I would highly recommend staying in this lovely villa. We were 2 adults with 3 teens, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The villa was clean, well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, the view is incredible. We sat on the porch almost every night with a glass of wine and admired the view. The restaurants at the port were terrific. Ramon, the host, was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. You will not regret staying at this lovely villa!

We had stayed in this beautiful apartment with the whole family for 1 week. Everything was very nice - we had a great time over there! We can definitely advise visiting this apartment and we are thinking about returning to this apartment every now and then. In the beginning we were a bit in doubt about a railroad being just in the back, but after one night we do not notice this anymore. The great see view from both balcony and bigger terrace outweigh everything by a big margin. Overall impression: great and highly recommended.

The views from this property are outstanding. The condo was spotless. The host was wonderful. Close to the beach and the marina. We definitely would stay at this property again.

Es un apartamento muy bonito, unas vistas espectaculares con playas cerca y con el sonido de las olas muy agradable, que más veces de lo deseado era interrumpido por el ruido estridente que hacia el tren.

Super appartement, très bien équipé. Situation idéale, à 2 pas de la plage à 20 mns à pied du centre ville. Je recommande vievelent Petit bémol, voie ferré à proximité de la résidence qui surprend mais qui n’est pas gênant.

Super accueil de Ramon, villa construite à flan de montagne donnant directement sur la mer, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage, tout simplement incroyable!

Appartement très sympa. Bien équipé ,literie au top. Appartement spacieux ,lumineux et tout confort. Des deux balcons il y a une vue magnifique sur la mer avec Sitges en toile de fond. Le rêve !!!! La résidence est très calme et bien entretenue. La piscine est vraiment un plus. Bref tout est super même le propriétaire qui est adorable et très serviable.

Cet apartement dupleix est superbe, parfaitement équipé. Vue imprenable, 2 balcons terrasse ++++. 3 améliorations à envisager: Un deuxième lit couple ou lit jumeau. Le parasol qui commence à fatiguer. Les photos du site internet sont moins bien que la réalité. La personne qui s'occupe de l'appart est charmante, pleine d'attention. On a pris un apéro ensemble et longuement parlé de la vie. Les 5 étoiles sont vraiment méritées. Jean louis

Very close to several restaurants at the marina, grocery store is close too! The area is walkable and scenic. Check in was easy, unit was spotless! Two balconies with the water directly below! 180 degree water view... fantastic property, you won’t be disappointed!

Ramon the owner was super helpful and attentive. When we had a small problem with the door, he came right over and fixed it. The condo sits right over the ocean so you could literally almost jump into the water (but don't try it). Excellent kitchen and full array of pots and pans. One of the most comfortable beds we have slept in during our travels. Sitges is a lovely place and the food and local museums are really beautiful. Would probably recommend you rent a ccar if you are staying here, even though taxis are available or you could take the train to Barcelona. I am glad we stayed here.

This is a beautiful apartment and we (two adults and a pre teen) were very comfortable here. I can't comment on the air conditioning but in an unseasonably cold Easter break, the heating worked a treat! Everything you need is in there and everything works a treat. There were lots of thoughtful little touches like dishwasher tablets, seasonings and even clingfilm The little things that you miss on a break when you just need a small amount of something you'd readily have at home. If anything was missing (we couldn't find a chopping board) it felt very much that it was because no one had mentioned it before than it had been judged unrequired. The provision of comforts felt generous. The apartment is a little way from town so you have to either walk in or take a taxi (circa €10). There are pros and cons to this. We felt slightly away from the centre but slept like logs in our quiet shuttered sanctuary. The marina is close by and we had several lovely meals there. The restaurants in general in Sitges were very good. The lock on the door is a bit sticky and takes a bit of wiggling and yes, you can hear the trains but from all the reviews on the site, that can't come as a surprise to anyone. Overall, this is a great apartment with great facilities and everything was of the highest standard. The views were spectacular. We had a few days of sunshine and stunning blue seas and even when the weather was bad and the sea was stormy, it was still nothing short of spectacular. The communication leading up to the holiday was great and while we were there Ramon was really helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Nothing to criticise, everything to recommend it and we'd love to go back. Highlights for us in Sitges - restaurants generally, Queenz dinner show, Segway tour and our daughter did motorbike riding at Eco Moto Extreme who were ultra safety conscious and she had a brilliant experience.

Un appartement fantastique dans un endroit magnifique. Le balcon et la terrasse supérieure offrent une vue imprenable sur la mer, mais la qualité de l'hébergement est également de très haut niveau. La belle piscine et la grande plage à quelques minutes à pied offrent également les meilleurs souvenirs pour toute la famille. Un endroit très relaxant et amical, mais toujours à distance de marche de la ville principale et de tout ce qu'elle a à offrir (une promenade très agréable le long de la côte, aussi). Le port voisin offre un large éventail de restaurants et de bars. C'était un plaisir de traiter avec Carlos, il était très gentil. Je n'hésiterais pas à réserver à nouveau cet appartement et je le recommande vivement à d'autres personnes.

We have stayed in this fantastic apartment several times now. Very relaxing and peaceful, with wonderful sea views, this well-equipped retreat really is a home from home. With both a lovely balcony and a sun terrace, and nearby communal pool, it's as pleasant to spend the days relaxing locally as venturing out to the very convenient beach at Aiguadolc, the marina and further into Sitges town (a superb short stroll along the coast). The property is always well-maintained and spotlessly clean, the owner a pleasure to deal with, and we cannot recommend this highly enough.

Great hosts. Absolutely no problems. We would have no problem staying here again. Awesome views. 10 minute walk to good restaurants and a five minute drive to the city center for even more good restaurants.

Friends of us summed it up very vividly when they visited us at Sitges Balcony apartment: "hey, that's just like on a sundeck of an ocean liner!" Yes, it is. From the two baclonies of the very spacious - and, by the way, extremely well-maintained apartment - you can see the sun rise and the sun set with nothing but the sea inbetween. And you don't have to move a millimeter to experience that! It is really a stunning view, you're right above the water. I've never done kitchen work with a view like this - which concededly distracts a bit, but is nevertheless a rare pleasure! On-site support by Ramon would be worth a sixth star. When we reported a little problem, his first sentence was "I'm coming!" - that's all you want to hear in that situation. We relished our vacation very much and will certainly come back at some time for another luxury holiday - a big thank you to Carlos and Ramon!

The balcony is right over the sea and if you had a fishing rod you could actually fish from there! We stayed for one week in October when the apartment block was very quiet and we almost had the facility to ourselves. The apartment had plenty of space for the three of us and our daughter slept upstairs in the pull-down bunk bed. The apartment was well equipped and had everything that we required and more. Ample hot water for showers. We did not need the air-con so cannot say how the apartment would be in very hot weather.The communal pool area is small but the pool was always beautifully clean. It is a good 15 minute walk into Sitges but there is one family beach less than 5 minutes away and then all the other beaches all along Sitges waterfront. A supermarket about 10 minute walk up the back of town has everything you could need. We had no car and did not find the walking too much but it might be different if it was very hot. There is a local bus that goes around Sitges which comes out to Punto Gaviota so that is always an option and a taxi costs about 8 euros one way Sitges has lots of shops, restaurants and bars but not much on offer if you want entertainment or things to do. The beaches were very quiet and clean. Sitges train station is right in the middle of town and the train to Barcelona runs every 20 minute or so and takes between 20 and 40 minutes depending which service you get, and costs about 8 euro return. There is also a bus service to Barcelona. We very much enjoyed our stay in Punto Gaviota and Carlos and Ramon could not have been more helpful. We would love to return some time, and will always have memories of sitting on the balcony, watching the sun go down over Sitges and listening to the the waves below.

The apartment was situated directly overlooking the sea and the bay of Sitges giving amazing views from the rooms and terraces. It was spacious enough for our party of five and had a well appointed kitchen that meant we could cook lovely food and enjoy the views. The apartment block was quiet giving us unrestricted use of the pool. All in all a lovely place.

This apartment is in a great position in Sitges if you want to be outside of the town but walking distance from the port. We walked into Sitges and caught the bus to the port back several times and also used local taxis for going to and from the train station. The apartment itself is in a lovely small complex and has great views over the sea - I don't think you can beat the view from the balcony. there is also a small beach close by which was never busy. The apartment was ok for the 4 of us, very clean but did feel a bit small compared to what we are used to - the upstairs room is very small but does have a lovely big balcony. The pictures are very accurate. The booking was easy and Ramon is very accomodating. The bathrooms are great and plenty of hot water but very poor quality towels. The main negative is that the railway is noisy and the trains start running about 6 in the morning - not good if you are a light sleeper like me. We did however love Barcelona and Sitges and the ease with which we were able to travel in and out of Barcelona was great and the complex itself is very quiet and friendly.

I cannot remember when I enjoyed a vacation so much! We vacationed there last month with our two children. We loved Sitges and Punta Gaviota offers a spectacular view of the Mediterranean. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. I didn’t even mind cooking, since the view from the kitchen window was so amazing. It was large enough with two spacious bathrooms, that we didn’t feel crowded. The beach is a 5 minute walk, and restaurants are just a bit further. I also want to thank the owner, who responded within an hour our reservation request, after our reservation at another location was bumped less than 24 hours prior to our scheduled arrival. We will definitely stay here again. Ich kann mich nicht errinern, wann ich einen Urlaub so genossen habe! Wir waren hier mit zwei Kindern im letzten Monat und die Wohnung war komfortabel für alle und hatte auch alles, was man braucht. In der Küche waren viele Töpfe und Pfannen, das machte uns das Kochen leicht…und eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer hatten wir auch. Zum Glück sogar inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner - sehr angenehm mit sauberer Kleidung nach Hause zu kommen! Sitges ist eine schöne Stadt und Punta Gaviota bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Wir genossen Kaffee auf dem Balkon jeden Morgen mit diesem fantastischen Blick auf Meer und Hafen. Es sind nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, und nur ein bisschen weiter zu den Geschäften und Restaurants. Ich muss auch dem Besitzer danken, der so schnell auf meine Anfrage reagierte. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

We expected that it was a special occasion with a great view , but it went beyond all expectations ! The apartment is super furnished with all modern equipment. We were 2 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room . The view from the two balconies is the most beautiful we have experienced sitting directly next to the Mediterranean. We were sorry to go home after a week - we might wish we had more days in this fantastic opportunity !!! Appartment is near Sitges marina with many restaurants to suit all tastes and needs. Very cozy beach with local residents and the water was absolutely world class ! Next time we travel to Sitges we will guaranteed rent this apartment again . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Just a 15 min walk up the beach to Sitges. The balconies are incredible and Carlos was very easy to work with and very responsive. Perfecto!

I booked this apartment because it looked so good in the photos with the fantastic views over see. We were looking to be based in Sitges so we could visit Barcelona and chill out in between. The apartment is a few minutes walk to Aiguadolc and the marina and another 15 minutes to Sitges along a nice promenade. There's a lovely beach just before you reach the marina. Originally I was looking to be a bit nearer Sitges but it was well worth another few minutes walk to be stay in this apartment. It was a surprise for my family and they loved it and couldn't believe the apartment and the views. The apartment is well equipped with good WiFi and all the mod cons you could wish for. The balcony is fantastic and there's a larger terrace upstairs outside the 3rd bedroom - my daughter loved sleeping up there and waking up to the view. We ate out by the marina some evenings but most of the time we ate in as it was so nice to chill out over the ocean, especially after days out in Barcelona. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which was big enough for us to eat our meals on but when we wanted more room we used the upstairs terrace. The owner was friendly and helpful, the pool was great, all in all it was the nicest place we have stayed in and it felt really special. We would love to return sometime.
