We had a large group of 9 adults. The house was perfect! It was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic-we spent many hours on the lanai sitting around the pool. The views were great and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely recommend this property and would visit again. It was a great vacation!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our family! The pool area was lovely and the dock was great for my boys to go down and fish whenever they wanted. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood too. They had everything needed for the beach which was wonderful! Beach access wasn’t too far. About a 10 minute walk with kids and grandparents. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and perfect house for the extended family with children and grandchildren. The pool was a must . Short walk to the beach and great for the July fourth fireworks.

Beautiful vacation home with private dock. We had seven family members who all felt very comfortable. House was very clean. The garage is full of bicycles, beach, toys, umbrellas, beach, chairs, and pretty much everything you could need. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. There is enough beach towels for a small army. The house was very clean. The pool was great for both adults and young children. The grill was very clean. Overall impression was very positive. We will be booking again here next year.

The location of the property was perfect. The view was beautiful. The bedrooms were large and comfortable.
The rest was disappointing. The pool area was dangerous. The deck was extremely slippery when it got wet. The first day there i fell and thought I broke my arm. I complained to the management and nothing was done to rectify the situation. I was terrified for my grandkids the entire 2 weeks we stayed there. Not only was the deck slippery it was also filthy and the furniture was old and all mismatched. The bathroom off the pool deck was also dirty and full of pool toys. Management responded days later and basically told me they will look into new tiles for future guests but offered no solutions for us. They said I signed a waiver and took no responsibility for my injury even though it was a hazard.
The garage was also filthy and full of sand and junk everywhere. I don't think anyone but the cleaners ever visited the property.
The kitchen was OK but very dated. The cabinets were old, doors didn't close properly. The dishwasher moved everytime we used it.
We had a great vacation together as a family. We enjoyed the beach, restaurants and activities but it was hard to contain the kids at the pool. They had all fallen... thankfully they didn't get hurt.
Not sure I would recommend this house. I was so looking forward to the house and was truly disappointed for what I paid.

This was a great house. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us that stayed there. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was awesome. We were able to walk or ride bikes to the beach, as well as to some of the dining on Marco Island. The view from the back of the house was great, especially at night. The dock was a great space for laying out in the sun, or just a good sitting area. We did have an issue with the refrigerator, but the management company had someone out the next day and had a new one delivered, so that is a testament to their customer service. We also did suggest that they update some of the beach umbrellas and bikes, but that wasn't a deal breaker that wouldn't stop us from renting this house again.

Our family of 5 stayed and had a wonderful time! We used the heated pool daily and the temp was perfect! I enjoyed the shade of the pool deck and my daughter enjoyed the sun deck off her bedroom. My husband enjoyed sitting on the dock and fishing. We even saw some dolphins playing in the canal in front of the house. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Definitely had enough room that we could have had more people. Each kid had a king a queen bed to themself and we did not use the bedroom with the two twin beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed.

The location, view and house layout were fantastic. Our stay was superb. The only reason I gave 3 stars rather than 5 is because I felt the home was dated, not run down but just very dated; example: shades, laminate floor, pool deck, garage.

Layout and ammenities are great. Neighborhood is great. 10 min walk to beach. Cleanliness was our dissatisfier. I can tell cleaning crew was there but it was a poor job
- pool always has residue and debris even though we used the screen daily. Kids got in but adults didnt want to.
- bathroom rugs were dirty and white towels dingy. We washed and bleached before using.

There were bikes but not in good shape. Manager offered repair. We all had a very good time. It was hard to find public access to beach. Once found beach effect good.

We had a great time at this property in Marco Island. The house was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor pool was great. The location provides an easy walk to multiple restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. My favorite spot was the 2nd floor balcony - absolutely beautiful views! Would definitely visit again.

The house was very spacious, and very clean. We enjoyed our week at the property. Close to beach access, restaurants, mini-golf, etc.
The only “down” side of this property is that the neighbors seem disgruntled that there are vacation rentals in the neighborhood. They are not friendly at all. The police were called on us for a noise violation at around 6pm one evening. The complaint said that a baby was crying all day, and kids were screaming but we had been at the beach that particular day. Responding officers were very friendly and said that they measured the noise and there was no violation.

Great house in a nice neighborhood, close to everything! The teenagers and adults alike loved the pool. Thanks for the beach chairs, wagon, umbrella and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed playing the games and doing a puzzle that were furnished.

Beautiful home, 5 mins walk to the beach, dining and shopping. A little disappointed in the large cleaning fee when renter is responsible for empting all trash cans, cleaning all dishes, washing the towels and making sure the trash is at the end of the driveway at a certain time and put away 2 different days during our stay, otherwise you receive an additional charge.

Wonderful week. Property was exactly as advertised. We had an issue with the water temperature in the downstairs bathroom when we arrived and they quickly installed a new water heater the next day . We’d love to come back!

Great family home
Everything a family needs for a beach trip was there, coolers, umbrellas, plenty of new beach chairs and water toys. The pool was a good size and again a great selection of water toys.
We were short on some items and contacted the rental office and they were promptly delivered.
The only complaint we had is that 2 sea walls were being installed at homes across the water and the clanging noise was quite intrusive from 7.30 until 4.30p.m. On the bright side for other visitors is that they are now installed so it will not happen to anyone else.

Gorgeous House
We had a great time at this house. There are a few reasons we give it a 4 star rating. The kitchen is well stocked but some of the things didn’t work properly. The small toaster did not work at all. The larger toaster worked somewhat... we had to take out the bread and flip it over since only 1 side heated up. The can opener didn’t work without lots of manhandling, and then it only opened our cans partially. The lock to one of the sliding doors didn’t lock and there was lots of damage to the kitchen cabinets. The pool was filled with tons of dead gnats and bugs but there was no skimmer for us to use. We had to go buy one. The only way to reach the management was by email. One of the queen beds was very uncomfortable... our daughter and son in law slept on bed springs. The king bed upstairs is very hard. They only supply a “starter supply” of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper so we had to buy more. They also did not provide any bath soap. These things have always been furnished for us in all other VRBO rentals we have stayed in. These things did not prevent us from having an awesome time but I would want to know these things. I rely heavily on reviews when picking a house.

This house needs some improvements. The bathroom on the second floor needs a head shower replaced, it was impossible to take a shower, water come out very slowly and some holes was stuck. Also this house has roaches.

GREAT LOCATION
Great location to the beach and good places to eat. The grand kids loved the pool and it was nice you can open the big glass sliding doors to the pool area. The house is showing signs of its age and could use some tender loving care. It does look like they have made some improvements and hopefully they can continue to upgrade the property.

Very spacious
We visit Michael and stay in the rental properties several times a year. This property was one of the most spacious properties we have stayed in. Everyone had large bedrooms and their own bathrooms. The property is very convenient to the restaurants and the beach. Management company is very responsive to any needs that we had. I’m pool Is relatively small and because it is a northern exposure house gets very little sun. Most of our sunbathing is down on the dock area.

Fantastic Stay!
We rented this property to stay in during our honeymoon! Our trip was so enjoyable in this gorgeous house! We loved the beautiful view while swimming in the pool.

Great family vacation home!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this home! My husband with our four children (ages 11, 5, 5, and 1) barely wanted to leave, the home met our needs so perfectly. Location is close to the beach, however it was a bit of a far walk for our family with young kids. We utilized the pool most of the week because the kids had more fun there than the beach! The home had a pack n play, high chair and walker for our littlest. The three older kids enjoyed having their own space and bathrooms upstairs. From day one they were asking if we could stay in this house again!

Great vacay!
Great home, great location. This was our first visit to Marco and it was wonderful. We rented a boat and it was so easy to dock it at the house and easy access to the open water. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacay.

Wonderful Vacation!
We rented this house with 2 other families. 6 adults and 4 kids. The house is beautiful and in a great location. We walked to the beach several times and we had young kids with us (6, 2, 2, and 18 months). We did bring our own pool alarm that we used for the littlest kids when we weren’t swimming as the only thing keeping them from the pool and the house is a sliding glass door with a lock that a 2yo easily can open. They have plenty of cooking supplies stocked. We cooked several nights. The only complaints I have is that during the sunny/hot days the entire upstairs heats up to over 80 degrees. No matter what you try to do. They do have a lot of box fans that helped. But it typically didn’t cool down until around 11pm or so. The queen mattress in the upstairs corner bedroom is incredibly uncomfortable. The other mattresses were much better. There was 1 beach umbrella, several beach chairs, several pack n plays, and a beach buggy to help transport things to the beach. One of the families we traveled with had rented an additional wagon which we needed and also some beach toys. If you are traveling with small children, I would recommend renting beach toys. We loved the pool and the view! We saw several dolphins while sitting on the back patio. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation
This house was everything that we expected. The pool was perfect size with numerous pool toys provided that our kids loved! The covered lanai was where we gathered for eating dinner each day when we didn't go out to eat. Even saw dolphins on two separate occasions! The house itself was very spacious and inviting. The small bedroom upstairs was perfect for two kids to have their own space. We spent a lot of time at the beach. It was a 10 minute walk. We had a baby among us and there was a beach play pen among the chairs, small umbrella and beach wagon provided. Also, numerous beach towels made life great. The location of the house is great. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a quiet neighborhood. Overall, we loved our vacation and have already booked this house again next year.
