Right at Centennial Lift
The proximity to everything, especially the lifts, and access to services at the Grand Hyatt are what makes this property special. Despite the steep price definitely worth it. Helps to know that the unit is rented as part of a company, not individual.

Our family of 5 (16, 15 and 11 year olds) loved staying at Village Hall 13. Check in and out at the Park Hyatt, use of their jacuzzis and fitness center, close to all the life of the Beaver Creek Village, steps from the ski lifts....and a clean, comfortable place to rest our feet and heads. We ate nearly every meal in (great views of the slopes from the kitchen) with all the tools needed for our meals. Just perfect. Would recommend to any and everyone.

Our family of six just stayed here to enjoy a few days of skiing. The condo was perfect for the size of our family. It is located in the heart of Beavercreek village so very convenient to Centennial lift as well as several restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Our four bedroom unit was perfect for our adult family of eight, some who wanted to ski a lot and others who like to wander the shops. It was convenient to restaurants. Check in and concierge was good. It was not that convenient to access the hot tub and pool.

Property very expensive to offer a late 5 PM check-In. Fireplace would not turn off. Had to call repair person who spent hours fixing. It was a three night stay so to a lot so much time with No compensation and No apology....disappointing

The location of this unit is perfect for experiencing all of Beaver Creek. With a short private elevator ride you are standing at the heart of the Beaver Creek Village right in front of the ice skating rink. Two floors below is the heated and cooled underground parking garage. There isn’t better access to Beaver Creek. The Beaver Creek shuttle is easily summoned through an app and picks up/drops off at the Vilar Performing Arts Center, which is in this building at the street level (one level below the market) and will take you anywhere in the resort.
The listing isn’t super clear on exactly where the unit is and what it’s views are. The units windows and balcony do not face the Beaver Creek Market, the unit is directly over Avondale Lane on the 3rd floor and face south west. At first I was a little disappointed in this but in time it became clear that the view this unit affords of the actual Beaver Creek and up the Strawberry Ski slopes in the distance are much better as the Market commonly hosts musical events in the evening that, if you have children, can cause more noise than desired at bed time. The incredible sounds of the rushing Beaver Creek are so relaxing when the doors and windows are open in the unit.
Awesome property, great floor plan, we loved having 5 full bathrooms to our 4 bedrooms-no waiting for a shower in the morning. We will be back!

Spacious Condo, Great Location
This spacious condo is well situated in the village. The layout is very nice, as the 3 bedrooms are on one side of the living area. The master suite is on the opposite side of the living area. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen. Plenty of utensils and dishes are available. There is also a charcoal grill on the patio, but we didn't use it. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to future guests.

Great Apartment excellent location
This is a great apartment with one off the best locations in beaver creek. It's next to the center of the village walking distance from all the stores,restaurants and sky lodges. It sleeps 6,has 2 and a half baths. We stayed here and definetly would recommend it the area is quiet,and it's nice and cool in the summer,and very cozy in the winter.
