PERFECT: 40751 Meadow Ln, Palm Desert
Our family has started a wonderful tradition of taking a week off around Christmas to spend some time together. This place was perfect. Easiest checking we ever had. Just put in the key code and we were in. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The pool was perfect. All the amenities were at our disposal. Wonderful restaurants are a short distance away. Even the dog was depressed when we had to leave... :)

This place was fantastic. It was clean and perfect. The pool was great and it was dog friendly. Check in process was super easy and the property manager was great about answering questions. there are a lot of trails to go for runs and it was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

Respite from the storm
I brought my Mom (76), two sisters (50) and my daughter (7) to this lovely home for a 5 day escape from Minnesota winter getaway and it was just what wet needed to reboot. The people who handled us from booking to checkout were more than patient and professional. The house was perfect for us and that pool/hot tub combo in that sanctuary of a back yard was all that we hoped for. Honestly, we were so happy to be in water and sunshine that we never left, had all our needs delivered to us which was also another bonus to the area.

Perfect home for our visit!
We had never rented a home in desert before and this was an experiment. We loved it especially because of the pool area and everything that we needed was in the house. We especially LOVED picking the oranges, grapefruits and lemons in the backyard. We will be going back.

When you book a vacation home like this you aren't always sure what you'll get, but this was the best we've seen. By far the best equipped kitchen, laundry, and garage. Everything worked with only a minor wifi issue (which was quickly fixed). Pool and spa were great. Though the house is on the corner of a fairly busy street, car noise was only minor. Highly recommended!

My only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom should be replaced. It is very lumpy. There are some loose tiles or boards under the carpet between the 2 recliners that make a noise when you step on that section. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Perfect Desert Oasis
We were so happy with this property! House was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Pool and spa were great and backyard was quiet and private. Modern appliances and comfortable bed and furniture .Nicole was super helpful with any questions we had. We were so sad to leave and would have extended our trip but the house was rented again. We already can’t wait to come back.

The house was very tidy and comfortable. The pool was very clean and at a very good temperature. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies and kitchen ware. We were looking a getaway. This house did the trick. The house had everything we needed. Comfortable and clean. We spent a majority of our time in the pool. Nicole was great. She kept us updated and sent us clear instructions. I would highly recommend this house.

Excellent stay, beautiful home, and great service
This was our second stay at this home and again, it did not disappoint. If you are looking for a place with enough room for a family and a pool big enough to accommodate everyone, this is the place to be. I’ve stayed at other homes in the area and the pool never seems to be big enough. At this home, that was definitely not the case. I also want to mention the lush backyard fruit trees shade portions of the pool throughout the day so you’re not in the sun the whole time.
Due to Covid, we wanted a place to get away, not go out anywhere, and relax with some peace and quiet. The modern kitchen helped with this as we ate all of our meals at home. Any cookware you need to make an excellent meal is right there. There’s also a new grill outside.
The pictures don’t show the brand new beautiful outdoor furniture that the owner just put in since our last stay. This added to the comfort of the home and I enjoyed sitting outside in the warm summer evenings.
Lastly, the staff at iTrip in Palm Desert is top notch. They call to confirm soon after you book, and check in/check out is easy. Thank you Nicole for another wonderful stay!

The house is in a good location in close proximity to grocery shopping, coffee and dining. We enjoyed the new appliances in the kitchen which was very well stocked. The pool was fabulous!

Palm Desert stay
First of all, Nicole was great! We had an issue with the hot tub and she was right on it.
It was unfortunate that the fans in the bedroom did not work. But otherwise, the house was well stocked with about everything.
Traveling with kids and a dog has it's definite limitations and this house worked out perfectly. We will keep it in mind for future getaways.
During this pandemic, these little vacays are really important to keep sane.

Nice getaway to Palm Desert
This property was a great size, super clean and well equipped. Nice decor & dishes. The pool was sunny with warm water. The patio was well equipped with several sitting areas. Especially liked the porch with outdoor ceiling fan and dining area (and the porch swing!). Added bonus, a pet door (loved!). The backyard had several colorful butterflies the entire week we were there. It was also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

We loved staying at this home. Nice kitchen set up, lots of towels, hot tub felt great each afternoon after hiking. Home is located off of busy street with some noise, but it didn’t affect our wonderful vacation!

We enjoyed our stay the only recommendation we have is the king mattress in the master bedroom needs to replaced. It has reached it’s expiry date. Other than that this a great property.
