Grande casa in ogni stagione. Sperimenta l'incredibile comfort e la tranquillità di questa casa per le vacanze con tre camere da letto, a 6 stelle, con classificazione energetica, che accetta animali domestici, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla magnifica spiaggia di Waratah Bay (con club salvavita) e dal negozio di alimentari, campi da tennis, parco giochi per bambini, a 5 minuti di auto da Insenatura poco profonda, 30 minuti di auto dal Wilsons Prom National Park. Trampolino olimpico di qualità fuori terra di dimensioni standard, imbottito ma senza rete (uso a proprio rischio). Incendio boschivo di livello più alto (BAL FZ). Luminoso open space soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina con condizionatore a ciclo inverso e stufa a legna. Grandi ponti coperti con meravigliosa doccia esterna calda per bagnanti e windsurfisti / kiters, canoisti ecc., Spazio per parcheggiare una barca. Casa progettata per ospitare comodamente due famiglie. La cucina ben attrezzata dispone di frigorifero, piccola lavastoviglie, congelatore sottopiano aggiuntivo, forno con grill separato, forno a microonde, macchina per sandwich, macchina per il pane, crepe maker ecc., Per rendere felici gli chef! Allarmi antincendio cablati in tutte le stanze. Buona casa da provare se stai pensando di realizzare edifici o ristrutturazioni ad alta efficienza energetica! Orgogliosamente costruito da Holmesglen TAFE commercia apprendisti, trasportato in due parti e installato sul sito nel dicembre 2009. Non fumare all'interno, scarpe / piedi bagnati sul pavimento di bambù o animali domestici sui mobili, per favore.

This is a wonderful holiday home in a great location. Definitely recommend this to others looking for a beach get away. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Pros:
Close proximity to Surfing beach & general store
Size of the house is good to accommodate 8 ppl
Cons:
The house is not that clean
The couches smell really bad and quite old.
The bedroom with bunk beds also smells bad.
There are spider webs everywhere

We were a three generation family group (plus dog) staying at Sandy Point for a weekend birthday celebration. The house was perfectly positioned and perfectly appointed for our needs!
Neat, tidy, good sized bedrooms with comfy beds - and everything you need to self cater. The deck was perfect for the toddler in the party, the yard was great for the dog. And the trampoline - we all loved playing on that!
Communications with our host were excellent. She even gave us the option for early check in and late check out at no extra cost - we really appreciated that! I highly recommend this place for a relaxed holiday - we would happily return for a longer stay!

We had a great stay, the location was perfect, our dogs loved it and the kids had a ball with the trampoline and being by the beach for swimming and near the inlet for fishing! The couch may need an upgrade and maybe the carpets in bedrooms but overall a beautiful little beach house which is a gem!

One hour from Wilson’s Prom. Nice sunny weekend considering it was winter. Small general store for basic essentials otherwise shops in nearby Foster.

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed and was very big - close to shop and beach.
We had late checkout and early checkin which made the weekend feel extended.
Also perfect for our dog with a large undercover deck and fully fenced yard.

The house at Sandy Point was perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space. The kitchen is very well stocked with cutlery and crockery and there was plenty of hot water for all. It's a short-ish walk into the main beach and general store (the beach is perfect for kite flying when it's not quite swimming weather, heads up!) The trampoline got a very good workout by my three-year-old too and was by all accounts very springy. Nan was a great communicator and very generously let us check in earlier and check out later to make the most of our time in the area.

Layout of the house was great with 2 kids and they loved the trampoline! Our puppy also enjoyed the backyard. Everything was easy and Nan was a great host allowing us a late check out which gave us time to explore Wilson’s Prom. We would stay again the next opportunity was get to visit Sandy Pt!

Check in time listed as 4pm; this was awkward however Annette allowed us to check in 1pm.
Good things: location close to beach, many beds, spacious, accommodates pet dog, had a home-like feel, paddle boards and kayaks for loan,trampoline, clean decking outside with outside sink and showers.
Aspects to that could do with improvements
Mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable (gave us back aches. ), split system air conditioning session was not.
Cleanliness could do better. There were long.

The property is well located, great amenities and well stocked with all the essentials. Nan enabled an easy check in and communication was high.
The air conditioning works extremely well and the kids loved the trampoline. We had 8 people stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed this house and will be staying again in the future :-)

We stayed here with 4 adults and two young children. The outside shower was really handy, the house being all one level and a large living space was really nice, the outside deck just off the dining room and kitchen was also great.

Nanette was great at communicating with us and we enjoyed our stay. House is spacious and location is a short walk to the beach. Extra table in the back was helpful for working and wifi was good.

Perfect getaway at Sandy Point
Loved this beach house at Sandy Point. It was very close to the main beach and had everything we needed. The kids especially loved the trampoline. It was great to have the kids spend more time outside than inside with the iPads. Will be coming back again.

A wonderful, comfortable property that supplies everything except we couldn't find a Spatula! Extremely well equipped kitchen and very.comfortable beds. Would love to stay there again.

Great stay again this year, beautiful quiet location, had everything handy bonus internet this time around. House needs a bit off cleaning :( but didn’t spoil our stay. Will be definitely back next year for our annual family holiday

The house was clean and well set up, particularly for families. Owner is very responsive to questions.
The only downside was the tank water smells terrible (though owner says the problem is being addressed shortly).

Spacious and light in a fantastic location
Overall we loved being at this holiday home. The living areas are spacious, light and breezy on hot summer days. We enjoyed using the shady deck and the location, only a few minutes walk from the beach and the shops, was fantastic! The only drawback for us was the smell of the water. It is very off-putting. If that could be improved, it would be terrific. However we will still be recommending this property to friends.

Idyllic Aussie Holiday
Loved spending time in Sandy Point, and this house was a perfect home base for hitting the beach. The house is well insulated, so even on the hot days it coped quite well and was very comfortable.

Family-friendly house for Sandy Point fun
A welcoming, affordable spot for a family or two to enjoy the delights of Sandy Point. Plenty of space and well positioned for an easy stroll to the main beach or inlet walk. Really appreciated having a secure yard for our pooch to join us on holiday too! Nanette was a very responsive and friendly host.

Highly recommended holiday house
It is a lovely house for families or friends together. We have 5 adults and 3 kids with a puppy and we all enjoyed time there. Especially the living room is large with open kitchen and dining tables. We made tables separate for kids and adults when have dinner. It is very convenient. The bedrooms are also very comfortable. Outside shower with hot water is also convenient for kids came back from beach. Walk distance to beach and convenience shop, you can buy ice cream or beer there.

Very pleasant house
House was bright, roomy and quiet. Very well equipped kitchen. Pleasant walk to shops and beach. Good yard and undercover verandah for the dogs. Short drive to off- leash dog beach.

Weekend Away with family
It was such a lovely, quiet place to stay. So quick to ride to the beach and general store, playground close by and a lovely outdoor shower to rinse off after being at the beach. We actually preferred to use the outdoor shower for all showers as the smell from the tanks was barely noticeable outdoors!
