Villa Kea è una villa di nuova costruzione molto privata situata nella zona più pregiata dell'isola che si affaccia sul porto riparato e colto di Vourkari. Ha cinque camere da letto e può ospitare 5-8 persone. Il piccolo porto tradizionale di Vourkari è un richiamo per yacht con una vibrante selezione di taverne, negozi, gallerie d'arte e bar raggiungibili a piedi. La villa è stata costruita con cura in uno stile tradizionale delle Cicladi ed è costruita su 3 livelli utilizzando materiali naturali. Ha una splendida vista sul mare dalle ampie terrazze avvolgenti che circondano la villa. La villa è ideale per famiglie e può ospitare da 5 a 8 persone. Ha cinque camere da letto con aria condizionata; tre bagni, una cucina ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca, TV, DVD, Wi-Fi e una lavanderia con una lavatrice nuova di zecca e un essiccatoio. La suite per gli ospiti è al piano superiore che comprende due camere da letto adiacenti con un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. Tre gradini più in basso è il secondo livello, un open-space che comprende l'area lounge, la zona pranzo separata e una cucina completamente attrezzata.
Vourkari, Kea: Il piccolo porto di Vourkari si trova a 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla casa e un posto delizioso popolare con la folla di yacht. Sebbene non ci sia spiaggia a Vourkari, la bella spiaggia sabbiosa di Yialiskari con la sua taverna sulla spiaggia consigliata è a meno di 15 minuti a piedi. Vourkari ha una vita notturna piuttosto vivace e ci sono molte buone taverne e un paio di bar alla moda. C'è anche un mini-market e un paio di negozi di artigianato.
Otzias Bay, Korissia, Ioulis: Otzias Bay e Korissia sono a soli dieci minuti in auto dalla casa (c'è un servizio di autobus locale) e la bella capitale dell'isola Ioulis è a più di 15 minuti dalla montagna (c'è un servizio di autobus locale) . La baia di Otzias ha una lunga spiaggia sabbiosa allungata con una sezione laguna che lo rende ideale per nuotare per famiglie con bambini piccoli. A differenza di altri, Kea rimane un'isola bizzarra, di basso profilo, robusta, con pochi turisti e un'abbondanza di spiagge incontaminate, splendide acque blu-verdi e antichi ciottoli segnati da sentieri, riserve naturali per il bird-watching, pochi alberghi e soprattutto, di proprietà privata case. Stagionalmente o permanentemente, per rilassarsi e divertirsi, Kea vanta nomi noti del jet set greco e internazionale nel mondo degli affari, del diritto, della scienza e dell'arte, in quanto richiama il visitatore esigente che cerca tranquillità, autenticità e un autentico ambiente Egeo.

De multiples terrasses et proximité d’un petit port animé
Une maison très agréable, nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis et accompagnés dès que nous avions une question. Les environs sont très pittoresques, on peut marcher à pied jusqu’au port tôt le matin ou en fin de journée. Pour la plage il vaut mieux une voiture. Les enfants étaient déçus de ne pas avoir la piscine indiquée sur l’annonce mais la découverte des multiples plages de Kea a compensé largement. Grand merci !!

The villa was every thing that the description said it would be and loads more. There were eight of us (Two families with teenagers and young adults) staying at the villa and we had the most memorable holiday for some time.
The owner was very helpful and provided us with all necessary info for getting from Athens to Kea. Emails were promptly replied too and any queries were promptly answered.
We arrived at the port of Kea from Lavrio having hired a car at the Airport. We were greeted by the housekeeper who was most friendly and guided us to the villa.
On arrival we were welcomed by the house keeper who took us through the villa and gave us lots of information about the island. The big fridge in the kitchen was packed with water and a few cans of beer which was greatly appreciated.
Kea is a wonderful island as yet it seems undiscovered by the maddening crowds. Some of us went to different beaches every day and some stayed in beaches close by. But where ever we went the pace was relaxed and always smiling friendly people to meet.
The villa itself is located in a quiet area but close to local taverns. It is a beautiful dwelling made with local stones blending into its natural surroundings. It is surrounded with large terraces leading onto the garden around it. The views are breath taking and we spent many happy hours socialising on the terraces overlooking the main bays of the island.
There was ample room for all of us and the villa was furnished to a high standard.
We enjoyed the Tavern in Otsias where we spent lazy afternoons making friends with the locals and tourists. Ennea Kores in Vourkari is very close and you can dine on the beach where the fish is always fresh! The bars and cafes of Vourkari nearby are relaxed and suitable for all ages. We were never short of finding a good place to eat and relax.
We all fondly remember our holiday at Villa Kea. We will definitely go back and have recommended it to all friends and family.

We have already recommended the villa to other friends. Excellent customer service by both the owner and the local representative. Nearby taverna 9 kores is great.
The place was clean, however some minor maintenance could be considered by the owner.

My husband and I had an excellent vacation in this villa. We were greeted at the port, taken to the villa and were shown extra care by the filled fridge and water. The location is wonderful and it is so nice and quiet. The sea view is serene as we spent many days relaxing on the balcony. The villa itself is so beautiful, clean, well-maintained, modern, cozy and feels like home. It was so comfortable just to relax. It is also close to nice restaurants. We definitely recommend this villa for others to have a wonderful stay.

The location is wonderful and it is so nice and quiet. The sea view is serene as we spent many days relaxing on the balcony.
