easy to access. We really appreciated the pet friendliness, and ease of the check in and check out process. We would stay again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy beach house. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. Especially loved the larger dining table to accommodate us all. The proximity from the house to the beach access was awesome! We would definitively look at staying here again.

Spacious, excellently maintained home. Easy beach access and large clean pool. First floor is open and great for family time. Very cool second floor “hangout” loft for the teens. Our entire group had a wonderful time. You will not be disappointed with this property.

Overall, the house was well maintained and clean, well equipped, easy beach access and great pool. There were a few areas that could be addressed such replacing the mattress in the Master suite, water pressure was a little low and the outdoor shower needs some TLC. We had a great week and would definitely consider renting this house again in the future.

Wonderful family vacay and the house, amenities, and kitchen essentials were great…maybe not super baby kid friendly with all the openness, but we enjoyed.
Only negatives…..the smoke alarm went off continuously and had to be disconnected. The umbrellas are too heavy for the tables, and one blew out out with no wind or storm and was a bit much. Whenever we responded to any needs, they were on it with the utmost care, promptness, and efficiency. The pool was an added bonus. All in all, 5/5.

The house was beautiful - so spacious, clean, bright and cheery, and with just about everything we needed. The pool and fenced in yard was immaculate and fabulous. Plentiful parking, quiet neighborhood, very easy walk to the beach - and the beach was clean, private, and very nice. We will definitely plan to come back again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location was great for a non-oceanfront property and the pool was a great change of pace. The upstairs queen could use a new mattress, but would probably be fine for a single individual. All the other beds were in great shape. Kitchen was cozy, but we loved serving food through the window to family sitting outside. The kids acted as the servers. 😂

The pictures represented this house very well, very clean, very colorful, nice lay out, and loved the location and the pool. Our service guy, Aaron, was prompt and polite. We had an issue with water pressure in the kitchen faucet, fixed that day! Came back to fix a hole in a piece of wood on the patio and cleaned the pool each time he came. Lovely area, easy to book, good communication, loved the house!

Our family had a great trip. The listing is extremely accurate. Beach access is just one lot over across the street. I can tell that PDL takes great pride in caring for their properties based on the cleanliness and how well kept everything in the house was. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We traveled as a family of 4. All over 20 and 1 four legged family member. We loved this place. The house is super clean and exactly as advertised. The beach access is literally just a few steps away from you. The beach was not crowded and was so peaceful. As far as the property manager, Joyce was truly great from beginning to end. We had an amazing family vacation and are so appreciative.

Had a great time at the house. Location was perfect, with a short walk (very short) to the beach. Great beach view, and having the pool and ability to bring our pet were all great. Joyce allowed us early check in just in case the weather wasn't permitting which came in handy as we were able to enjoy the beach an extra afternoon. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely week-long stay! The house was perfect for our group of two families, and we loved the location - *very* close to the beach access points. Our favorite amenity was the spacious pool, which was very well-maintained (the maintenance/pool gentleman was incredibly responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue with the pump/filter after a storm came through) !

My wife and I just had a wonderful week here with our kids (5, 7, and 8) and our little dog. Really fun, stylish property. Comfortable beds and a nice pool. Great location on the narrow part of the island with views of both the ocean and the sound. Super close to the beach access - almost as close as oceanfront. It was pleasant working with PDL, too. We're already planning to book again next year!

The house is really interesting, cool colors, windows all around. The beds were very comfortable, linen was good quality. The kitchen was a bit small, but worked fine for our needs. Proximity to the beach was great, just across the street. It was unseasonably cool during our stay, which caused the pool to be a bit chilly. The pool area was very nice and the pool itself was clean/well-maintained. We would stay at this property again without hesitation. Joyce was prompt and easy to work with throughout.

The house and location are fabulous.
The home is very nice. If you plan on using the kitchen bring your own cooking and prepping tools. There is a very nice gas grill for cooking out on the upper deck. I found it perfect because I had no intention of doing that on vacation. We ate out at fabulous local restaurants during our visit. The beach access is just across the street. It is a 2 minute walk. The pool was extremely enjoyable. The deck is large enough for everyone. Relaxing on the fabulous decks front and back had great views. Very quiet perfect for families.

Nifty House With GORGEOUS Views All-around!
This house is beautiful on the outside, brightly colorful on the inside, and magnificently situated on a narrower part of Bogue Banks about 100 yards from both the ocean and the sound. Gorgeous water views everywhere you walk in the house. Beach access is only 1 lot away. The inside has a nifty design giving a fun open two-story feel. TV's in every bedroom with a large screen in the living room. Wi-Fi worked perfectly and there is a good selection of puzzles and games. We were a bit disappointed only that the pool was covered, as the weather was absolutely perfect. Appliances and kitchen supplies are adequate but basic; you'll need to bring any "specialty" items, aluminum foil/etc., and cleaning materials. Overall my husband, daughter, pup, and I had a fantastic stay and would rent again.
