Molto vicino alla spiaggia e al lungomare 1 blocco, unità al secondo piano due camere da letto condominio casa, veranda con posti a sedere in vimini, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, due camere da letto, cucina di recente ristrutturato, bagno con vasca e doccia, doccia esterna chiusa, lavanderia esterno , due moto lungomare, 6 tag spiaggia, camera da letto ha letto matrimoniale, seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali, soggiorno divano può trasformarsi in un letto matrimoniale e una poltrona in salotto può trasformarsi in un letto singolo. Televisione in soggiorno è un televisore al plasma con canali premium via cavo con HBO, Showtime, Avvia, Cinemax, DVR e film su richiesta, camera da letto hanno ciascuno TV con cavo espanso. Soggiorno ha impianto stereo con 6 CD. Questo è stato un grande luogo di vacanza estiva per la nostra famiglia, abbiamo solo l'amore che sia come pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal lungomare e un settore come eccellente con di zio Bill Pancake House a solo un isolato dietro di noi e Mercati di Blitz nella stessa posizione, e ' così grande causa quello che si ottiene qui davvero non c'è bisogno di lasciare se non si desidera. Così piacevole e rilassante

We’ve stayed here several times and keep coming back because it’s located 2 short blocks from the beach and has a lovely front porch that is great for morning coffee, late afternoon reading and just generally hanging out. The hosts are readily available and very helpful, for any question or problem.

This house was so cute and clean and the location was amazing! Just a short walk to the beach and right around the corner from Nautical donuts, uncle bills pancake house, blitz’s market and aunt Betty’s ice cream! We’ll be back next year!

My husband and I enjoyed our week at Nancy’s beautiful cottage beach house! The cottage was super clean with a well appointed kitchen. The location couldn’t be better. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We rode the two bikes that were provided on the boards every day. When a bike needed a new tire, Nancy’s husband came right away and took care of it. The porch was my favorite place to relax. Great experience!

Great vacation
Well appointed rental with many appreciated extras like beach tags and bikes. The covered porch was our favorite place to hang out. Location is great, 5 min walk to beach, ice cream, donut shop, deli.

lovely, clean respite
We very much appreciated our stay--the place was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked (more than other places we've stayed at in terms of pots and pans and dishes), and Nancy was so helpful and very easy to access. Easy walk to the beach, quiet part of town--great location. Central air conditioning a great plus.

Aunt Betty’s ice cream and Nauti Donuts right there and so good. too. Unit is like other reviewers state, older unit, but well maintained and very clean with a kitchen that was recently redone. Nancy was a pleasure to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions. Nice having off street parking. Can’t go wrong this beach house.

Very convenient location. Older beach cottage style with updated kitchen. Second bedroom had futons and the living room couch is a futon. It was nice that the unit comes with 2 bikes. Close to the beach.

The unit was older but very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and the location was great. I would recommend staying there.

The Dougherty’s were great to deal with. The place is perfectly located close to the beach and boardwalk, but not in downtown. I’d definitely recommend this place and will go back.

This property was a prime location for our family. Nancy was amazing with providing info and the house was very clean! We had a great visit!!!

Wonderful home in a convenient, but quiet location
Our family had a wonderful vacation! Perfect place - fantastic location - quiet - but not far from the "action", clean, a host of amenities with the rental - parking too! We would definitely come back. Nancy Dougherty was great to work with.
