First time staying in 30A and really enjoyed Watercolor. Loved being close to the beach and pools with younger kids. Made it easy to get around with the bikes included and a short distance to yummy food. Thank you for a great family trip.

Found this great location gem several weeks before our last-minute trip to Watercolor. The location can't be beaten, overlooking the Beach Club, Beach Happy Cafe, and local shops/boutiques. Fairly quick walk to Seaside and 2 bikes were available for use. Definitely get a golf cart, as Uber/Lyft can be hard to come by in the area. Our condo fit 6 guests comfortably, and we had plenty of room. Great 5-day stay!!

Condo is a little dated, but great location. You have to wedge the oven door shut to use it, they washer is extremely loud, and the tv is old and barely usable. You really can’t beat the location though- especially to the beach club. The rest of the condo was in great condition- just in need of a bit of repairs. Would stay again.

There is so much to love about this place. You’re literally above a coffee shop which was so convenient for mornings. It is such a short walk to the beach access, the Beach Club pools ( with full bar and restaurant), and Fish Out of Water restaurant. You’re also super close to Seaside. The bedrooms are huge, and feels so much larger than just a 2 bedroom property. It was really perfect for our family. We are already trying to plan another trip to stay at this same property. I felt very comfortable having my 1 year old and 3 year old there.

Great location, walked to the beach and the beach club. Enjoyed being close to everything in Watercolor and being so close to Seaside. Bikes that come with rental were in terrific shape - looked new. Adults and kids enjoyed the flexibility of riding bikes. Home was exactly as described, very comfortable and roomy for our family of four. Light above shower was out upon arrival and the mgmt had someone there within an hour.

The condo interior needs to be repainted, it looks very worn. 2 holes in the ceiling of den, broken furniture and stained carpet. The washing machine is so loud that it can not be run while you are inside the condo.
We had 2 communication issues. We were. not told where the bikes where outside the condo. I left a voicemail and sent an email, but did not hear back until the next day. There were bikes everywhere so there was no way to tell which bikes went with what condo. One afternoon we heard a knock on the door. It was a man saying he was there to replace a bathroom sink in the 2nd bedroom. We had never been told there was a problem with the sink or that anyone was coming to replace it. We received a text after he was already there that he was coming. I had 2 children taking afternoon naps. Last thing you want on vacation is someone in your rental with you especially during nap time!!

Great location and the property was very spacious and comfortable. The property is well maintained with plenty of extra supplies for the beach too (chairs, etc). Only recommendations are that the back parking lot is very dark at night. They need more lighting. And the towels need a little upgrading. Only two wash cloths - and they were very worn. But a terrific property. We would rent again!

Home away from Home
We stayed at this property twice in the last month. It is perfect for our family of 4. Close to the beach club, restaurants and shopping. Also an easy walk to Seaside. There is some construction going on in shops below but it is worth it for the convenience of location. We look forward to coming back in the summer!

disappointed customer
Prior to our trip, we called and asked about the cleaning process due to COVID-19 and we were told that EVERYTHING was going to be extra clean and disinfected. We pulled out a pot to cook dinner the first evening, and it was filthy. I sent a picture of it to 30A Vacay and they sent a text reply only saying, “ Sorry this was missed.” This is completely inexcusable.
Due to circumstances out of our control, the beaches, pool, and restaurants were closed prior to our departure date. Therefore, we were forced to leave one day early (3/19 instead of 3/20). We immediately contacted 30A Vacay to let them know and requested a single day refund on our rental. We were informed by countless other renters (through various agencies) that they were all refunded for the unused time as a result of having to leave earlier than expected. The response from 30A Vacay to us, via text message was, “I’m sorry we’re unable to refund the unused night, per manager.” We immediately called and texted to understand why. No one has returned our calls and is obviously trying to ignore our situation. We need an explanation and ultimately, we need a well deserved one day refund on our rental.

Mid-December Getaway
We loved our stay! This was our first time in the area in December (our other travels here have been in the summer) and it was a totally different experience from other visits. The area was like a ghost-town and so quiet. This made it really easy to get around and there were no lines at any restaurants. The beach was empty and we had it all to ourselves. It was very restful. The condo was beautiful and worked perfectly. There was only a single trash bag, no extra toilet paper and no dishwasher soap, so be prepared. Another wonderful experience on 30-A.

We were loading our vehicle to leave and check out but when we try to get back in at 9:50 am it had already locked us out and I left my phone and purse in room to go back and get but couldn’t. Then we were trying to find a phone and phonenumber to call to get back in! Really had us in a panic!!!!!

Very nice condo
The condo itself is very nice. It's close to everything, including the Watercolor Beach Club as well as central to Seaside and Grayton Beach. Beds were comfortable and it has two great balconies, one with an ocean view. Only negatives are the Watercolor Beach Club pool which is shown in the property photo is under construction and was not available and won't be available until next year. This was not on the listing when we booked. They did note when I asked that there are no bikes included with the property. When we went to rent bikes they seemed shocked considering most properties have at least two bikes included. Other than that, it was great.

Beautiful and roomy. The pictures speak for themselves. Having two private balconies was nice. My only suggestion to the owners would be to stock some board games in case vacationers have a full week of rain like we did. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location
The location of the unit is great. Steps away from the Watercolor Beach Club and a half mile from the heart of Seaside. Management was very responsive to any inquiries I had. The unit was furnished very tastefully and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pictures are very accurate - sometimes they can exaggerate the size of the unit but not in this case; the unit was very spacious. The balconies were perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and were perfectly positioned to block the frigid wind (temp was in the 30s in the morning) and allow for the warm sun to shine on us.
My biggest gripe was that the WiFi went down at least 3 times a day so it made doing work a little challenging. Another problem (although no fault of the management or the unit) was that there is a lot of construction going on in the building next door so half of the parking lot was occupied by construction equipment - meaning there were limited parking spots. I chose not to move my car too much during the stay because losing your spot meant driving around for 20+ minutes when you returned to find a new one. There aren't many sit-down restaurants in the area within walking/biking distance so we ate in for quite a few dinners. Perhaps if parking wasn't so scarce we would have ventured out more - although during peak season this means waiting about an hour for a table.
Definitely make sure your bike is chained up to a bike rack or tree because one night I only chained my tire so no one could bike away with it and someone tried to steal it. When they couldn't get anywhere with it (they got the chain pretty wedged in the wheel trying), they threw my bike under a tree about 10 feet from where I parked it. The staff at Bike Barn were extremely accommodating and exchanged the bike without a problem.
Overall, I would definitely recommend staying in this spacious unit and I would rent it again.

The condo was lovely. The location was lovely. But the Philosophy of management is: bare minimum!
Be prepared to bring or purchase
toilet paper, paper towels, dish cleaning soap and coffee filters! These items would be very inexpensive for management to supply. Additionally restaurant guides would have been helpful. And TV/DVD player instructions with channel lineups would be helpful and necessary. There seemed to be no way to view a channel guide/ lineup. The channels were 4 digits with dashes and did not seem to be in numerical order.
Our property manager was very nice and responded to my messages promptly.
One last issue: only firm king sized pillows were available; bed linens and mattress were lovely.

We loved our stay in Watercolor! This condo is close to everything pool, beaches, shops and restaurants! Walking distance to Seaside. The condo could have been cleaned better in my opinion. The floors were pretty dirty; hair and food from previous guests and the sheets had stains. Bring your own trash bags and paper towels. We would definitely stay here again, but I'd check better when we checked in and make sure it's clean!
