This home provides a true old world Hamptons experience. The house itself is spacious, immaculate, wonderfully maintained and decorated in beautiful taste. The grounds are stunning, and also spacious, with tennis, basketball, a pool and a wonderful yard. It's great for entertaining. The location is ideal - very close to town and also the beach - and south of the highway in a coveted area around other beautiful homes. Debi and Stephen are gracious and accommodating hosts. You can tell how much they love their home and want you to feel the same way and have the same experience. They were solicitous but never intrusive and very responsive and communicative. I would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful home with these kind and wonderful hosts.

From start to finish, our stay in Southampton was perfect. Our hosts were so helpful with details and support from check in to check out (they even went out of their way to get us fresh tennis balls on the day of our arrival). The house is just as wonderful in person as it appears online. It’s clean, well appointed and spacious, and the tennis court and pool are in great shape. There are bikes to take into town or to the beach. All in all, a stellar family vacation and we can’t wait to go back!

I can't adequately describe how beautiful every detail in the home is and how perfect the outdoor spaces were. We played tennis, basketball, and enjoyed the pool. The owners were wonderful - I could not ask for more caring people. Absolutely zero complaints - they were so respectful of us as we tried to be the same for them. Highly recommend this home. We will be back!

Wonderful, bright and airy home! Exceeded our expectations! The outdoor areas are amazing and we loved the outdoor eating, seating, the pool and tennis. The house is stocked with everything you could want or need. All is very well maintained inside and out! Our hosts Debi and Stephen couldn’t be nicer or more hospitable and are wonderful people. They truly care about giving their guests a great, homey, happy experience. Overall, we had a super fun, comfortable, and memorable stay!

We are a group of long time friends who wants to spend time together, and the house was just perfect: We were able to get together with the lovely open spaces, and still have privacy in our rooms when we retire at night or for a midday nap. We were so happy to have the tennis court, a lot of us plays tennis. We have a 4yr old with us and at the last day even him didn’t want to leave the house.. we truly had a wonderful time.

We had several bike rides to the beach and it’s a quick trip to restaurants and galleries. Had a lovely impromptu long weekend with family. Considering Covid, home was very clean, we felt very safe, and had a wonderful weekend. Owner was very attentive and friendly. Would absolutely rent again!

Charming Home, with everything one would need to make for the perfect vacation. Beautiful gardens, luxurious linens, fabulous layout, perfect for entertaining. The stay was just perfect. Thanks to the kindness and stunning dedication of the Harniks, our stay was paradise. House is crystal clean, amenities are astonishing and everything feels simply good being there. Thank you so mich Debi and Stephen for everything !

We had a wonderful stay....perfect house with kids ...great kitchen, lovely gardens, couldn't have been better!

We had such a great time at this property! The house was perfect for our family and guests. We enjoyed the pool, tennis and the open feel of the home. There is plenty of natural light and areas to relax with a cup of tea or coffee. Another family joined us for a few days and we all had a great time. There was more than enough room for us to move around in with 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 tweens. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels, bathrooms and space for your things. The owners were so helpful with everything and if we had any questions they quickly got back to us. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up a feast which we did a few times. We shopped at Citarella for breakfast and lunches and then went out for dinner at Little Red’s, Sant Ambroeus, Le Charlot, Le Chef, and 75 Main. We also took a day trip to Montauk to see the historic lighthouse and had pancakes at John’s Pancake House. Right outside of Montauk along the highway there are a lobster shack and a clam shack that we did not get to visit, but we noted how packed they get by lunchtime. In Southampton there is a small movie theater in town that we went to on a rainy day. The antique store in town is Ann Madonia Fine Art and Antiques. They have a good assortment of items to view from the area. Carvel ice cream is the place you will find everyone going after dinner in the evening, but we were more often drawn to Sant Ambroeus for their gelato and cakes. Note: the hazelnut cream cake at Sant Ambroeus was over the top amazing and has us all thinking about how we can recreate this at home! All in all the house is gorgeous and is so close to town. It’s about a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk to shops and cafes. We jog in the mornings and quickly figured out our path. We were able to keep our morning exercise going and get to know the neighborhood on foot which was nice. We will be back for sure to build upon on our first experience in the Hamptons :)
