Le charme de villas 95 , le calme , l’appartement spacieux, la terrasse qui mène à la piscine avec les enfants c’était parfait.
Le personnel est super à l’écoute du client.
La piscine très propre rien à dire , les transats et les serviettes mises à disposition pour nous .
Revoir la robinetterie.
Et quelques équipements dans les salles de bains mais ne gâche en rien le séjour ☺️

Prachtig zwembad en een heel ruim appartement. De tuin is heel mooi. Een lekkere plek om rustig net buiten Marrakech te verblijven.
Wij waren er met jonge kinderen. Op het moment van ons verblijf waren er geen gezinnen. Het was wat onrustig in de avond. Maar het is maar net waar je naar op zoek bent.

De ingang is gemaakt voor hobbits, mensen van 1.30 hoeven niet te bukken om hun hoofd niet te stoten. Daarnaast heb ik 1 dag verlengd en wouden ze mij in een kleinere apartement zetten. Daar ging ik niet mee akkoord en ze hebben mijn geld niet terug gegeven ratten!! Daarnaast zat er een kakkerlak in mijn kamer smerig

Super hôtel/appartement où nous avons passé une nuit avant de partir pour ouarzazate. L’appartement était composé de 3 chambres immenses (nous étions 6). La propreté était irréprochable. La literie très confortable. Rapport qualité-prix incroyable :)

We spent one night in this little paradise. It was so nice, very good stuff and very good located. The swimming pool is so clean.

Pool, terrace, big apartment, decor, amazing garden and tranquility
It was clean in general but the dishes was kinda dirty and bedding had stains even tho it was clean. This are some details that they should pay attention to. There is no shower gel or shampoo provided. We were aware of the location and decided to risk it. Having the car would be the best or just make peace with paying €20 for a taxi every time you wanna go somewhere (one way).

The rooms are good size, roomy, air-conditioned and all ensuite with a kitchen and diner. About 15 mins drive from the city centre but there is a shopping mall 5 mins drive away where you can do your shopping. You can flag a cab for 5 dirham to get to the shopping mall.The staff are fantastic, especially Sekina, the receptionist who is always happy to help. The room and facility cleaning operatives were also fantastic. I Recommend for families who want a quiet place to swim and chill away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech

A 20-minute ride from Marrakech and 15 minutes from the Airport, this is a multi-apartment Villa with a beautiful garden area and a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and comfortable and well-designed, and most of them have a terrace to the garden. The garden has a lot of green - plants, palm trees, and bushes. The pool-side is very nice and it's very quiet. The staff is helpful.
I'm not sure if they offer breakfast there, so be ready to prepare your own meals.
