Wonderful location everywhere is easily acceptable, the apartment is first class in every respect, and Christine the host met us on arrival she is very friendly and helpful

Nice location, friendly hosts, great value
We had a wonderful stay. Christine & Claude we’re very generous with their time while also respecting our privacy. Communication through the VRBO app & WhatsApp was easy with a fast response time. Everything was very clean & lovely. The bed & pull out sofa were very comfortable. I loved the garden area. Very peaceful & sometimes you will have a visit from their friendly cat Cashew. There are mosquitoes so bring repellent. Downtown is a 20 minute walk. There’s a small grocery store just up the street. We had a very tasty & fun birthday dinner for our 17 yo just a 5 minute walk at Cafe Ginette.
We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Toulouse.

tout s'ets très bien passé, l'appartement est tres chouette avec un petit jardin (non exclusif) l'appartement est situé dans une maison, au calme mais proche du centre, nous avons passé un très bon sejour!

C'était mon deuxième séjour chez Christine, et j'ai passé dix jours absolument parfaits ! Nous sommes à 20 minutes à pieds du centre ville (une balade très agréable par beau temps, on traverse le canal du midi), et à quelques minutes du métro. Je recommande :-)

Super séjour en famille pour découvrir Toulouse
Très bon accueil de Christine et son compagnon. Logement correspondant à la description, très propre et fonctionnel, petit jardin agréable, calme, très bien placé pour se promener sur le centre de Toulouse, 15 min à pieds pour aller au Capitole.
On a passé un super séjour avec nos enfants, que se soit pour le logement et la ville. On reviendra afin de continuer à découvrir cette magnifique ville et on garde cette adresse précieusement. Encore merci et à bientôt

L'appartement est aussi charmant que propre. Tout près du Canal du midi et de quelques commerces très pratiques. L'accueil de Christine a vraiment été très agréable, je renouvelle mon expérience d'ici peu, dans la même location et j'attends ce nouveau séjour avec impatience :-)

Die geräumige und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Garten liegt in Fussnähe zum Canal du Midi und zum historischen Zentrum von Toulouse. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und bietet alle Bequemlichkeiten für einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt.

Beautiful, comfortable, serene and spacious gite.
We loved our stay in the beautiful city of Toulouse, and it was made perfect by our stay in Christine and Claude’s gite. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk out of the town centre, but this makes it a wonderfully quiet oasis to return to each evening. The gite is immaculately clean, very well designed, and very spacious... plus the advantage of a pretty garden outlook which can be used by guests. The gite is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Supermarket shopping and the metro are about a five minute walk away. Above all, Christine is a thoroughly delightful and charming host... even being extremely patient and helpful with my desire to use my quite limited French. Communication from the time of booking through to departure was easy and quick, and Christine and Claude were always most ready to assist with anything at any time. When we return to Toulouse we will definitely be planning to stay here again.

Wir haben in Toulouse eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht und hatten in Christine die perfekte Gastgeberin, die immer sofort auf Fragen geantwortet hat und viele gute Tipps parat hatte.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber, den angrenzenden Garten haben wir genossen! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Küche ist topmodern ausgestattet. Trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum ist die Gegend sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten lagen in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowohl zum Bahnhof Matabiau bzw. Busbahnhof als auch direkt in die Innenstadt war es nur ein kurzer Weg, wir haben alles zu Fuß erledigt. Die Kommunikation mit Christine verlief unkompliziert und immer äußerst freundlich - vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce joli appartement, spacieux, décoré avec goût, bien équipé, et ayant un accès à la petite terrasse. Situé à 15 minutes à pied d’un centre-ville. Que dire de l’accueil et la gentillesse de Christine et Claude. À recommander sans hésitation.

overall we were happy with our stay, the location was short walk to centre of Toulouse. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the small supermarket across the road was very handy. Parking was usually not too difficult. The hosts were good but my wife was particularly unhappy about having to pay an electricity surcharge at the end of the stay.

Easy travel location and very helpful hosts
Our hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything available and even volunteered to take us to the doctor and train station. The house , very clean and comfortable, was on a side street directly across from the bus stop. Would stay again. Fantastic hosts.

Very clean and modern
We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay in Toulouse, en route to the Pyrenees. The apartment was very clean, spacious and modern, ad Christine a gracious host. My only critique of the apartment is that it needed either fans or screens on the windows, so that you could get some fresh air without the mosquitoes. All in all I would highly recommend this apartment - the location is good - 10 minutes by foot to town and only a few minutes to the closest rental bike.

Spacious, tranquil property with delightful host.
The property is slightly out of the centre- 10 to 15 minutes walk - in a quiet neighbourhood. Very spacious, fully equipped, with use of a delightful little garden. The host, Christine, is a lovely person and very helpful. There is a shop right opposite for all essentials, and other shops near by.

A spacious and clean appartment with great facilities, including a lovely garden setting
Christine and Claude were gracious hosts and we loved coming back at the end of each day's sight-seeing to enjoy the garden area for supper. The only down side was that it was not as private as it might have been when sitting outside. Easy access to public transport and close to the canal. Christine was very helpful regarding where to go and what to see in town.

Super place to stay: great hosts
The apartment is beuatifully furnished, vey quiet and Christine a welcoming host.We especially liked the area of Minimes.All sorts of houses mixed with apartments, local shops , easy walking from the station along Canal du Midi to the apartment ,And great to amble along the Canal to the Garonne .An essy walk into the city.
The bus stop is straight outside although we preferred to walk.
We were grateful to Christine for driving us to the station on a fairly watm day,

A gem of a place
What a gem of a place this is. Well designed, quality fittings, nicely furnished and immaculately clean. All this only 20 minutes walk from the city centre and a short stroll from the tree lined Canal du Midi.
Christine and Claude are very welcoming and helpful, providing a comprehensive information folder and advice on local facilities.
This apartment will be our first choice if we return to Toulouse at any time in the future.

Lovely flat
Thank you to Christine for making us very welcome. We stayed in the gorgeous one bedroom accommodation rue des Négreneys for six nights and felt very much at home. Located in a quiet street but still at a stone throw from all the conveniences, it occupies the ground floor of Christine's house and has access to a back garden. It has been tastefully renovated and is very comfortable. We only wished the bed was bigger than the standard 140cm. But we certainly recommend it and would stay there again.
