Great location
The apartment is in a great location in the centre of the village with supermarket across the road & lots of shops, restaurants, and ski hire right on your doorstep. It is ski in ski out which is a huge bonus. The kitchen is well kitted out and functional. The terrace gets the afternoon sun and has great views over the village. Would highly recommend.

Parfait en plein centre
Appartement idéalement placé au intrets , en plein centre , face patinoire . Au 7 eme étage , très lumineux , bien isolé , calme et surtout très agréable sejour : bien décoré et cocooning . On a adoré. Le meilleur appartement que nous avons fait à avoriaz. Et le propriétaire est tres disponible . Au top ! On recommande .

Very nice week with friends
The location is in the middle of the centre and has a carrefour very close. This made it so easy for me and my friends. We were able to enjoy the skiing to the fullest with the ski locker and made nice meals in the evening! Lovely apartment and very friendly owner!

Super emplacement et agencement de l’appartement. Fait pour 2 adultes et 2 petits enfants si l’on ne veut pas utiliser le canapé lit du salon.

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et très bien situé au coeur de la station. De plus, il est bien isolé du bruit extérieur.
Situé au 7e étage, nous avons une vue sur les montagnes.

Bel emplacement dans Avoriaz. Appartement pouvant accueillir 6 personnes mais il faut compter au maximum 4 adultes et 2 enfants vu la taille de la 2nde chambre.

Il n'y a rien à dire. C'est le top, bel appart au centre même de la station, bien pour toutes sorties le soir. Voisinage non bruyant, exposé plein soleil. Vraiment charmant est confortable, proprio à l'écoute. Je le recommande fortement.

Everything you need.
A well equipped apartment with good living space. The bedrooms were a bit small particularly the double room. The apartment was far too hot both for sleeping and getting ski gear on in the morning. There is no way to adjust the temperature. A kettle would be good. Good location.

Lovely central apartment with fabulous view.
My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful 4 days in Avoriaz in January. We booked late and Frederic was able to accommodate our short stay. The apartment is lovely, exactly as described and is in a very central location. Being on the 7th floor (with lift), the views are fabulous. It is very comfortable and clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. Bed linen was in the apartment when we arrived.
The apartment is ski in- ski out and has a supermarket, tourist information and lift pass offices opposite. There are many restaurants and bars in the area.
All communication was answered promptly and key pick up was easy. We would definitely rent from Frederic again.

Great Location, Very Comfortable
Amazing location right on the piste and close to all the main shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is exactly as per the pictures and very clean and comfortable. Frederic was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely return.
