Light, airy spacious apartment on 2 floors. South facing with elevated views over banyuls. The apartment is extremely well equipped almost like home.

Fräscht, bekvämt, välutrustat, gott om plats för 8 personer. Ett par hundra meter till stranden och alla butiker men högt läge med härlig utsikt från altanerna.

Très bel appartement. Grands espaces avec terrasse magnifique avec vue sur le village et une partie de la mer. Pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, beaucoup de marches entre le centre de Banyuls et l'appartement. Sinon, nous recommandons, vraiment très bien.

Nous n’aurions pas trouver mieux: beaucoup d’espace, des vues incroyables, très bien agencé avec tout ce qu’il faut! Nous avons beaucoup aimé.

Très bons contacts avec Fréderic puis Krystelle, toujours à l’écoute et réactive.
L’appartement, situé dans un quartier calme, est spacieux, bien agencé et bien équipé. On ne se lasse pas de la vue sur les Albères, magiques en fin de journée, du ballet des hirondelles et des goélands, du chant des merles...
La semaine a filé trop vite, mais tout était parfait !

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement avec une vue magnifique sur bagnyuls, très bien équipé, au calme, proche de tous les commerces à pied et des chemins de randonnée. Avec le bus à 1 euro vous allez oublier votre voiture bien rangée dans le garage.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Frédéric qui nous a réservé un très bon accueil. L'appartement est très confortable avec de belles terrasses et une belle vue sur Banyuls.
Les commerçants sont accessibles à pieds et le garage est bien pratique.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Excellent séjour fin octobre en famille. L'appartement est superbe,vaste, lumineux et très bien équipé. Tout est accessible à pied et les ruelles avoisinantes pleines de charme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et les contacts avec le propriétaire sont faciles. Parfait !

Un deuxième excellent séjour
Nous avons retrouvé avec grand plaisir ce magnifique appartement idéal pour les familles avec ses quatre chambres et ses trois terrasses si fonctionnelles. De nouveaux équipements ont encore été ajoutés qui font de la seconde terrasse un lieu idéal pour l’apéritif avec vue sur mer. Difficile de choisir où se détendre tellement tous les espaces sont agréables. Du grand confort dans la station de Banyuls toujours aussi accueillante et familiale. Je recommande à nouveau!

Séjour exceptionnel à Banyuls
Excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Frédéric. Le logement est fantastique, les vues sont encore plus magnifiques sue sur les photos. L’emplacement est parfait, tout se fait à pied une fois garée la voiture dans le garage de l’immeuble. Les quatre chambres sont tres confortables. Le salon est magnifique mais on y passe peu de temps tellement l’immense terrasse est plaisante. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Because of this wonderful property, we were able to discover the gem of Banyuls-sur-Mer. We loved being situated in the hill above the old part of town. The view from the main terrace was fantastic, and we loved walking into town to enjoy the beach, shop at the local markets, dine out and enjoy the live music happening every night. The location was a great base to venture to Collioure, Figueres, Carcassonne and Céret. We also had fun snorkeling at nearby Sentier-sous-Marin. The condo was great for our family of six - spacious and comfortable with all of the modern amenities.

My family had the opportunity to stay in this flat for a week during our vacation. The flat is very nicely equipped, clean, private. We especially loved the layout for family dinners, and late night conversation on the veranda under the stars. Nice view of the hills, surrounding town and close to the beach. No problems with renting or return of our deposit. Highly recommend.
