The villa was amazing. Great view and beautiful settings
A bit dificult to park On the hillside and scary to drive out from the property Ground but that was all secondary.

We had a really fantastic week at this villa. The views are stunning and the fact that the property is split into 2 separate houses / villas was perfect . There where 6 of us and we could put all our 4 adult kids in one house and we had total peace and quiet in the other house. The host was very helpful and always available during our stay and sent perfect instructions on how to find villa which at first without instructions can be difficult. So thank for making our stay lovely and would highly recommend.

Just wrapped up a 5 day stay at this beautiful property. Amazing views, spacious, full sized kitchen and laundry, very convenient when travelling. Air conditioning in all bedrooms which is important during hot weather! Great communication with the owner who lives just down the road. Would definitely recommend!

The owner is a good person but it has to rent the house cause needs to finish it. Humidity everywhere, not enough equipment inside, just the minimum equipment that for the price request is not sustainable. The view itself cannot justify the price requested and the poor quality of services. Dorina is a gentle host but she cannot ask what she asked for the house as it is now. We arrived and the principle door was not working, no lights in the carpark, except a rudimental automatic switch; the upper car park was unusable dirty and occupied by construction materials, lorries ecc… the car park down near the apartments was always occupied by cars of other guest/friends of the family with the cars always opened with toys everywhere and leisure equipment in the middle. The house was supposed to be rented with privacy but the owner lives there. We had the green area, reserved to us but unfortunately used by other guests all the time. A nightmare and we had to leave 3 days before. I asked for a refund but Dorina hasn’t answer yet. Sorry but it was a bad bad experience.

We are from the United States and had family and friends from three different states join us for a college graduation from IUM. The property is as beautiful as shown on the website. We all enjoyed the pool, beautiful views, grilling, and lounge areas.

This is a beautiful, modern, and spacious villa. It is fully equipped with everything you may need, and the pool and view is fabulous!! Dorina the owner was very helpful before and during our stay. We hope to be back! Thank you!

Great location and stunning views or Monaco. Enjoyed watching the yachts coming in and out of the harbour. Pool was nice after a hot day out. Very clean and comfortable. Highly likely we will be back next year.

Lovely property with great views.
Check in wasn’t a great experience with my 78 year old mother in law having to wait outside the property for half an hour in the hot sunshine despite the owner knowing our exact arrival times. No arrival photos or instructions sent until after we had arrived, we couldn’t locate the place because of this. No welcome drink or welcome pack. Nobody showed up to see us out of the property at the end of our stay. Several housekeeping issues ie one of the bedroom door handles broken, two rings of the outside kitchen hob not working. Only 6 sun beds for 7 of us !

Wunderschön
Wir waren hier mit 7 Erwachsenen. Alles ist sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr bequeme und gute Betten, auch das Schlafsofa ist sehr gut.
Da der tolle Pool beheizt ist, konnten wir ihn jeden Tag nutzen und haben dabei die super Aussicht genossen.
Wir hatten kein Auto vor Ort, das war aber überhaupt kein Problem, da man nach ein paar Minuten zu Fuß die Bushaltestelle erreicht.
Ein dickes Dankeschön auch an unsere Gastgeberin! Wir sind selten so gut betreut worden, Dorina stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hat uns sehr herzlich Empfange. Wir würden hier wieder Urlaub machen!

Bel endroit pour une réunion familiale.
Très bel endroit pour passer nos vacances de Noël en famille en toute tranquillité.
La piscine est très agréable avec une vue sur Monaco imprenable.
Les terrasses, le BBQ, la table de ping pong et le trampoline ont permis à toute la famille de vivre pleinement ces moments.
Dorina et son mari sont charmants et très discrets. Elle a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable.
L'accès à la propriété demande une certaine habitude de conduite. Si vous avez l’habitude des routes de montagnes étriquées, pas de problème, sinon ayez une petite voiture automatique.

Magnifique propriété très bien entretenue avec une piscine (vraiment !) chauffée. Tout est présent, la vue est à couper le souffle, la situation est idéale pour balade, shopping ou visite. Rien à redire, juste à y retourner.

Très agréable maison à 2 appartements avec piscine et vue sur Monaco
La maison est top et comme elle se compose de 2 appartements, elle peut être idéale pour 2 familles. Les 2 appartements sont parfaitement bien équipés: lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, machine à café standard et nespresso. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le fait d'avoir des moustiquaire aux fenêtres des salle de bain et de certaines chambres. La piscine est top, mais étant venu en octobre, nous avons quand-même trouvé que l'eau n'était pas très chaude pour une piscine chauffée. La place de jeux au-dessus a été très appréciée par ma fille (trampoline, ping-pong et balançoire).
Il y a également une cuisine d'extérieure qui a l'air bien pratique si vous y résidez en été.
La maison est idéalement situé pour visiter Monaco.
Le seul point négatif étant qu'il n'y a pas de magasins ou de boulangerie accessible facilement à pied.

Excellentes vacances dans un superbe endroit!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Dorina! Tout d’abord, la propriétaire Dorina est adorable et très réactive aussi bien avant que pendant notre séjour. L’endroit est idéal pour les enfants : piscine, trampoline, balançoire, toboggan et grand jardin. La vue sur Monaco est à couper le souffle! Nous y sommes allés en février et la piscine étant chauffée nous avons pu nous baigner presque chaque jour! Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour!

We had a fantastic holiday here with our teenage boys. The views are stunning and with so much going on down in Monaco with the yachts coming and going. Great dining and relaxing areas look forward to returning again .

Une magnifique maison. Une vue à couper le souffle au calme.
Attention tout de même si vous craignez le soleil, la maison est idéalement placée pour l avoir toute la
Journée. En cas de grosse chaleur, prévoyez un ou deux parasols de plus pour avoir de l ombre dans la piscine.
Sinon, excellent!!! Déjà envie d y retourner.

Prachtig vakantieverblijf met schitterend uitzicht
Wij hebben hier een heerlijke vakantieweek gehad. Het uitzicht is formidabel. Zicht op Monaco (haven, stad en zee). Voor het vuurwerk op zaterdagavond zit je 1e rangs op het balkon.
Het verblijf bestaat uit 2 gedeeltes. Beide appartementen hebben een eigen keuken en 2 slaapkamers, badkamer en keuken, De kamer en de slaapkamers zijn voorzien van airco.
Er is een mooi terras en een heerlijk zwembad.
Het enige wat niet vermeld was in de advertentie en toch wel heel belangrijk is, dat de helling op het terrein naar de woningen behoorlijk steil is en je moet beschikken over een auto met een redelijk zware motor om hier goed tegen op te kunnen rijden. Wij moesten vol gas naar boven om het te halen met een Peugeot 3008 SUV.
Maar verder was alles aanwezig, wat je wenst op vakantie.

The pool was so wonderful, kids and adults alike wanted to stay there all day. The view is amazing, we couldn’t stop taking pictures!
The fact that there are two separate houses makes everything so much easier for groups... would absolutely recommend this house!

Séjour inoubliable avec des hôtes très sympatiques
Nous avons réservé la maison louée par Dorina et son mari fin octobre 2018. Nous n'avons pas été déçus et nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. La maison correspond parfaitement à la description qui en est faite sur le site de Abritel. La vue est époustouflante et c'est l'un des plus grands atouts de la maison. On ne s'en lasse pas, de jour comme de nuit. La piscine est chauffée, le jardin bien entretenu. Il y'a un grand espace de jeux pour les enfants et de multiples endroits pour se prélasser sans aucun vis à vis. On est au calme car la route est nettement en contrebas de la maison. On y accède assez facilement en voiture avec un grand espace pour se garer dans une mini forêt au dessus de la maison. Il n'y a pas de commerces à proximité, donc la voiture est indispensable pour se promener ou pour se ravitailler. Les hôtes habitent à côté mais cela ne gêne en aucun cas l'intimité des locataires. Dorina et son mari ainsi que leurs deux enfants sont très gentils et accueillants. Ils sont attentifs au bien être de leurs locataires et ne courent pas après l'argent. Nous avons même eu droit à une nuit gratuite car nous avons voulu prolonger notre séjour un jour de plus. Pour un séjour de ce standing, c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Wir waren vom 04.08. bis 18.08.2018 in dieser Ferienanlage. 6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. Es war einfach toll. Die beiden Häuser, der Pool, die Sommerküche (schade, dass es kein Kühlschrank hatte) der Spielplatz für die Kinder, die mega Aussicht auf Monte Carlo alles war top. Die beiden Häuser sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Schlafen tiptop alles ist sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Ferienanlage nur empfehlen. Wenn man einen Mangel anbringen kann ist es, dass bei der unteren Terrasse kein Geländer ist. Mit kleinen Kindern etwas gefährlich. Einkaufen der Lebensmittel gingen wir immer nach Monte Carlo. Hat dort ein grosser Supermarkt. Zu empfehlen ist ein Mietauto, wenn man mit dem Flugzeug kommt. Vom Flughafen bis zum Ferienhaus sind es ca. 40 Min. Wir verbrachten 14 wundervolle Tage in dieser Ferienanlage. Wir könnten diese Ferienanlage herzlich empfehlen.

Eine Residenz zum Geniessen.
Wir hatten als Familie eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa. Das Haus ist an erhabener Lage mit traumhaftem Panorama über Monaco. Die moderne Ausstattung lässt bis hin zu den klimatisierten Schlafzimmern nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück unter der schattigen Veranda, Abkühlung im leicht gesalzenen Pool und Nach Sonnenuntergang den Abend in der Lounge auf dem Dach: die Villa bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Der Weg zum Parkplatz am Haus ist recht steil. Wir haben das Auto einfach im Privatbereich oberhalb der Auffahrt geparkt wo es dann auch im Schatten stand.
