Perfect for our ski trip to Mount Sunapee! House was space and clean. Conveniently located close to the mountain and lake. Quick drive to new London for groceries and restaurants. Would stay again!

Such an easy convenient spot for skiing at Sunapee. Just make sure to read all check out instructions and leave yourself ample time on check out day as this is a self clean property. You have to make sure you wash and dry all sheets and get them back on the beds so get up early! But overall, great lay out and everything you need is there!

My wife and I came up after new year's for a quiet getaway and this house was perfect. It is very close to Sunapee ski area and maybe 15-20min from Pats Peak ski area. The owner was very responsive and we would stay again. It is on the main road, but there was hardly any traffic so we didn't notice it. The basement only has the propane fireplace for heat, we played ping pong and brought board games with us to play downstairs and did puzzles and read books upstairs. We didn't use the upstairs bedroom and opted for the master on the main level.

A lovely, spotless, welcoming home for our Thanksgiving visit with local family in the area. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions, despite picking up his own family @ airport when I called. It was a cold & stormy time, early winter conditions, & we were cozy nonetheless. We hope to return soon, & have confidence in this gracious host.

The house was comfortable and clean, had all the supplies we needed and the owners were very responsive. We had an issue with an electrical problem and the owners made the 3 hour trip up to the house to take care of the situation. The beds were comfortable and the cable tv service was excellent with On Demand plus we enjoyed watching the Red Sox on NESN. The town of Newbury was delightful with a nice town beach, where free concerts are offered every Thursday evening. We went to the Fells a few times and did some easy hiking in the area too. There are a number of good restaurants nearlby offering a variety of good food. Unfortunately, the house is situated on Rte 103, a very busy highway, and the traffic noise was fairly constant. I would recommend this house for the colder months when the windows would be closed all the time.

We recently stayed in the chalet for a family get to together that was being held in town and stayed for a week. This provided us a place within a couple miles distance driving to and from to call it an evening. We had all the space, privacy and amenities you could ask for. The owner/host provide us an email a few days prior with all the specifics of the home and general layout of terms which was most helpful and everything went off without a hitch. We would stay here again when requiring additional space when visiting Newbury. Thanks...
