Location of the house is walking distance from the beach, loved it .
It’s beautiful and cozy, well decorated and well equipped.
Unfortunately there were no toiletries available, and master bedroom shower has a missing door.

This is a great little house. The rooms are generously sized. The beds are really really comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach (admittedly encounter bay isn’t the best swimming beach - but there are excellent swimming beaches nearby). Close to the famous encounter bay shops. Playgrounds nearby (id recommend John crompton reserve).
It also has everything you need. I forgot my dog bed - and there was one in the garage! My dog loved it. The owner had excellent communication and was very understanding of my kids (with check in and check out). I can totally see why the reviews are so good.

The property is well located in a quiet area, a couple of blocks back from the beach and local shop. The house is beautifully appointed, comfortable beds and a beautiful back area. We were really pleased with the location and layout of the property. A very peaceful neighbourhood just a stroll from the beach. Stephanie communicated regularly before and during our stay! The dogs loved the space to run up and down the passage and in the secure backyard.

The weather was not good but the house had everything we needed.
We went out for walks and everything was near that we did not have to travel to far. I would definitely book this place again.
I like that we could park the car in the shed and get out without getting wet. There was ample space to clean the dog .

Thank you Stephanie for such a lovely stay! Your communication was outstanding, with the very kind offer to check-in early and check-out late. The home itself is perfect in every possible way. It is an extremely well set up home with everything you could wish for, plus some. It's home away from home! Stephanie was so kind leaving a welcome gift for both humans and fur kids. The yard and house is extremely pet friendly with a very secure backyard. Our little dog is mostly blind and she loved her holiday. The beds are so so so comfortable. I love the main bed so much I want to buy that mattress. I can honestly say this is the best holiday home we have stayed in. It's so clean and well thought out. All items within the are great quality and ood working order. Thanks again Stephanie for allowing us to stay with our daughter & fur kids. We had a beautiful holiday and created lovely family memories. Can't wait to return! 💞

Internet connection unfortunately slow and not good coverage in large house.
Downfall was hot water usage for a families needs, one spa bath and 2 showers emptied the tank.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful! Great communication in the lead up to our stay. Upon arrival, the house was immediately impressive and deceptively large. Every detail has been considered, even the coffee machine. Beautifully presented and furnished, the beds were very comfortable.

Our second stay here and still highly recommended. A beautiful property that is clean, well-maintained and with everything you could need. We love the location as its close to Victor Harbor amenities but also quiet and nearby to walking trails and the ocean.

Golfing girls holiday
Everything we needed in this clean and well appointed home. Communication with owner is excellent and clear instructions left for relevant items. Beds very comfy and in a quiet area so we slept well. House is in the Yilki area close to beach, bluff and cafes. We hope to return same time next year.

Family Weekend away
This was a awesome house for a short family holiday. The home had everything you would want and was overall great to stay in. The house was set out very nicely with plenty of room for two sets of Adults and a small child. We loved all the space and the large kitchen and outdoor area. Would highly recommend if looking to stay in the area.

A quiet refuge of peace
I was so pleased to see that everything we experienced was true to the advertised amenities and qualities of the house. Everything was ready to go inside, and the neighbourhood was quiet yet close to some cafes and the marvelous Encounter Bay. The back seated area of the house was spacious and can be a shelter from colder weather with plastic blinds at the ready. Just this attention to detail made it easy to relax there.
