Mariann is a very good communicator. The home was ready for us. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time at this beach house! It is located just a sand dune away from the beach, has plenty of parking, a large front deck and a fenced back yard for pets. It was well-stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Miriam was a great host and made us feel welcome. We will return, hopefully!

This is our third year renting a week-long vacation here - it's a great house! Close to the beach trail, our pet is welcome, clean, comfortable and plenty of room! The new front deck is beautiful!

This beach house is the PERFECT location if you have kids! Close enough to walk to! Perfect fenced in yard, great deck out front. Plenty of beds for the little ones as well as yourself. An get away area for everyone if they need it! We will be back!

The house was a perfect location for our girls family getaway. The three bedrooms two baths were perfect for the six of us. The great room concept is wonderful for cooking and entertaining. We utilized the front deck as well as the backyard. All the necessary amenities are provided. Lots of games and movies beach chairs etc. a perfect cottage for 6. We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Our first time to see Lake Michigan and it couldn’t have been better. The house is clean and spacious! Our kids loved playing the board games every evening on the porch and we enjoyed relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this cottage that is truly steps from the beach. The only problem was that it is listed as a non-smoking house. But it was very smoky-smelling. Otherwise, great house.

Great spot, location & ease of booking

We had a great experience at this beach house rental! The walk to the beach was extremely easy and the beach itself was great! Watching a beautiful beach sunset every night was a treat, there was also plenty of room on the beach itself to have fun and ‘social distance.’ The house itself worked great for our family to sleep the kids downstairs and use the upstairs after they went to bed, lots of room for a family of 4 to be comfortable for sure!

Great location walking distance to beach

My husband and I decided to take our two dogs on a weekend getaway and stayed in this lovely home in Miller Beach. We were impressed the moment we stepped through the doors! The house is open and welcoming and has plenty of space for larger families. The fenced in backyard was a huge plus for our two dogs and we loved hanging out there at night listening to the lake. Access to the beach is right across the street and it wasn't overly crowded at all. We also took a day to visit the Indiana Dunes State Park and had a great time exploring the trails. We would definitely recommend this spot to others and plan on visiting again in the future. Marian was extremely easy to work with, responsive and accommodating. Thanks again!

My wife, mother in law, brother in law and myself went there for a few days, it was just like announced. Planning to revisit again next year.

Great home.... amazingly quiet at night (except the roar of the lake, which is fantastic!).... Marian (the owner) was very responsive and informative prior to our arrival. Everything was great within the home, clean, comfortable...... as if you were staying at a family members home -- very welcoming place. I would highly comeback and stay in the home.

I stayed here with a friend, it was perfect for two adults, roomy. There is an entire basement that would be perfect if you stayed here with tween age children. I love the area, the neighbors are friendly, the beach is right across the street, the host was very helpful and responsive, the house was clean and well appointed. There were a few glitches with lighting and the internet sometimes was unavailable, but overall we enjoyed our 5 night stay! I was able to get some writing done and walk the beach, so mission accomplished! We will be back.

My amazing fmily and I had a wonderful weekend for easter at this comfortable and inviting home worth every penny clean close to beach would love to stay again and I am sure we will even this year great owners to work with cant go wrong here. We spent a relaxing and comfortable week in this home that is nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. When we walked through the door we were pleased to find the description had been accurate and pleasantly surprised to find that the photos had not even begun to reveal the unique charm of this home. The beach was clean, beautiful and uncrowded. The train depot located approximately two miles away was so convenient for us to take a day trip into Chicago. The owner was pleasant and handled our last minute reservation promptly and professionally. We have stayed in many vacation homes all over the United States, this home is one we will definitely return to!
