In inverno, partiamo dallo chalet per sci: pista blu a 100m; e nuovo nel 2014: 2015, puoi raggiungere ancora un po ', a 700 m, la nuova pista blu dotata di cannoni da neve che garantiscono la sua copertura nevosa nonostante la bassa altitudine del Morillon-Village (700 m).

Comfortable apartment, great Location with spectacular view
Phillipe is very friendly and helpful. He made sure that I had everything I needed and since he lives above the apartment, is always available if needed. He is a ski and climbing guide. I spent 4 days skiing and snow shoeing with him and saw and experienced things that would not have been possible on my own. The apartment is spacious yet very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need with enough pots and pans to feed an army. I am already planning my return trip

Great spot for skiing
We stayed here for two weeks over Xmas and new year and can't fault it. The check in and communications from Phillipe were great (and he is an excellent person to talk to about things to do locally). The apartment had everything we needed, and was only a few minutes from the slopes. Only thing we would change was the weather!

Absolutely equipped! Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing machine and so on! Extremely clean. Really charming domestic atmosphere. Adequate internet speed. NO problems with heating. Just the floor is a bit cold but it is private house in mountains so it is normal (be sure to have warm socks or slippers). Flat is suitable for family or a company of friends. Shower cabin is absolutely normal for one person. There is additional boiler so there ARE NOT problems with the hot water: it starts to flow immediately from the pipe and this boiler is big enough for at least 4 persons to take shower. Perhaps for even more but we did not check :). Good view, nice place in a small garden next to the door for Apres Ski. Short walking distance back from the slope but we had problems with snow so it was closed this time. It takes a bit longer to walk from the lift. The house is very easy to locate - just start driving to the top of mountain (Les Esserts 1100 >) from the cross of local Church and boulangerie. Check in is also flexible. Easy access to Grand Massive with variety of slopes for all kind of skiers. At the time we were there parking next to the lifts in Morillion and Samoen were free. Our family definitely recommend this house to spend time in mountain!!!

The apartment was fantastic, well equipped, large, clean, and the host was very helpful. It's very unusual to have a proper kitchen in a ski apartment, and there were some games and entertainment in the living space - also larger than normal.
Only slight flaw was that the Google pin drop for the location was misleading, the apartment is further up the the hill whereas the map suggests it is near the church in Morillon village. The view was great from the apartment but the walk was a bit of a surprise.

Vue imprenable sur la vallée face au levé de soleil, un équipement sobre et complet, l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter pleinement des plaisirs montagnards surtout n'hésitez pas.

bonjour,bon séjour.
une grande chambre permettant de mettre les valises de ceux dormant dans le salon. espace correct pour 5 personnes.
cuisine neuve, bien éclairée, propre.
Plus qu'à renover les murs en enlevant la moquette (qui accentue les allergies) et mettre plus d'éclairage.
sinon, vous pouvez revenir des pistes de ski directement au logement, c'est super !
proche des commerces sans les desavantages.
c'est un bon logement.

Great place and location
My family plus two friends stayed in the chalet. The photos really don't do it justice - much nicer and the kitchen has been recently refitted to a high specification. We were able to ski to cable car in the morning with just a 200 meter walk and then ski back in the evening with just a 50 meter walk. I hope we can book next year too.

Welcoming and warm
We loved our stay at Philipes residence. Phillip is very welcoming and helpful and the apartment is warm and spacious for a family of 4. A car is a definite requirement if carrying skis etc which was not a problem for us. We would not hesitate to stay again.

A éviter
Le chalet était à notre arrivée dans un état de propreté laissant à désirer : traces dans les toilettes, forte odeur de moisi et de renfermer, cheveux dans la douche.
L'annonce mentionne 6 couchages. certes il y a 2 lits superposés en bon état, mais le reste des couchages laissent terriblement à désirer : matelas usagé, couettes sales.
L'annonce mentionne une terrasse. Effectivement il y a une terrasse de 4 m2... attention a ne pas tomber quand vous déjeuner à 4 sur la terrasse...
La pluie nous a fait partie un jour plus tôt, nous avons laissé un SMS au propriétaire qui ne nous a jamais répondu. La seule réponse que nous avons eu, est par le biais d'un mail dans lequel il nous explique qu'il a du ranger les couettes et les oreillers dans le placard ( il aurait peu être du les emmener au pressing) et faire du ménage, il nous retiens donc la moitié de la caution... à un taux moyen horaire , il y a donc eu 5h30 de ménage pour un chalet de 50m2 !!! Abusif !!!
Bref il y a d'autre chalet mieux placé au même niveau de prix, donc n'hésitez pas à éviter cette location.

Excellent Accueil
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 4 avec notre chien.
L'annonce est conforme à la réalité, l'appartement est très spacieux et complètement équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle...) avec une cuisine toute neuve.
Retour au chalet par une piste, départ à proximité...

Séjour très agréable dans une superbe région montagneuse
Le chalet que nous avons loué était très fonctionnel, idéalement situé face au Grand Massif (calme assuré) et proche de nombreuses curiosités touristiques.
L'accueil fut irréprochable.

Très agréable !
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour , nous étions 6 , 2 adultes et 4 enfants, dont un bébé. Nous avons manqué de rien.
Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux, encore un grand merci au Propriétaire.

Un très bon sejour
L'annonce est fidèle à la réalité. Nous sommes partis à 7 adultes d'environ 25 ans et nous avons passé un super séjour. Le prix était très abordable, et le propriétaire est très sympa. Le village est proche et dispose du nécessaire : pharmacie, boulangerie commerce... Aucun des reproches de l'Appréciation envoyée le 25 févr. 2011 ne s'est présenté si ce n'est la cabine de douche un peu étroite (mais ce n'est pas problématique). L’accès au piste est effectivement proche et pour les skieurs, le domaine du grand massif est assez grand. Enfin bref je conseille cette location pour passer un bon moment entre amis.

Séjour agréable !!!
Excellente semaine dans ce chalet conforme à l'annonce situé prés des pistes de ski . Logement propre et équipé correctement. Ce chalet est à proximité du centre de Morillon avec : commerces, pharmacie, restos et cabinet médical. Cette location convient aussi bien aux personnes âgées qu'aux familles avec enfants ou ados. Paysage agréable offrant la possibilité de faire des ballades ou de pratiquer du ski de fond. Propriétaire disponible et serviable.
