Location is wonderful! Room was great, and clean. Pool was nice.

Breakfast price was too much.

rooms are confortable and big but once you get into the room there is a really bad smell… we got there at 1 am and couldn’t ask for a change of room bc we were too tired

This property charges an extra $100 a day surprise holding fee upon arrival if you book through booking.com. The money is not returned instantly when checking out. It has been a week and a half since I left funds still haven’t been returned. The staff is no help at all but the hotel itself is clean.

I don’t like how the staff doesn’t know much. They aren’t trained in customer service. You help your customers. Customers are how the business keeps running to be able to have a job.

Pool, clean and not overly crowded. Good location close to Peppa Pig and Legoland.

Bed was not as comfortable as I would like and I felt the breakfast should have been free for what it was. Not worth $12. Most hotels with continental breakfast have it for free.

The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was mediocre for the $11.99 charge. Most hotels would have provided that level of food for free. Got stuck between floors in the elevator because of a power outage (briefly, fortunately) -- then asked how I could walk up stairs to my room to avoid the elevator and was told that all doors on the ground level were locked and that walking wasn't an option.

Near everything and for the most part it was clean.

No parking, kids running around and knocking on doors, and roaches.

Breakfast was amazing. Polite servers and attentive. Food choices changed each day we were here. A very large room and breakfast was included. Housekeeping did a great job. .

Bigger sign to find it. Lol. Hard to see low sign on side of driveway. Look for the Outback .
