很多小細節讓我很喜歡 例如有附肥皂袋讓旅客把使用過的肥皂帶回家 跟好喝的茶葉 (第一次住到飯店有附茶葉) 不是茶包 白天睡醒可以看見圓山飯店及山景很令人放鬆(看見景色有稍降火氣) 服務人員都是禮貌且臉上掛著笑容的 遇到服務人員都會親切地打招呼

一進房間非常嚴重的潮濕味 味道敏感的人(我)一開始無法接受 我是自備香氛+把冷氣開到最強最冷 才不那麼難受 也許可以在房間附上除濕機? 我不確定這是不是個好建議 但房間的潮濕味確實令人(我)不舒服 半夜12點多睡覺 大概凌晨快三點聽到隔壁放音樂蠻大聲的 打電話跟櫃台反應 (櫃檯服務態度很好) 櫃台有回電告知處理了 如果還有聲音可以再反應 音樂事件後又聽到天花板有答答答的聲音(是手機錄得到的音量) 此時已經完全睡不著 不確定答答答是哪裡發出的聲音 非常焦慮 一直到五點多真的有點累了 有睡意 結果....捷運開始準備營運...開始陸續有捷運經過的聲音...天也開始微亮... 這晚睡眠品質非常不好 建議提供耳塞

ビルが新しくシンプルモダンで部屋も清潔で豪華で使い勝手も良かったです。士林夜市が近く 散歩にちょうど良いです。駅が近いのも魅力です。

Excellent location with a metro station within view of the hotel. The metro in Taipei is excellent, easy and very clean. Room was very large as was the bathroom. Staff was helpful and polite, most speak English. Outside of the center, and the green hills across the street were lovely. Did not use the pool or have the breakfast. Tea and coffee in room, along with a fridge. Many places to eat within walking distance. Very comfy bed!

Very convenient and near to railway station.

The staff are unfriendly. I am not happy with my stay . I stay for 3 days , I check in very late on the first day then I found that the room layout is not same as the photos.but when I request to change room on the next day the staff very rude reply said is random select you cannot change room.

Clean and location

Location, value. Clean, and good service.

The room was comfortable. However it wasn’t sound-proof so I could hear the drain pipes at night/noise from the room next to mine.

One of the treadmills was faulty. Almost tripped a few times while warming-up.

room is big and tidy

Very accessible. Jiantan Station is only a few steps away. The room is also very nice, comfortable and modern. The jacuzzi is a big bonus.

Nothing at all.

Hotel was very close to the subway station and also the Shilin night market. Breakfast was amazing. You can chose a menu and have the buffet in addition. Staff was very helpful and helped us to get to a good motorbike rental. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and the bathroom amazing.

it is really convenient - exit 2 of the Jiantan MRT station and you will see the hotel. Within walking distance to the Shilin night market.

Excellent breakfast. Nice and wide rooms. Very comfortable bed. Nice view. Lots of restaurant and walks all around the hotel.

Sound bar in room 8015 was not working. System to give access to each floor with room key in the elevators is not working properly.

Love: Spacious room and bathroom. Large tub with separate shower area. Japanese-style heated toilet seats Super clean Ample coffee, tea, water and mini snacks refills every day. Located right across the MRT station. 5 min walk to Shilin night market

we like the level of cleanliness and the view of the greenery! and barely 2mins walk to Jiantan line! superb!
