Tre camere da letto, due piani elegante duplex è stato recentemente rinnovato e completamente attrezzato per soddisfare tutte le vostre esigenze di vacanza. Rilassati e goditi un drink e un barbecue nell'area all'aperto sotto copertura o gironzoli fino a Nelson Bay Diggers per cena.
La proprietà è situata tra Shoal Bay Beach e Little Beach, che è perfetta se portate la tinnie, proprio mentre siete dietro l'angolo del boatramp.
Questa proprietà è ideale per coppie o famiglie. Tutta la zona giorno, la camera da letto principale e il secondo bagno si trovano al piano terra e ci sono due camere da letto e il bagno principale al piano superiore, ventilatori a soffitto in tutto, lavanderia interna con lavatrice e asciugatrice e due posti auto.
Affittiamo anche 2/10 Catalina Close in modo che più famiglie possano prenotare entrambe le proprietà.

The carpet is very old, stained and gritty. Worse still, it's dangerously misleading as you think it has the grip of carpet on the stairs. But no, it's so worn that my 6 yo child slipped and had a fall, landed on his back and really hurt himself.
We complained to “McGrath Port Stephens” who were very unhelpful. So much so we cut our family holiday short.
Sadly there’s a heap of things that we weren’t happy about that “McGrath Port Stephens” failed to address.
1. A window screen were not the right size.and allowed heaps of mosquitos in
2. Some quilt covers were stained and needed cleaning. We noticed this on some previous feedback on their website, and thought they would have learnt something. But no.
3. The kids pillows had disgusting stains on them
4. Shower towel rail small and not practical in main bathroom
5. Very narrow upstairs toilet with no basin to clean hands
6. Poor lighting throughout
7. Water undrinkable
8. Couldn't open some windows.
9. Washing line broken and Not enough pegs

Very well kept properly. Was ideal for our family with adult children as there were 3 bedrooms. Also very easy access to beach and town centre

house great,on great position,not clean upstairs,need new mattress on the bed in big bedroom upstairs,to many ants inthe kitchen,fridge not cooling very well

Unit was nice and clean and had everything you need also great location has it is close to two different beach and isn’t that far from the town centre

The best thing about this house is the location in a quiet cul de sac very close to Little Beach. The house itself is clean and tidy but feels a little bit tired. Kitchen implements could do with a refresh. Overall though good value as you can accomodate 4 adults and 6 kids.

Great location, 2 different beaches within short walking distance. Beaches great for swimming and fishing it is great for kids and the local rsl west diggers is just up the road which is a great place for breakfast and dinner. Staff were fantastic and the welcome pack was lovely. Will definitely be coming back and booking again.

Very close to little beach and the main surf beach which my two little ones managed to walk. Also close to Diggers who has amazing food at a good price. I also liked the welcome bag from OMeara and was impressed with their professionalism. Highly recommend and will book again in the future

The property was well equipped and beautifully styled. It was clean and well maintained. No creepy crawlies or spiders inside or outside. Very close to little beach and the main surf beach which my two little ones managed to walk. Also close to Diggers who has amazing food at a good price. I also liked the welcome bag from OMeara and was impressed with their professionalism. Highly recommend and will book again in the future
