Our room was beautiful! The location is perfect, walking distance to most of the major attractions.

I loved the location...right smack beside one of the entrances to the old city. I was easily able to walk around the old city and the main restaurant streets. I loved the "feel" of the hotel...more like a B&B really...I had a spacious room and a huge balcony overlooking trees and a square. The breakfast was good every morning - and I enjoyed meeting other people staying in the suites while having breakfast together in the dining room. I appreciated that parking was free and right in the back of the property. There was also a nice hamburger truck there by the parking lot and I enjoyed a couple of lunches/dinners sitting there. There is also a great gelato front out front of the property. :)

excellent location next to Porta Nuova

Loredana the owner makes every effort to enhance your stay (is very informative too) in her perfectly located Boutique B&B and Dante the house manager gives such a good welcome and service. We loved it - even the food truck 'Crusts' around the back is fab!!!

Superb location and stylish accommodation

We only stayed one night due to our timing which was far too short a time to enjoys the delights of Palermo and our lovely accommodation

The setting was perfect. Easy for the train from the airport and bus to Monreale and right next to the main sites. Lovely terrace and quiet despite the busy location .

Superb location literally just outside the Porta Nuova with parking for the car in a locked parking area nextdoor. Easy walking to all of the old town and many restaurants. Very clean. We had a lovely roof terrace overlooking the Porta Nuova with sofa, chairs and table. There was a marvellous arancini place just around the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good double glazing which keeps out the noise of the city.

Not easy to find as it is tucked away and no clear instructions - it is in fact right next to the Porta Nuova in the tiny street on the left but you have to go round the block to get in. The air con was a bit temperamental and we spent one very hot night when it wouldn't work. There is a roof terrace and the cleaners start work before 730 am cleaning it and moving furniture especially after rain and that is really noisy. The lift didn't work for most of our stay and we were on the top floor. Breakfast was a bit sparse if you don't get there by 9am.

Very good communication great to have early check-in. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff very friendly. Great places near, really enjoyed granita bar and views of porta nouveau from terrace. Weather very hot for September so air con indispensable. Views to street good and burger bar at rear if you want to avoid restaurants and opt for street food. Also sorted airport transfer which was very useful. Not far from Palermo cathedral and Royal Palace both worth visiting.

Bed not the most comfortable

location, room quite confortable (balcony in simple rooms not useful), really good attention from Dante and a simple but nice breakfast. a lot of pillows at the bed, loving it!
