Space was just a bit “tight” for 4 adults and 2 children. Altho there were right amount of beds the 2 twins for the children were in a loft overlooking the living area where the tv was which was a bit problematic at bedtime.

Second time we’ve stayed at Sinead’s beautiful Condo. Love the area and the accommodations are top notch. Close proximity to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Communication with the host is excellent. We will definitely be back!

Had family visit from out of state so rook them to the cape for a couple of days. As has been noted the "third" bedroom is really a loft open to the living room below so if you plan on kids sleeping there while adults are up it may not work out. For us our baby's portable crib fit in the room with us fine so that was fine.

bed was comfortable, a/c worked very well, had beach chairs available and code foe entry worked very well - but advertised as a 3 BR and really wasn't. Sinks filled up with water when used. When using shower, smoke alarm went off. Toilet paper was unusable. Some lights didn't work.

Beautiful resort feel, quiet, we’ll manicured landscaping. We had to adjust our original stay dates and property owner was accommodating and professional. We didn’t travel with kids but twin beds in loft outside main bedroom would be great for families. Would stay here again.

What a great setup! Very cozy, nice new kitchen. It would have been great with more people though it was just the two of us this time.

My husband, children and I stayed at this property for a long weekend in February and everything was great! We had plenty of space and the home was stocked with everything you would need. Being able to use the resort amenities was a huge plus - especially during Harry Potter week. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, upkept condo with linens provided. Only drawback the small lamps in Master bedroom didn't provide a lot of light. But it was charming and the owner is very patient with questions and quick to respond to your needs.

Summer vaca
We all enjoyed our stay - very clean, well equipped, plenty of space for my family of 6. The weather was cool so I can’t comment on beaches or pools. We had a great time exploring and hiking, loved the dunes and got to see seals!

Love this house. It was cozy, good for families. Cleaning on point. Love everything about this house. The only thing, pool should close at night because my family and I, didn’t have the chance to go to the pool because it close at 5.

Great Ocean Edge condo
This was a very clean, bright, updated, and inviting condo in a quiet area of Ocean Edge Resort, but close to amenities (indoor/outdoor pool). We would highly recommend this unit, and will return in the future.

Great Condo
Updated condo with everything you need. The owner is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. We enjoyed our stay at Oceans Edge and the surrounding area. Enjoyed a few nights on the lawn at the mansion. Visited the Beachcomber and Marconi Beach in Wellfleet. Took the ferry one day to Marthas Vineyard. Great stay.

The Villages at Ocean Resort in Brewster
Had a very nice and pleasant stay. Condo was equipped with all the basic amenities. Had no issues whatsoever.
Sinead was very responsive and very detailed in all her responses. Went above and beyond in recommending some nearby attractions and restaurants.
The whole end to end process was seamless online without ever having to call Sinead.

Beautiful Townhouse!
Enjoyed our stay here very much. The Townhouse was very tastefully decorated; appliances are very modern. One of the nicer Townhouses at the Resort. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Very convenient to beautiful beaches, bike trail and excellent restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Great place and nice location
We loved the house! It's nicely done, spacious and at a great location. The owner was prompt in replying to our queries and was very helpful.
Our only disappointment was that for the price of accomodation there were some crucial things missing. We had to get our own linen, towels, kitchen tissues, waste disposal covers and even the bathmats as none of these items were available in the house. A suggestion to the owner, it is rather inconvenient for travellers to carry all these things specially if the stay is only for two days.

The home was beautiful and well equipped (as advertised), and provided plenty of space for our energetic bunch, even without using the back patio, which we imagine is lovely when not covered in snow! On top of being in one of our favorite locations (the Cape), Sinead’s property also provides access to an indoor pool, which was absolutely critical for our children (and their parents) to maintain sanity. In addition, the resort had plenty of activities we could participate in (trivia at the pool, build a stuffed animal, etc.), as well as the Frost Bar igloos, which were a lot of fun. Since it was very much the off-season we had to engage the staff a bit more proactively than might be the case in the summer, but we sorted it out, so I’m sure you can too!We would highly recommend this property, and have already booked our next stay!

Wonderful property in Brewster!
My husband and I stayed at this lovely Brewster property in the Oceans Edge Community from early-December to early-January. It was the perfect property to work remote out of, as well enjoy the holiday break since it's close to everything. When minor things that can come up in any within a property, our owner, Sinead, was extremely responsive in addressing them and getting them fixed.

Golf Getaway
This property was clean and recently remodeled - tastefully done. Very comfortable for 4 people but would have been tight for 6. My sister and I love to cook and were a bit disappointed that the kitchen was not well equipped for that. But certainly fine if you just wanted to do breakfast and lunch. We'd rent again.

We enjoyed our stay in Brewster. The townhouse was very clean and tidy when we arrived. It has everything you need. The location is perfect to explore and enjoy the mid cape. Also a great spot for a nice long walk.

This was our second stay at this property and we had another great week. The kitchen remodel looks fantastic and we love the new stairs! Central air is another great upgrade. Sinead was quick to respond when we had a little trouble with the lock so we were able to get it right away, despite the hiccup.Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property has been recently renovated and we enjoyed the updates especially the kitchen and famiy room area. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was easy to communicate with and available when I had questions. I would highly recommend this property.

This is a beautifully maintained property and very clean living space.
This was our second stay at the Ocean’s Edge resort. The property was located well with pools and tennis corts nearby as well as bike trail. It was nice to have airconditiining for comfort inside and nice private small patio for outside dining. The kids loved the loft and spiral staircase but it was also nice to have a bedroom on the first floor for easy access.
