Me and my wife had an amazing weekend at this house. It’s on a quite street not much traffic. Beach access is only like 50 feet away. The house had everything we needed.

We had a great time . We always go to the beach at this time of the yeqr.The house was clean and well appointed.. ev3thing was fine and we had no occasion to call for help from the rentals place. If we ever go to this part of the coast again, we will rent this house again if possible.

Beautiful home, perfect for family groups to gather. Short walk to the beach, well equipped kitchen, huge comfy couch in the living room, nicely decorated, thoughtful touches. Do be aware that several of the bedrooms have external entrances, with one of them being completely detached with the game room. Made it a little tricky for us with kids - my only complaint. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

The open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room with TV altogether worked great for 4 guests. The third bedroom is really a very small den with TV and pull out couch. The couch mattress is only 5 1/2 foot long, so it's only good for kids or very short adults. It was described as a queen mattress--not true. When I called the property manager during the week in the afternoon I only got an answering machine. The property charged $75 for damage insurance on a 3 day rental with no option for a security deposit instead. That equals a rate of about $10,000 per year which seems way to high.Beach access across the street was only about 150 feet from the driveway. We enjoyed 2 days touring the coast within 20 miles north and south. Lots to see.

Very cozy little house! I did think the house was a beachfront by the pics on the listing and the map shows it’s on the beach side of the road but the beach access was right across the street. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area, it’s a beautiful house.

Overall, the property is great. The best thing about this property is the proximity to the beach! It was nice to have a room for the kids to watch movies, and separate from the living room. It is well stocked with children's Disney movies. It sleeps 6 comfortably. The king bed and queen bed in the bedrooms are pretty hard. The hide-a-bed was pretty comfortable. The kitchen appliances need a little attention. The refrigerator on has one shelf. No shelf over the vegetable bins, so everything just gets piled in. I left some salt and pepper, Old bay spice, and some oil for cooking. If you like to cook, bring your own dutch oven. I brought mine and it was a life saver. There is one cast iron skillet. The other pans are thin and burn easily. Overall, we had a wonderful week there and would rent again.

Great stay
We had a wonderful time at this house! The space is open and comfortable and a very short walk to the beach, just across the quiet street and down the beach trail. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the view from the big windows in the living room. Worked great with young kiddos, just had to move a few fragile items off low shelves for our stay.

Overall, our rental experience was good. House is a great location to access the beach and nearby activities. I was there to visit with my siblings for a week. The listing advertised it sleeps six but that is only if you are coupled up. The 3rd bedroom was supposed to have a futon but its really a sleeper couch. The house is in need of minor interior repairs and pots and pans need updating, siblings did not like using scratched and burned Teflon pans.

This home was comfy and had a spacious living room area. I believe it was stated as 3 bedroom, which one of the bedrooms was a den with a foldout sofa. Was able to see the ocean from the property. It was about 15 miles to the local restaurants.

We stayed here in May 2021. Right across from the beach. Clean. Comfortable beds. No complaints. Well-stocked kitchen. Would stay here again. Perfect location.

Vacationed for four days with relatives.. Great place to stay and the accommodations were very good. Friendly folks to talk with and easy beach access. Our first stay in the Waldport area but not far to drive to other points of interest. Did not receive instructions for use of the property until the afternoon before we left to travel to it. A little disconcerning if you are a planner. But it all worked out and I would stay there again.

Great Summer Getaway
The home was very comfortable, well-maintained, and clean. Located across the street from the beach. The beach trail is right across the road from the property and provides easy beach access. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Very clean well kept house. Beach access almost directly across street. Use of garage very handy for how much stuff we brought. Would be nice to have an outdoor table as we spend much of our time outside. Other than that great experience would stay again!

The pictures of the interior spaces are very accurate. This house was fairly well-stocked; we only ran out of trash bags! The exterior pictures are a bit misleading, as there is a picture of a deck with an ocean view, and that is the house across the street, not THIS house. You need to cross a road and walk 1/2 a block to get to the beach access, which is really close and convenient, but not ON the beach. Also, the house across the street has added a garage since these pictures were taken so there isn't quite as much view of the water, but it's still there. Nice, quiet neighborhood. I was really disappointed with Ocean Odyssey Vacations - it took several phone calls and emails to get them to call me and finish the payment details.

Great location, very clean and well-equipped house. The pictures don’t do it justice — way nicer than the pics show! Would go back for sure!
