The welcome meal was so delicious and a true treat after a long travel day. I wish I would have had more days to order catering. Again, we only have positive things to say! 🌴😀

Improvements suggested. Pool cold compared to ocean.not usable. Hot tub on list but not there. Sheets of poor quality cannot slide. Beds too high up for short people. Good response by Justin. All in all on ok stay.

We were a group of 10...2 stayed in the rental next door...we all fit for deck time, meals and general hanging out. Internet worked for many users at all different times. The bedrooms worked out great: 2 couples were young and 2 couples were looking at retirement and we all had enough privacy so everyone was comfortable. Our water time was spent mostly at Caine Bay (10/15 minutes down the road) where it was easy in and out while offering good snorkeling for learners. The house welcome all in our group: diver, lounger, reader, swimmer, sports watcher, news junkie, sun chaser...a thumbs up form all of us.

We rented this house to spend the holidays with our children and grandchildren, and the 9 of us could not have had a better experience. It was wonderful!!! Communication with Stephanie and Austin was great, found them both to be very responsive. The house is in a gated community in a central location. We felt safe and it was easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. The house was very spacious, allowing the 9 of us private spaces, as well as the space to be together as a family. The full dinner waiting for us upon our arrival was the perfect touch. Tired from our travels we feasted on a delicious chicken dinner, complete with rum punches for the adults and fruit punch for the kids. They also had beer, wine and water chilling in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and the grill, while finicky in a stiff breeze, was fine. We enjoyed the upper porch with its comfortable furniture, cooling breezes, endless ocean views, and the incredible night sky. Even though we went to a different beach every day, we still used the pool quite a bit. Even borrowed some fishing poles from a local friend and fished standing in the water right in front of the house. When Austin offered us a late check out, we went for it. Meant we didn't have to be out first thing in the morning which was very helpful and appreciated, especially since everyone had afternoon flights. We made many wonderful memories during our visit to Villa Santa Cruz and everyone would welcome a return visit.

We traveled with a total of four couples and found the house to be extremely accommodating. Plenty of space to spread out for privacy and spending time together. We enjoyed the upper porch with comfortable chairs for each of us to relax and take in the endless views. The house is located in a central place on the island which allowed easy travel to daytime excursions. We were able to snorkel in front of the house and as long as you have water shoes the beach was fun to explore. We saw stingrays and turtles from the pool deck which was a bonus. Austin, the house manager, was a delight to work with and Chef J provided a welcome meal and yummy rum punch. We hired her for two additional meals, they were affordable and delicious. An abundance of food was enjoyed for days, the deserts were enough to have at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I can’t say enough good things about communication with Austin and Chef J. The house is situated so that the pool gets morning sun and half of the pool is sunny until late afternoon. You won’t be able to see any sunrises or sunsets from the poolside but the views and ocean waves make up for it. We found everything to be clean, although the pictures in the listing are a little misleading in terms of “newness”. All of the furnishings are well worn and some could use some updating (lamp shades in master had mold in them). The master AC didn’t cool the room, we chose to sleep with the windows open and the waves lulled us to sleep.

We rented this place in mid December with two other couples and could not have had a better experience. As a nice touch the property manager met us at the airport so we could follow him to the house. Waiting for us there was an amazing full dinner as well as a great desert, bottle of rum, bottle of wine, fruit juice for rum punch and bottled water. Arriving late in the day to an island unfamiliar to us, we really appreciated this. The house was immaculately clean and very modern. Everything we needed was there. The location is in a gated community and felt very safe. There are neighbors but the backyard/pool area is completely private. The views were unbelievable from any of the ocean facing windows. No place is perfect so there are a few things to note. Cell coverage is spotty at best but the internet was decent. I am not sure if it was due to the wind but we couldn't get the outdoor grill to heat up enough to cook anything even with the cover closed. We also couldn't get the air conditioners to cool the bedrooms much but we didn't ask the manager for help and the ocean breezes at night were better anyway. You really can't swim at the beach due to the rocks and shallow water, but if the waves are calm enough to swim beyond the breakers, the snorkeling is pretty good. Overall, I can't recommend this house enough and hope to be back.

The property is a great place. Lots of room, en-suite bathrooms are awesome. Bedrooms are good size. Gym is really good albeit a bit rusty in places. Treadmill needs work or replaced. The pool is beautiful and clean. Only problem is it only gets half sun throughout the day. The little beach is more usable than previously thought. Be careful when getting into the pool the entrance is very slippery.

This spacious house is located just out of the city in a gated private community. It has a large veranda upstairs to sit out and watch the sea turtles in the surf and to star gaze at night. The house was well equipped for cooking in when you didn’t want to travel out to eat. Chef Juliana prepared our arrival meal. It’s was amazing and much needed after a day of travel. Austin, the caretaker, met us at the airport so we could follow him to the house. That was a help since we needed to get used to driving on the opposite side of the road. Overall, the house met our needs and then some. The pool was warm and relaxing. And we old people found our inner child and trash talked a few rounds of pool in the evenings. We’d definitely stay here again when we travel back to St Croix.

Very lovely property! Love the ocean right outside! We all had our own bedrooms and baths, a plus! Secure and safe. Austin, the caretaker was very helpful and pleasant. Would stay there if I go there again. Beautiful Villa❤️

All our interactions with Stephanie, our host, were professional, informative and timely. She responded quickly and in detail to our many questions leading up to our stay. We were a three generation family group of eight including two teenagers. All had a great time in the house and in St. Croix in general. We have rented houses on both Florida coasts, in the Outer Banks, in Virginia beach and in the hills of Western Maryland. Villa Santa Cruz was the best of the lot. It was spacious, clean, well-equipped and with great views. It was, in short, exactly as advertised. The terrific pool was actually much larger than it appears in the photos. Austin, the property manager, was responsive and charming. An unexpected bonus which took the whole week to another level was Chef Juliana. Stephanie advised us of her availability to cater to the house and boy did we take advantage of the opportunity. A welcome meal was provided and ultimately we had Chef "J" prepare three more dinners. All were amazing both in quantity and quality. All in all, a great experience we can recommend to others with enthusiasm!

We had several generations that stayed very comfortably in this house. Austin and Chef J were fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Truly, the nicest welcome we've ever had and anytime we called, Austin responded almost immediately. There were a few things that I would double check about (if they are important to you). The generator was not working the entire week we were there; we only lost power twice, and for a short period of time. If that's important to you, I'd make sure it had been serviced. The kitchen stove/oven needed a good service, it was taking a long time to heat & on the front left burner and making the house smell of gas every time we used it. We had to open doors to keep the gas fumes down. Lastly, the indoor bath towels could stand to be replaced, several of them smelled moldy (which is probably somewhat due to the humidity and climate). We also needed a couple of extra beach towels, as there was literally one per person. Additionally, the main primary bedroom (top floor left) had a good mattress,the other two primary bedrooms had fairly lumpy mattresses.Lastly, our 3,4&13 year old kids played in the idyllic pool a ton-- they did however all get pretty painful rashes. Several of the adults had itching skin after the pool and we are wondering if it isn't a different chemical used on the island.We were happy with our stay, there were just some wonky things that perhaps were deferred due to the house being up for sale.

There were 7 of us. The 4 ensuites fit us perfectly. We enjoyed the pool, billiards, workout room, outside seating, barbecue, view and room to either congregate or not. The Villa was well stocked with basics and they provided us with a great catered meal the first day.

Spent the week here in June with the family, including teens and small children. House was perfect and a hit with everyone - great for gathering and spending time together but plenty of privacy when needed. Pool and the beach were both great. Some truly awesome snorkeling right off the beach from the house though a little tricky getting out but totally doable and worth it - amazing corals, reef fish, turtles, nurse sharks, etc. The Columbus landing beach nearby was also lovely and pretty much empty. Having a meal waiting for us when we arrived was unexpected and so wonderful after a day of travel. Would definitely stay here again with a large group. Thank you!

The house was just as beautiful as shown in pics. It was definitely the most well stocked home of any vacation rental we’ve ever had. Absolutely had everything we needed. Gorgeous views. Pool was nice!

Location was great. On the water with a beach within walking distance & some good snorkeling. Area felt safe & secure. Was within 20-25 minutes from Christiansted. Austin was so nice & helpful. He met us at the airport to guide us to the villa & was so patient with us while we stopped at a grocery store to pick up supplies. Chef Juliana cooked us dinner the night of our arrival & it was fabulous! Couldn't have asked for anything more other than cell service or more wifi. Would definitely love to come back one day

Stephanie and Austin are great. This property is very beautiful and accommodating for a large group. Something for everyone to do. Check-in and check-out was simple. Bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms were perfect. Pool or beach right out the back door. Hope to make it back there again someday.

This was a long-awaited trip to the US Virgin Islands. Finding Villa Santa Cruz-after another property required repairs and became unavailable-was a thrill! The property was presented with amazing accuracy, the process to secure a reservation was easy, and the host provided excellent and welcoming information in advance! Our stay was perfect and the villa offered comfort and spacious luxury. The manager was extremely responsive and helpful when needed. St Croix was the dream we imagined and offers more than we could begin to do in a week. We hope to return in the future and Villa Santa Cruz will be at the top of our list!!

Spent 3 weeks at Villa Santa Cruz. Beautiful, well maintained property centrally located on St. Croix. Kitchen and great room with veranda overlooking the pool and ocean were perfect! Outdoor grill space and workout room were a bonus. Property managers were super attentive and friendly. Great stay!!!

If you are looking for the perfect peaceful spot, this is it! We saw sea turtles and sting rays everyday. We enjoyed dinner from Chef J our first night with delicious rum punch!

This home with 4 bedrooms all having private bathrooms is very comfortable for a large family. We had 3 generations and all had plenty of private space. The open great room is perfect for getting together. The views and privacy can’t be beat. Great Vacation Spot.

The property was spectacular, even better than we expected. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The beach and reef access was a huge plus and we snorkeled a ton. Lots of sea turtles and rays that you could watch from the pool! Austin was so helpful and they had a delicious meal waiting when we arrived. Will definitely be returning as soon as possible. Highest possible recommendation!

Beautiful villa with many amazing vistas. Lots of space for three couples to spread out although we spent most of our time on the upper veranda with an amazing view of the ocean.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Santa Cruz. The property was exactly as advertised (if not better). Austin met us at the airport and escorted us to the property and Chef Jay made us two delightful meals. Our entire family would not hesitate to return to this wonderful property.

We had a group of 8 adults for our trip to St. Croix. Our stay at Villa Santa Cruz was epic! The house was fantastic! Plenty of room for all of us to hang out together for dinners, on the patio for coffee or cocktails and down at the pool. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need. Loved the BBQ area outside. It's a great house to just hang out and enjoy the incredible views. On a clear day you can see St. John and St. Thomas. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the pool was wonderful - we brought floaties but there were some available to borrow as well. We so appreciated the coolers and beach chairs available to borrow for a couple of excursions we took to some different beaches. The beach right behind the house is rocky but still totally doable with appropriate footwear. So much fun looking for shells! We loved seeing the Eagle Rays - we had three that visited most mornings and evenings to feed - so fun to watch! The marine life is great - fun to snorkel - a bit sketchy because of the waves at times and watch out for the sea urchins! Austin was incredibly gracious and met us at the airport upon our arrival so we could follow him back to the house. Driving on the left side of the road is an adventure for sure! You really should rent a car though - makes getting around the island so much eaiser. Beware of GIANT potholes in the road! We had asked Juliana to make us a special dinner on our first night to celebrate a couple of anninversaries - DELICIOUS!!! We had leftovers for days and days! Exploring the island is easy and fun. Just get in the car and drive! We did the Buck Island Tour - MUST DO FOR SURE. Golfing at The Reef (course is a bit rough, but still beautiful and a nice little 9-hole course). Point Udall and a hike. Lunch at The Landing - blackened tuna bites - YUMMY! Rainbow Beach (we found a little secluded spot that was amazing). Rented kayaks at Salt River marina. It's so easy to do all the things OR just sit and watch the ocean. Truly one of the best vacations we've ever taken. This was our first visit to St. Croix, but I can guarantee it won't be the last. Book this house! You won't regret it!

A beautiful, well designed house perfect for a group. The location was great with a large pool and a perfect kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. The property manager Austin, was extremely responsive. We also had a meal prepared by Julianna which was excellent. Can’t wait to go back!!

Villa Santa Cruz – 11/19-26/22 The Villa is in a good location, north central, and was clean and well maintained. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and we enjoyed watching the waves role in from the many northside windows. The special attributes exceeding our expectations were Austin, the Property Manager, meeting us at the airport to lead us to the Villa and then explain all the details; the hors d’oeuvres provided by the owner; Austin’s wife, Chef Jay, catered three of our meals including a full Thanksgiving dinner, all arriving on time, well prepared, hot and ready to eat. The home is spacious with 4 BRs, a den, a large kitchen, dining area and family room, a nice size pool, pool table and exercise room. The generator was needed periodically and worked well. The owner and staff were very responsive. We would definitely want to stay there again.

Owners and property managers were so amazing! They went the extra mile to ensure 2 ladies had an unforgettable birthday. I’m hoping to book annually 😁
