Questa è assolutamente una delle migliori case per la perfetta fuga di famiglia!
Situato negli appartamenti Rio Del Mar, questo Beach House, recentemente ristrutturato, è letteralmente a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.
La cucina, bagni, e le camere sono state rinnovate di recente (vedi foto). Ci sono pavimenti in legno in tutta la casa. Il piano superiore dispone di un letto matrimoniale con un TV montato a parete. Ci sono 2 camere da letto al piano di sotto che includono 1 letto matrimoniale e 2 letti matrimoniali. Ci sono 2 bagni completi e un 1/2 bagni.
Il soggiorno include una "a schermo piatto 60 piatto montato sopra il camino con il cavo compreso un DVR e HBO. Internet ad alta velocità è disponibile anche in tutta la casa. Ogni camera ha il proprio TV.
Nel garage, c'è un tavolo da biliardo regolamento con un "TV 50 per intrattenere tutti. Ci sono anche sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni, un carro e un gioco foro di mais.
Il ponte sul tetto ha una vista panoramica della zona Rio Del Mar insieme con un picco del mare.
Gli ospiti apprezzeranno la posizione di questa casa - Cafe Rio è in fondo alla strada con la famosa Pixies Deli. A piedi lungo la spiaggia verso la barca del cemento e gli ospiti possono avventurarsi su per le scale esterne al parcheggio dello stato a pochi isolati di distanza dal (un eccellente ristorante cibo messicano con margaritas eccezionali) di Manuale.
Aptos barbecue è proprio sulla strada dalla casa e ha una selezione fenomenale di birre locali con top notch carni e insalate (si potrebbe anche essere in grado di catturare un gruppo blues locale, in una notte di Domenica). Inoltre, c'è un grande wine bar dall'altra parte della strada Aptos barbecue.
Il ristorante aperto di recente Hideout è un piacere ed è solo un po 'più lungo la strada Soquel.
Se si desidera avventurarsi fuori un po 'di più, Capitola è solo un paio di miglia lungo la strada e ha un ottimo boutique e numerosi ristoranti lungo la spiaggia. Inoltre, la passerella di Santa Cruz è un disco molto breve e ha intrattenimento per tutti (giostre, giochi, surf, mountain bike, trekking, pesca, kayak, immersioni, ecc).
Monterey Bay con il famoso Acquario e Cannery Row è a soli 40 minuti a sud. Se sei pronto per una bella guida, dirigiti a nord per 90 minuti sulla pittoresca autostrada 1 e visita San Francisco.

We stayed here to be close to the kids for the holidays and wanted enough space to host a dinner. The pool table was a huge bonus and we all enjoyed having that ! Our older mom stayed with us so the downstairs tub was not ideal for her but otherwise we enjoyed the house and all the amenities. Spacious, comfortable beds, lots of seating and beautiful back yard.

We 4 sisters go to Aptos twice a year. We have stayed at this property twice and have enjoyed it tremendously!! Only concern is all the stairs. Need to be stable on your feet. :)

It was great! It was our third summer renting this house. And we're going to do it again! We especially love the roof top deck and the garage play room. The Venus restaurant, just a few block by the beach, was very good. And of course, there is Pixie Deli for a cheaper, quick lunch or breakfast.

Our second year at this house and are already planning another trip. The location is amazing. Just a short, flat walk to the beach. We load up the wagons, beach chairs and umbrellas, and ice chest (all provided) and walk to the beach. Can't wait for next year!

We loved this place! Plenty of space to spread out . Beds are comfy. And Aptos is a great, not-too-busy area in Santa Cruz County which is full of State parks: Beaches, Cliffs, Redwoods. We will be happy to return here on our next visit.

This is a wonderful house! We had a great stay with everything we needed. The house is well stocked. The garage has everything you need for the beach, wagons, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for the kids. Along with the pool table and a corn hole game for the backyard. Just a short walk to beach. The crows nest on the roof was icing on the cake. The upstairs got a little warm in the afternoon on our 85degree day, but there was plenty of fans to cool down. The downstairs bedrooms do hear noise from people walking upstairs. But the tri levels allow alot of privacy. I still give this house 5 stars and highly recommend it!

A very nice Beach House
We rented this beach house to spend some time with my daughter and her family. The house is located a short walk from a very nice beach. There is a small creek that empties into the ocean at the beach, and my grandsons really enjoyed playing both on the beach and in the creek.
The house is quite nice. There are a lot of stairs, so anyone who is infirm would do well to look elsewhere, but we enjoyed the views and the privacy that having multiple floors afforded.
The garage is loaded with beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, kites, assorted pails, shovels, and other sand toys), and a pool table. The house is located on a one-way street, and there is no on-street parking, but plenty of room for a couple of cars in the driveway.
Suggestions:
1) It would be helpful to label the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen.
2) There was a sign in the kitchen, and a note in the property guide that stated that there is no off-street parking. I found this a bit confusing, as there was also verbiage that said that we should park in the driveway, which by definition is "off-street". Since there was no available space to park on the street, we assumed that the no off-street parking sign was an error.
3) House policy is that those staying in the house when garbage is collected should put the various bins out on the opposite side of the street on pick-up day. We found this a bit confusing, as the opposite side of the street was packed with parked cars. In our area, the bins need to be spaced apart on the street to allow a truck with an automated pick-up arm to empty them. We found that we could place our bins in front of other bins across the street, and apparently it wasn't a problem.
We enjoyed our stay very much, and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

This property location is great, quiet but near the beach. Everything you could want for a beach vacation and a pool table! Great if you want to cook your own meals or bbq, but also nearby some good restaurants.

Great beach getaway
This property location is great, quiet but near the beach. Everything you could want for a beach vacation and a pool table! Great if you want to cook your own meals or bbq, but also nearby some good restaurants.

Perfect Beach Getaway
What more could you want in a vacation? An uncrowded beach just a short all away, beach wagons filled with sand toys, a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely backyard for foggy morning play and restaurants of every ethnicity a short drive away. Thank you for a great stay. We’ll definitely be back!!

...the first thing you will notice is a tight parking situation. Second, when you put your head down to rest at night, Treasure Island Drive (along backyard fence) is problematic.

Very cute, very clean home our family of 4 really enjoyed. An extremely well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and very comfortable beds, bedding nice, great TV. Thank you Bailey Property management and the owners of this home for a great place to stay. We will look you up next time we are in town visiting family.

Fantastic find!!
My family and I had an amazing time!! The home is completely renovated, spacious and super clean!! Location is perfect....very easy to maneuver through the towns. Their recommendations for places to get a bite to eat are spot on. Manuel’s is by far my favorite!! If we should head back out that way will most definitely book again.

Clean and spacious beach house
I booked this place for 7 adults for 3 days. Rooms were super clean and spacious. Neighborhood is clean and quiet. The place itself ended up much nicer in person. We really appreciated the roof patio in the evening and being able to park in the driveway. Driveway fits 2 cars easily.
Communication with management was smooth and no issues with check in or check out. Would definately stay here again.

Wonderful Central Location for visiting several of the sea side towns
Wonderful quality, very comfortable, really pleasant spaces. The whole family really enjoyed the home and look forward to staying here again when we come to the area.
