L'appartamento si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla storica Albaicin (o Albayzin) (parte superiore), con i suoi vicoli acciottolati (ciottoli), le sue case bianche, i suoi ... 10 minuti dal punto di vista di San Nicolas, famoso per uno dei panorami più belli dell'Alhambra, (assolutamente da vedere se vi trovate a Granada! ma soprattutto, prenota il tuo biglietto in anticipo su internet perché il numero di ingressi giornalieri è limitato). L'Alhambra è a 40/50 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento, scendendo lungo la Cuesta Chapiz e attraversando il ponte Darro (fiume) per raggiungere le ampie scale che salgono verso di esso. Puoi anche arrivarci in autobus.
Ad Albaicin troverete molti piccoli negozi e terrazze accoglienti.
Accesso rapido al centro di Granada con l'autobus nelle vicinanze, o meglio, a piedi in 20-30 minuti scendendo da graziosi vicoli pedonali lastricati. Il mare è un'ora di superstrada. Si possono anche scoprire la Sierra Nevada e gli Alpujarras, nonché numerose visite culturali e le vicine città andaluse.

We loved this property. Clean and everything you need. Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Also had an amazing outdoor patio. Would definitly stay here again.

This property was so lovely that I didn't want to leave. It was spotlessly clean, the rooms were light and spacious and there were wardrobes nd cupboards to keep your clothes. It felt like home with thoughtful and pretty decorations and all the things you might possibly require. We did not need to buy dishwashing or clothes washing detergent as it was provided. The kitchen was really well set up for cooking. The hosts thoughtfully provided kitchen staples such as condiments and oils and tea and coffee. They also left us a lovely bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine. The most wonderful part was the sunny terrace which we enjoyed relaxing on, either in the shade or the sun! The area is quiet and in a beautiful part of the Albaicin. A really wonderful introduction to Granada. Our contact person was Cristel and she was very kind and helpful. This may be the best apartment I have stayed in: 10 out of 10!

Our stay at this apartment was lovely. The apartment was very large, well equipped with plenty of kitchen items, good coffee machine, lovely terrace, plenty of storage for unpacking. Very clean and cozy for a comfortable stay. A little far up above the Albayzin so a good long walk to the town center and historical monuments.

This very large and well equipped apartment is a short walk from the Albaicin centre.
We were met at the apartment and shown how everything works. A lovely bowl of fruit and bottle of wine was an extra welcome touch.
The main tourist spots can be reached by walking, however two mini buses the c32 & c34 will take you anywhere you need to go.
A great apartment that could easily accommodate a family with lots of games and a great deck for relaxing on.
Granada is a lovely town and we certainly enjoyed our 4 nights there.

It's a short walk from Albecin - about 5 minutes, and close to bus stops into the centre of Granada.

My husband and I are retired. I always wanted to take him to Spain. He is in chemotherapy but his oncologist said to go now. I planned the trip to include Barcelona, Granada and Madrid. The apartment is lovely and very, very clean. The beds were comfortable and having access to a kitchen and washing machine were important. We did need help figuring out the Wi-Fi password as the Spanish “z” looked like the numeral “3” to us. However all effort was there to help with this issue quickly. It is a very quiet neighborhood with a close grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. The rooftop porch was very pleasant to sit on. We had perfect weather. Our visit to the Alhambra was amazing and the advice received to book early tickets there was valuable. When I first visited the Alhambra in 1979 there were very few people but now about 8,000 view it daily. The apartment will accommodate a family very well.

This was a beautiful home and made our stay in Granada even more pleasant. The terrace was spacious and we had everything we needed to cook at home. The walk to and from the city center was a bit long with the hills, but we got our steps in! We would definitely stay again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The apartment was beautiful and extremely clean and well kept. The hosts were very nice and easy to work with and contact. The location is convenient and quiet, but there is a bit of a walk to get to the center of town. The balcony was a great place to hang out. We would absolutely stay again on our next visit!

Clean, great bedrooms, lovely terrace, shaded and full- sun options, washing machine and dryer. A 30 min walk to Alhumbra. Albacín is a lobt neighbourhood, restaurants close by, grocery stores, crêperie, with gluten free and vegan options. We stayed 10 days and have just good to say. We had a car for some days and could park in the garage. You need to reverse into the spot. Quiet neighbours.

A nice little stay on the outskirts or Granada. Ok to walk down the quaint back streets to the centre, but you might be better off to get a taxi if you are going to to the Nasrid or Alhambra.

Clean, tidy, nicely decorated apartment on quiet road away from hustle and bustle. At the top of the hill but shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Enjoyed wandering through the cobbled pedestrian streets on way down to city centre. Host responded very quickly to any queries. Garage space a bit tight but managable in VW Polo sized car. Host's representative Cristel friendly and happy to answer any questions - we used Whats App and google translate and that worked well.

Terrace was lovely for breakfast and early evenings at home. Short walk to Albaicin and la plaza nueva.

APARTAMENTO, MUY BIEN SITUADO todo muy bien adecuado para que pases una buena estancia, habitaciones baño y cocina Excelente terraza con SILLAS Y TUMBONAS. ( ideal para tomar el te o café por la mañana)

en el apartamento dispone de unas guías de los puntos de interés a visitar (hechas por el propietario) Restaurantes y bares de Tapeo, así como los medios de Transportes más adecuados para moverte por Granada (Incluye una tarjeta recargable de movilidad para el autobús.)
En la entrega de llaves fuimos atendidos de forma muy amable y nos hicieron entrega de las llaves y un OBSEQUIO DE UNA FUENTE DE FRUTA y una BOTELLA DE VINO.

Wundervolle Wohnung mit bester Ausstattung
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben tolle Infos bekommen. Eine Schale mit Obst stand bereit und auch eine Flasche Manzanilla; das fanden wir besonders nett und fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Die Tiefgarage unbedingt mit mieten! Keine Parkplätze in der Umgebung und sie ist im Preis enthalten! Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, die Betten sehr bequem und alles ist seh stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!!!
Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der darunter hinter Bäumen gelegene Fussballplatz, der sehr laut und häufig bespielt wird....wir fanden das wegen der vielen Vorteile aber wirklich vernachlässigbar.

The host was gracious and welcoming, even granting us access to a garage. We were able to live as if we were "at home", lending us a balance between eating out and and preparing our own meals in the kitchen. On sunny days, the porch was a wonderful place to have afternoon beers/wine or simple breakfasts. We so appreciated this place that we would deliberately seek it out if we return to Grenada again.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra visita. El apartamento es precioso y tiene todas las comodidades que necesitaa.Está situado en el albaicín cosa que para visitarlo puedes ir a pie perfectamente. Un appartement fonctionnel bien placé dans l'Albaicin
Mi-octobre, nous avons passé 3 jours parfaits dans l'appartement de Felix et Murielle: une terrasse bien agréable pour se détendre après plusieurs heures de marche dans Grenade, la proximité des petits magasins et des restaurants de l'Albaicin, l'accueil chaleureux de Christelle, les petites attentions dans le frigo à notre arrivée, bref, nous recommandons cet appartement à ceux qui veulent découvrir la ville tout en bénéficiant des avantages d'un quartier calme.
PS: il y a un arrêt de bus tout près de l'appartement, mais pour rentrer du centre ville en fin de journée, pensez aux taxis, ils sont très peu chers - compter seulement 6€, un tarif très intéressant à plusieurs.

This apartment is in a perfect location close to everything you could want to see. Comfortable beds, washer/dryer. The terrace is huge with comfortable furniture and even a curtain you can draw across if the sun is too hot!
