The pool area and space in general is fantastic. Really great place to relax together as a group. Every bedroom has its own ensuite, which was brilliant for a group of friends. There are two large doubles and 3 twin rooms, all good sizes and comfortable. Some of the beds were a bit hard but overall we all were comfortable. The air-conditioning is prepaid for the entire duration (€10 per day) - we were nervous about using it all up and running out but it was more than enough for our group of 8 - we had credit left over when we checked out. Plenty of kitchen utensils and an outdoor barbecue. Easy to get bolt/uber to and from the property at all times. There are shops for groceries within walking distance. Communication with Josette was excellent, very responsive and helpful. Would recommend staying here.

The rules of the house were a bit off putting! Although it was useful to know everything upfront and might have been designed in response to having badly behaved guests in the past, we were nervous about being extra careful and quiet in the villa, which slightly impacted our enjoyment and anticipation of the trip on arrival.

The Villa was well located and handy for the airport. We loved Marsaskala which was a very near and had great places to eat and swim. The pool was fanastic and the villa had everything we needed, with clear instructions. The air conditioning allowance was ample and we didn't need to top up despite temperatures of at least 32C each day. The host was very responsive and helpful. They recommended which boat to get to the blue lagoon, which was bigger and better than other boats that were available. We had one minor issue with the water and they arrived very quickly and sorted it out.

We had a nine seater people carrier, which we were able to park on the drive outside the Villa. It was a bit tight and I missed the reversing camera I have on my car at home !

Hosts were very friendly and helpfull, the villa is amazing...kind of castle style. It is trully perfect for a group of 10 people. I highly recommend!

The pool wasn’t being cleaned at all during our stay. It was quiet dirty and very very cold 🙈

Set of rules and costing of each smallest thing in the house not even a welcome page. Book written with a very maltese arrogant way accent !! Deposit given after 5 days after that guidance book of each cost withouth even the host coming to check the time of your departure No warm water in bathrooms - solar water heater not warming up enough in winter. Snooker needs to be baught another one.. really big disapointment for players New stick needed Snooker table not alligned -one of the legs has a carboard so it does not move. New biliard cloth is also needed Freezer not big enough for 10 people Cleaning is not good the cooker hood was all dust - the most thing what should be cleaned. Also under snooker sticks all dust (the entertainment of the house - where everyone can see it ) Pictures in booking.com are taken differently. One room of snooker table is not if the farmhouse. The picture where is a door is the actual one. Also the sofas are different so it looks bigger in pictures then reality. Very disapointed and we were actually scared to do anything in d house because of the book The hostess at our end of stay on the phone instead saying to us how was your stay she told us did you left any damages? This is the reason being that. i have felt that this needed a review. I was scared that I will not get my deposit back. 1st time in a farmhouse and they keep deposit for 5 days- No one does that !

Located in beautiful Żejtun village, Blueberry Hills Villa is a beautifully structured location one can enjoy their stay with both friends and family. A lovely clean pool which is well maintained along with a well functioning kitchen and cooking utensils with other much needed electrical appliances comes as a perfect bonus. Driving to valleta or towards lovely beaches in the north is very easy by Bolt taxis or even taking a bus ride with multiple bus stops in walkable distance. Grocery stores run by locals are an added advantage which are just in 100-200 meters or walk. Stay at this property to enjoy a lovely sunrise and check out those olive and banana plantations right behind the priories open terrace. Our Maltese friends found its very easy to locate too and were high praise for this property. Everything that you need to know is well explained in advance to make your stay hassle free. We will forsure stay at this villa again and I highly recommend this property for your stay.
