7 minuti a piedi dagli impianti di risalita della stazione di Serre Chevalier e dal casinò, a meno di 2 minuti dalla migliore panetteria e dalla migliore gelateria, vicino a negozi e ristoranti (supermercati, macellerie, giornali, ecc.) E 10 min dalla stazione; ai piedi dei grandi passi (Izoard, Galibier) e vicino al Parc des Ecrins. Questo appartamento in stile chalet molto ben attrezzato di 65 m2 con vista sulle piste è appena stato completamente rinnovato.
Un ampio soggiorno (33m2) con zona pranzo, una zona salotto con divano letto a 2 posti, una grande camera da letto con un letto da 160 cm, una camera con due letti a castello, un bagno con doppio lavabo e un grande Doccia italiana.
Una grande cucina con piano cottura a induzione, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, bollitore, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, macchina per caffè espresso ...
Una zona lavanderia con lavatrice.
Un armadio per sci e scarponi con asciuga scarponi.
I letti sono dotati di piumoni, viene fornita la biancheria per la casa (copripiumino, asciugamano e telo da bagno)

We had an enjoyable stay at this apartment situated in central Briancon. We had a maximum of five people and the apartment accommodated this number well. The main Prorel ski lift is less than a 10 minute walk away.

This is a lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We skied most days. It is about 10 minutes walk to the lifts. We left our skis and boots in one of the ski shops need the lifts, but there is a ski cupboard with a heater in the property. If you are not skiing it is easy to walk up to the old town, which fantastic views, shops & restaurants. Olivier gave us all the details we needed to access the property easily and additional information on where to ship and done out. We are happy to recommend this property

Good location
Great location for restaurants and shops, secure parking about 10 min walk to ski lifts which was a bit much in ski boots so we chose to drive and park in chantermerle which had more parking than briancon and was only €3 for day, plus the lifts didn't close because of high winds like in briancon.

Logement idéalement situé dans Briançon. Proche de toutes les activitées et randonnées incontournables de la région. Logement tout confort, seul bémol il manque des volets ou rideaux occultants dans la chambre avec les lits superposés. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Fabulous apartment with everything you need. Lots of extras 2 coffee machines, tea, cleaning products.
Olivier was not there to let us in as he was working,, but his lovely mum Marisa was. She made us very welcome. Nice restaurant's nearby.
Skiing was good. Would definitely go back. 10/10.

Great for family hiking trip
Great location near the centre of the new town but only a short walk to explore the old town. Flat is lovely newly refurbished, with everything you need. Easy to drive around the valley to the various lifts etc. Highly recommend the summer luge in Montgenèvre

Superbe location.
Location de charme, très bien située ( pas besoin de voiture). Un bon 5 minutes à pieds du télécabine. Chaque année, nous chargeons de station et la location est une de nos priorités. Celle ci fait partie de notre top 3. Propriétaire très sympa.

A great apartment right in the middle of town.
A cozy apartment in the middle of Briançon. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare meals. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There is a garage for skis, or in our case, bicycles. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Ski Holiday
Very nice apartment with a well equipped modern kitchen and bathroom.The ground floor accommodation is on a quite street in the town centre with access to restaurants and shops just a short walk.The ski hire shops and lifts are about 5 to 7 min walk away with no steep hills to climb.Olivier is a great host and is on hand with help and advice if needed as he lives just above the apartment.Great week skiing would certainly come back again.

Superb apartment
As a family of five we had a lovely stay in Briancon. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The spaciousness and comfort of the apartment was worth not being slopeside for, saying that it is only a very short walk to the cable car in Briancon or a 10 minute drive to Chantemerle cable car anyway. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed for self catering. The bedrooms and sofa bed were all very comfortable with linen and towels provided. The open plan living area was great for evenings after a day out skiing. Shops, bakers, butchers, bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. You can walk up into the old town of Briancon in 15 minutes for stunning views and even greater choice of restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and Olivier was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable appartment
We stayed five nights at Olivier's apartment. It is very comfortable and very well equipped. The location is great, close to restaurants and bars and with garage parking across the road. I would recommend this for a stay in Briancon with easy access to ski slopes and local resorts.

Lovely apartment
A lovely apartment very close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. A great bakery is literally just around the corner (you can smell fresh bread in the morning). We used the apartment as our base for a great ski week with the cable car being a short 10 min walk.
Great value and recently decorated to a high and modern standard. True to the photos and Olivier a great host. Would highly recommend.

Perfect!
The apartment is beautiful, spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable! The location is equally wonderful--quiet, but in the center of the city. Short walk away from two AMAZING bakeries, a beautiful park, and 5-10 minutes away from the old town area. Finally, the hosts were very kind and accommodating. Terrific value! I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely, well appointed apartment, ideal for families and very convenient for all local amenities.
The apartment was very cofortable and looks just like the photographs on the website. It is well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen and looks to have been fitted out recently. The apartment was ideal for our family of 4, our two boys (both under 10) enjoyed the bunk room and the large bathroom was very nice with a walk-in raindrop shower.
We were there for skiing and the main lift was 5 minutes walk away. The large L'Eclerc supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk and an excellent boulangerie is 1 minute around the corner. There are similarly a number of restaurants that are max 2 mins walk away that we enjoyed.
Overall we enjoyed the stay and are looking forward to coming back next year.
