It was a surprise to find the bedrooms on the first floor but that made it easy to bring in suitcases and having two bathrooms worked very well for us. It was a very comfortable place to stay!

We had an awesome stay here! The location is perfect, a block away from the beach with great ocean views. Very comfortable living room and bedrooms. Kitchen was large and very well appointed. Some of the dishes were dirty, but very clean otherwise. We definitely plan on staying here again!

The location can’t be beat! The property is older but is perfect for a beach vacation, it has mostly everything you need. We had two young children and the house served us well. Unfortunately the cleanliness was questionable, as there was dog hair all over the upstairs and carpeted stairs. There was also a good amount of sand on the first floor. I mentioned this to the property managers so I’m hoping they can’t correct the issue moving forward. Overall I would stay here again just based on the proximity to the beach and location in general for trips to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, redwoods, and Monterey Bay Aquarium.

What an amazing location at one of the best times of the year on the Santa Cruz coast. Steps from the family friendly beach and market, the unit was clean with a dedicated parking space. Perfect layout for our family weekend at the beach - enjoying evening sunsets, morning walks on the sand, and easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants. We'll be back for sure!

This house was a great jumping off point to visit many spots in the Bay Area on our vacation. Comfortable, clean, and the view of the ocean was great.

This is a great home that feels very cozy yet has plenty of space to spread out and feel at home. There’s 2 decks for enjoying the view and bbqing. The house was clean but they did have ants in the kitchen. The street noise is loud during the day and construction was going on at the house across the street so that was noisy and annoying. There wasn’t a place to rinse your feet off outside of the house after a day at the beach. Overall this is a relaxing place to stay for a small family.

This is a clean, well situated property. The beach is visible from deck and is a short one block walk away. The kitchen is very well stocked with essentials and with extras such as spices, paper plates and coffee filters. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The washer and dryer are great amenities for for a beach property. There are many great restaurants and shops in the small cities nearby. We had a fun and relaxing week at the beach with no issues. We would definitely return!

Perfectly located and the house was in perfect order. Great for walks on the beach, running or riding. Or enjoying a cup of coffee at the local place. We would of liked access to the side gate because we had bikes - so we had to take them through the house to bring them to the back yard for safe keeping. However the ROAD noise was just horrible! no fault of the home owner of course. We came to the ocean to enjoy the view from the balcony however you could not sit outside and hear the ocean, just the massive amounts of traffic noise. At night it was so busy and we had people walking by drunk and loud, and cars and motorcycles speeding through. It was a tough location definitely one of the busiest sides of Aptos.
