Belle semaine au soleil, Brigitte est très serviable et arrangeante et le logement confortable avec un salon suffisamment spacieux.

Cet appartement est bien équipé, confortable et bien aménagé ce qui permet de vivre des vacances sereines entre amis. Si vous avez des skis, il vous faudra trouver une alternative, il n y a pas de local dédié.

Honestly can't really fault anything about the apartment. For 6 of us there was plenty of room and all the beds and facilities were excellent. Large communal cooking/sitting space which made for a fantastic environment. Brigitte was a very accommodating renter and communication was fast and reliable. Highly recommend

I don't usually give such negative reviews, I usually chalk it down to experience but I do like to be treated fairly! The apartment itself is good, spacious and a great location, the internet didn't work and therefore the TV didn't either as it was a smart TV. Brigette who looks after the apartment contacted the owners and the problem was nobody had an up to date password, we were told it couldn't be found but Brigette did secure access to the restaurant downstairs internet although this was very patchy and the signal often dropped out completely and this didn't help with the TV but we didn't make a fuss as we didn't want to put a negative vibe on the holiday and I would highly recommend Serre Chavalier to anyone. What was totally outrageous though about this week was the 50 Euro charge deducted from the deposit Brigette took claiming the apartment was left "needing work". The deposit was bank transfered 2 days after we got home, when i questioned this as our party had cleaned the apartment from top to bottom, bins emptied, recycling done, we even swept the whole floor with a dustpan and brush as there was no broom to hand and when Brigette arrived to check us out she thanked us for our efforts so imagine my surprise to be stopped 50 Euro's, Brigette did send one photo as her evidence it showed 5 - 6 water marks around a sink, where we had cleaned and perhaps not quite dried enough with another cloth but that's it so even if these marks did need correcting that would have taken seconds and not 50 Euro's worth.

The chalet is fabulous. Less than 5 minute walk to ski school and the gondola. There is a bus stop at the end of the road to go to chantamerle. The supermarket is also within 5 minutes. Lovely bar next door with a stove and a gorgeous restaurant around the corner. The chalet is traditional but has everything you could need. It has 3 large bedrooms, one of which is ensuite. 1 more bathroom and a large kitchen dining area with seating and a large tv. You do access the chalet via a flight of stairs as it is on the first floor. It has all the cooking facilities and crockery you would require. Bedding and towels are an extra and paid direct to the owner Brigitte who we met. She was lovely and at the end of the phone if we needed her.

Appartement bien situé a proximité des remontées mécaniques et des commerces. Appartement bien équipé avec tout confort.Manque juste un peu de luminosité et un petit balcon. Dans l annonce enlever sèche linge ,à remplacer par Tancarville.

A very quaint property fitting of the location. There was plenty of space for our two families. Location was ideal for the slopes, just a few minutes walk to our lessons each morning. Linen is essential so would be helpful if it was included in the overall cost rather than paying cash on arrival.

In a bustling street with shops and restaurants a plenty, this apartment provided generous space for 6 people, 8 adults as advertised would have been a crush. 3 bedrooms, one double with an en suite shower toilet. One with 2 double beds, one with 2 single beds which can sit one on top of the other. This is not what is shown in the pictures on the website but is as described once we got in touch with the agent. The smallest room had a chest of drawers but no rail or wardrobe. It could really do with this as storage was short. The stairs up to the apartment are quite challenging especially when carrying luggage, skis etc. There is no ski or boot room meaning the apartment was a bit cluttered with these items. The kitchen had everything you could want including a good coffee machine, although the one electric ring of the hob did not work, the 3 gas rings were adequate. The walk to the ski lifts is advertised as 5 minutes. It was 5 mins from lifts to apartment going downhill in normal boots and not carrying skis, more like 12 mins uphill in ski boots and carrying skis. There are several good restaurants within a few yards of the apartment, and a Sherpa in the village with a reasonable selection. The boulangerie up the road from the apartment does excellent pain au chocolat and croissants and opens early in the morning. Altogether we enjoyed a prolonged 5 week's stay in the apartment, and found Serre Chevalier to proved excellent skiing and ambience.

Le descriptif est fidèle. La situation géographique est vraiment très bonne, les pistes sont à 5 minutes à pied.

L'appartement est vaste et bien équipé pour une famille. Tous les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. Les inconvénients: manque de lumière, escalier très raide pour y avoir accès, odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bains. L"appartement n 'avait pas été occupé depuis longtemps à notre arrivée, et n'était pas très propre. Dommage!

On recommande très fortement.

Super appartement: -grand et bien agencé (grand salon, 2 douches...) -au milieu des commerces dans une jolie rue calme -proche des pistes (5’ de l’aravet, possibilité de laisser les skis dans un casier au sport 2000) -accueil Sympa et accommodant (Check out tardif,...) Merci pour tout!

Would come back again if we were skiing here again. Check out the rotisserie at the end of the road (up the short slope), they have a 300 year old mechanical rotisserie over an open fire, food was some of the best I have had, a real dining experience and a great way to finish the holiday. Well worth a visit. They also do snow racing (cars) just along the road which is worth a look. A very nice ski resort all in all, We didn't have snow while we were there but had plenty before our arrival so was fine for the week. Got a bit icy towards the end but was fine. We mainly did red runs, the odd black but plenty of blues and greens too. Sherpa shop pretty close to for all your supplies although a bit more expensive that supermarket as usual. Can't say we went out much, apartment was good enough to cook in most nights and were happy to stay in with a few drinks so didn't feel the need. all good. Only thing to mention if that no bed sheets are provided or towels (as standard) owner can supply them but there is an additional charge. There are duvets but no covers to go on them or bed sheets
