I am lung impaired and looked for a home with an elevator. This unit is fantastic. Roomy, well decorated, easy access to beach and swimming pool, and has GREAT balconies for dolphin and pelican watching!The staff at Coastal Joe Vacations are fabulous and responded well and quickly to any questions we had while we were there. The one negative we experienced was the grill. I planned two meals (for 13 folks) based on grill availability. When we looked at the grill it needed serious maintenance. I called the office and the next working day Alex was there taking care of business. Impressive!I highly suggest this unit for any large gathering - most especially if anyone has special needs and an elevator benefits.

We stayed in this condo for the second straight year and were not disappointed. 15 people fit comfortably, it was well appointed in the kitchen and the view from the top deck in the evening is unmatched. It’s an easy walk to the beach and Coastal Joe Rental staff is very easy to deal with.

We had a great multi family stay at this property! There were several maintenance issues when we first arrived but they were resolved quickly. The property managers are great! There were several areas to relax for all age groups. Would love to rent again.

Great property, we are already booked for next year. Only problem is some family's leaving their beach setup on the beach overnight and having a fire on the beach at night is good but people should clean up afterwards.

This is the second time we stayed at Cape Bora Bora. Some of the issues we had the first time we stayed there were resolved, so we had a great stay. The 3 refrigerators are a must for our family of 20. There were a couple problems with the ice makers and elevator that were not resolved, but they were minor. The Wifi was a bit slow for the two that needed to work a few days while they were there, not what I would call hi speed. We love the location and size of the unit.

The pictures don't do justice as to how big it is! Very spacious with beautiful views. Loved the top balcony for morning coffee or evening sunset. Its the first house on the beach that really fits our large family and we've been coming to Cape San Blas for 23 years, each year looking for houses big enough for all of us comfortably. I think we've finally found it!

Cape Bora Bora had EVERYTHING. What an incredible way to spend a few days with friends. Due to some inclement weather - our crew took full advantage of the outdoor decks, spacious upper living area and the kids were pleasantly engaged on “their” floor. Simply awesome.

Enjoyed our annual family scalloping trip with lots of room (and bathrooms) and the elevator was such a bonus for coolers and gear. Pool and beach are easily accessible and several large balconies to enjoy sunsets and sunrises. So thankful for this family time and Hope to be back next year!

This property fit our family very well. It was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen as we cooked all our meals there this year. We felt like it was cleaned very well prior to our arrival, which is important this year with the Covid-19 virus around. There was an issue with the water pressure which Caitlin from Coastal Joe's worked very hard on to get resolved. The installed of the booster pump will be greatly appreciated by future guests. The internet was intermittent at best. We had to fight it the whole stay, but again Coastal Joe people did what they could.

This was our first stay here and we will be back. The condo was almost overly furnished. There were even a ton of beach toys in the garage (bike pump would have been handy). It truly had everything we could need. The multiple refrigerators/freezers were a plus. Rooms were spacious and the distance to the beach was extremely easy.We had a guest with mobility issues and unfortunately ran into trouble with the elevator. However, the management team was fast and professional!

We had the best week even with all the rain we had! The house was unbelievable with balconies on every floor and a gorgeous view of the beach! It was very accommodating with comfortable beds any kind of kitchen gadget you could think of ever needing in your kitchen. The house was very spatious and everyone loved the pool table. The multiple fridges in the house were also a great help.

A VERY well furnished property. Bring your clothes and food only. We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival to find what we expected. Upon further inspection, we discovered amenities beyond a reasonable expectation. For example; pool table, kids and adult games, kids beach toys, multiple small appliances, ample silver and dinner ware, and the list goes on. I definitely will recommend the Cape Bora Bora at every opportunity. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful experience.
