Grazioso appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato e molto luminoso, al 2 ° piano di una bella vecchia casa di famiglia, con ingresso indipendente. La casa si affaccia su un grazioso cortile lastricato, molto silenzioso e su un giardino.
Un ampio spazio di 110 m2 sotto i tetti, arredato in stile loft, con un soggiorno / sala da pranzo con cucina attrezzata e 2 camere da letto (ognuna con bagno e ampio letto matrimoniale): ideale per la famiglia o per 2 coppie.

We spend 5 very good days in the appartment. It perfectly corresponds to the description. Very clean, well organized, easy acces, and owners always available if needed. The appartment is very well positioned in Versailles. We strongly recommended this place. 5 stars, we will be back.

We chose to base ourselves in Versailles for our visit to Paris. Getting into Paris was so easy, just a quick train trip to La Defense and onto the Metro.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable.
We ate so well during our stay, either buying fabulous produce from the nearby market or eating at the close-by cafes.
The highlight of our stay was being so close to the Gardens of Versailles where we could go for long walks each morning before the Chateau opened.

We love staying in Versailles. We just began renting apartments instead of staying in a hotel and are so happy we did. Stéphane and Isabel's home is a perfect location and has everything you need. The apartment is clean, well stocked and secure. For part of the trip, I was alone as my husband went to on to hike in the Pyrenees, and never once did I feel unsafe.
The communication with Stéphane and Isabel was incredible as well. While we were staying at their place, they were on vacation so we were unable to meet them, however, they would always respond immediately if we had any questions.
The location was perfect, and easy walk to the train stations, the Chateau, restaurants and for our favorite part, a quick walk to The Queens entrance into the amazing walking paths of the gardens/forest of the Chateau de Versailles.
Each room is equipped with fans which was helpful on the hot days, however, with the windows open we were able to get such a beautiful breeze of fresh air flowing through the apartment.
One thing, which was not an issue for us, however may be for some, there are some steep steps to get to the apartment. There are 42 steps in all so if you are unable to do a lot of steps daily, this unfortunately may not be the place for you.
We are looking forward to returning to Stéphane and Isabel's apartment in the future for sure!
Also, make sure to stop by Antoinette Versailles for your morning Pain au Chocolat, you will NOT be disappointed!

Very lovely welcome with food and drinks. Very silent while you are in the middle of Versailles. The light is like you want in an atelier. It takes two historical stairs to get there. Isabelle and Stéphane very helpfull for all kind of questions or information. And our grandson of 2 years old was even more enthousiastic when he visited us.

Lovely apartment, clean, quiet and stylishly decorated. Great location near the Chateau de Versailles. Worked perfectly for us - family of five - to explore Versailles, Chartres and Paris. Isabelle was a great host.

Appartement très bien entretenu, véritable proximité du château.
Épicerie au pied de la maison, stationnement finalement assez facile.

So close to all the sights
A lovely cosy apartment, very close to a small supermarket for all the essentials and easy to access the Palace and gardens through the various entrances (it is free to enter the external gardens although entry to the Palace and Trianon are ticketed, we found that we could still see the back of the Palace and Fountains from the external gardens).
We walked miles, saw the stables and coaches (free entrance), used the skip the line tickets to the Palace and spent a fortune in the best food market we have ever seen. The Potager was a slight disappointment as it isn’t in the best of states..
Despite a slight problem checking in (we found our mobile phones did not communicate with the Owner and her Husbands phone (so do check before you go)), and the doorbell wasn’t answered, we got through by knocking on a window! Isabelle was charming and extremely helpful. We loved the stay, thank you.

Blissful retreat in Versailles
Our family was on a 12 day road trip through Europe and this place was hands down our favorite stop. The home is beautifully appointed and well finished, combining the best of period features with modern touches. Amazing location, right in the heart of Versailles but you feel like you’re in the country with no street noise even with all the windows open. The hosts are gracious, kind and well prepared with recommendations. We can’t wait to plan our next trip here. Very highly recommended.

Isabelle & Stephane’s property was a wonderful find. Beautiful location, just blocks away from the palace, gardens and outdoor market. A beautifully remodeled third floor apartment with so much warmth and character.

Very nice and and just a short walk to the the palace and gardens
Isabelle was very easy to get in contact with and was ready for us when we arrived at the apartment. She gave us a good map and told us where the closest entrances were to the palace and gardens, some good advice on where to eat in town, and even stocked the refrigerator with some goodies.
The apartment: beautiful and nicely updated with historical charm. It had plenty of space for our family of four. Nice views as well. At night there are wonderful breezes if you open the windows even if the day has been hot.
The town of Versailles is a wonderful place to stay if you want to visit Versailles and Paris. We found it very easy to get an Uber into Paris and then take the train on the way back. Restaurants and bakeries are plentiful nearby. We would definitely love to stay again.

A perfect stay
We loved staying in this very quiet apartment steps from the gardens of Versailles. Isabelle was very accommodating, sat down with us and gave us a virtual tour of Versailles- places to eat and shop, interesting sites beyond the Chateau. Since this was our first leg of a longer tour, she took care of our laundry, which was a blessing. Versailles has so much to offer, and walking the streets reminds me of Paris a generation ago. Quieter, the pace a little slower. Thank you Isabelle!

Versailles stay
Isabelle and her husband are wonderful hosts. Everything you might need is provided, plus extras like fruit and breakfast foods.
The apartment is nice and roomy, and the beds are very comfortable.
It is a top floor apartment where you have to climb two fairly steep flights of stairs, so it might not work for everyone, but we managed. Elisabet Port

Wonderful all around.
We had a terrific stay at Isabelle's place. Beautiful, spacious apartment in a lovely quiet courtyard, just a short walk from the Versailles palace and garden. Plenty of restaurants and a small grocery store nearby. The apartment has charm that comes with the old building location, plus all modern amenities (and two showers!). Isabelle is the most gracious and kind host. She stocked the kitchen with a very thoughtful and generous selection of breakfast foods, which was much enjoyed by children and adults alike. Isabelle gave us detailed information on getting around the area and some excellent restaurant recommendations. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend Isabelle's apartment.

Tolle Wohnung, wunderbare Gastgeber!
Diese Unterkunft ist ein echtes Highlight und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns über die Leckereien im Kühlschrank und besonders auch über die Kapseln für die Nespresso-Maschine sehr gefreut. Isabelle hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben, sodass wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in Versailles hatten. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten, der schöne Wochenmarkt sowie Restaurants und Geschäfte sind um die Ecke. Auch nach Paris ist es dank der exzellenten Bahnverbindung nur ein Katzensprung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We couldn't have had a better experience on our 4-night trip to Versailles. Isabelle was a most welcoming host, and made us feel right at home. Our family of 5 including 3 teenagers were very comfortable in this charming walkup apartment. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and Isabelle even stocked the kitchen with essential food for breakfast the next morning!
The location was perfect for visiting the Palace, and a 10-15 minute walk from two different RER train lines into Paris. (About a 50 minute ride into the center.) There is even a small grocery and delicious Japanese restaurant just down the street from the apartment.
We would definitely stay in this very cosy apartment again, if we find ourselves lucky enough to be back in Versailles!

A beautiful dream of an apartment
This is a comfortable, centrally located apartment. It is beautifully appointed. And looks like it belongs in a design magazine. The bathrooms are wonderful. The kitchen has all you need. The living and dining areas are large. There are desks in both bedrooms if you need to set up computers. Isabelle is a very attentive host. When we arrived she had stocked the kitchen with bread, cereal, milk, juice, fresh fruit and yogurt and coffee and tea. And there are restaurants nearby and a fresh market with every food stuff you could desire. We took advantage of the market to cook several meals at home. We stayed for 10 days. The Palace of Versailles and all the gardens are just minutes away from the apartment. We would stay here again, and recommend it highly.

Perfect place in Versailles!
We go often to Paris to visit family, but this was the first time we actually stayed in Versailles for my father-in-law's 90th birthday. I cannot say enough nice things about Isabelle's apartment. It was easily accessed, just 8 minutes up the cobble stones to the chateau! Her directions were very good and she had the apartment toasty warm on a freezing January day. She greeted us, showed us how everything worked and left lots of info and great maps. We were thrilled with the large rooms and sky lights, very modern and clean. She left us lovely groceries for breakfast and with a Superette just next door, you are all set. My husband and I, along with our two daughters in their 20's, were all so happy to have found this treasure. We want to come back in the spring to bike around the palace gardens. I also own 2 vrbos in the states and know how much work they can be. Isabelle & Stephane- merci beaucoup!

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung über den Dächern von Versailles
Die Wohnung über den Dächer von Versailles ist toll: sie ist wunderschön renoviert und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail, geschmackvoll und charmant eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr sauber, für vier Personen großzügig und es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem ganz ruhig. Man ist schnell zu Fuß beim Schloss und im Park. Im Haus nebenan gibt es einen kleinen Gemischwarenladen, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie haben viele Restauranttipps und Empfehlungen, was man besichtigen kann. Sie wohnen im selben Haus, sind aber sehr diskret. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

A wonderful Versailles home !
First of all it was such a pleasure dealing with Isabelle and Stephane. They answered all my emails immediately and upon arrival, they stocked the fridge with fresh apricots, cherry tomatoes, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee and fresh bread with butter and jams . I’ve stayed in many VRBOs before and never felt more welcome than this. Isabelle greeted us warmly and took the time to show us around and share recommendations for activities and dining.
As for this beautiful home, it was very spacious for my family of 5, with 3 teenage children. This cute house was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking so we were able to make our own meals. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. The location was only a short walk to the Palace of Versailles, I would recommend ordering your tickets online before you go. Because we were so close we were able to be in the doors by 9:00am with our prebooked tickets, avoiding the huge wait. It was very easy to go to Paris from here as well by metro. The neighbourhood has many great shops, bakery and restaurants.
I just wish we could have stayed longer. There’s so much to see in Versailles. Thank you Isabelle and Stephane for your beautiful home and hospitality.

Stephane and Isabelle were extremely nice, accommodating and hospitable. We highly recommend staying with them while in Versailles. They were a wealth of information about the area and incredibly helpful!!!

Comfortable, clean, safe and great location!!
The owners are amazing!! The apartment was just as described. Isabelle & Stephane was there to greet us upon arrival. Once settled in, they welcomed us into their beautiful garden for nice conversation over wine and cheese. My only complaint was no ac; however, even the locals complained about the unusual hot weather. In spite of this, we had a wonderful vacation. I would definitely stay here again!!

Schöne geräumige Wohnung im Dachgeschoss mit dem gewissen Etwas
Außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, besonders nette Extras wie ein mit dem Wichtigsten gefüllter Kühlschrank, DVD-Sammlung, Spiele für Kinder, etc. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, dass wir auch einige Abende nur einfach in der Wohnung waren. Absolute Empfehlung!
Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.
Achtung: Bei hohen Temperaturen kann es etwas heiß werden, in der Nacht geht es.

Acceuil fantastique a quelques pas des jardins du Château de Versailles
Ma famille et moi avons beaucoup apprécié ce grand appartement tout près de Château. Nous avions planifié des sorties aux grandes eaux musicales et aux grandes eaux nocturnes samedi et dimanche.
Dès vendredi soir, nous avons pu observer les feux d'artifices de la fenêtre de l'appartement.
Malgré notre arrivée un peu en avance, Stéphane nous attendait avec des rafraîchissement.
L'appartement avait tout le confort et les appareils de cuisine nécessaires pour se faire un bon repas dimanche soir quand l'orage a éclaté.
Un séjour parfait, mille mercis de votre acceuil Isabelle et Stéphane!

Perfect For Us
The apartment is as described. Very spacious. Good size bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Stephane and Isabelle are the perfect hosts: they are there when you need them and you get all the privacy you want.
They provided us with some basic necessities for breakfast on the day of arrival, including Isabelle getting us some excellent fresh bread just minutes after we were let into the apartment. Stephane and Isabelle know a lot about Versailles and the surrounding area as well as Paris.
Very centrally located in Versailles, just a couple of minutes from a side entrance to the park.
It is easy to get to either of the two Versailles train stations for an occasional trip to Paris.
Will definitely stay there again on another trip.

Tu étais bien proche et les propriétaires ont super sympa
L'appartement est bien équipé, c'est bien propre, il est tout prêt àu chateau de Versailles, il ne faut pas avoir une voiture, le château, les restaurants, et les gare sont bien accessible à pied. Les propriétaires sont très agréable et sympa, ils m'ont aider avec tout mon séjour à Versailles.

What more do you need
This accommodation was perfect for our family of two adults and four children. We were warmly welcomed and treated so very well. The flat was clean ,comfortable and very quiet, although the front gate was on a busy road. The children were well catered for with games and dvds, so thoughtful, and basic foods were provided for our use. This accommodation is situated in a fantastic place, close to the palace and shops. We would definitely rent this accommodation again if going back to Versailles. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
