Management had great attitudes! The pool looked amazing (although it didn’t get to use it, too busy) the room was well kept, I had parking my whole stay. Great place for a good price!

Only had an ac unit in the bedroom, online pictures are a lil deceiving rooms were quite small, bathroom was extremely small barely room to turn around. Couch was not very comfortable. No complaints otherwise.

Office staff very helpful, one block walk to beach, cooked in room, Used clean pool every day . Clean rooms every day and fresh towels and Free parking space. You also can pay a little extra for late afternoon check out that was great.

Lots of stairs to 3 floor was the only thing for older people, but it is an older hotel.

I liked the location, close to the park & not far from the boardwalk

No elevator, so you couldn’t bring the stroller up to the room

No complaints, smaller pool, but the guest policy keeps overcrowding under control so it didn’t seem so small. Kids had a blast, definitely will come again. No exaggeration our room was the cleanest “down the shore” room we’ve ever seen.

I liked that we had a separate room for sleeping. There was a TV in each room. The refrigerator/freezer and kitchen are were excellent.

We stayed in their smallest room. One night only. Nothing fancy. Dated but super clean. Bed mattress like new. Bedding felt new. Bathroom very clean. Kuerig Coffee maker and small fridge, small dining table. It's not a fancy room.bring your own hair dryer. We used room to sleep only. Affordable. GREAT LOCATION to Cape May. we stayed to visit the Avalon Seafood festival during the day and hang out in Cape May in the evening. Management & service excellent. We will be back Joe S. Sewell, NJ.

The staff was so nice, helpful and welcoming. It’s not a 5 star resort but was a perfect cozy affordable stay for my daughter and I.

The location is great, the room was silent. AC worked great. Lots of space. The lady who gave us back our deposit was super sweet and I wish she handled our check in. I would've enjoyed myself so much more if it worked out that way. She deserves a raise!

The owner was very rude and doesn't like to answer questions. He repeats from a script and if you force him to deviate with any questions he gets very abrasive. Also he asks for a confirmation but rejects the confirmation that Booking sends, instead sends an email with no notice that got eaten by my spam folder and got irate when I said I never saw it. It would've been nice if he sent out a 'hey I sent an email to verify your address, it might be in your spam folder but please read thanks' a few weeks before my check in date instead of the day of. Strangely enough he also requires a cash deposit which was the issue I wanted addressed at check in since I check out before the office opens. He refused to give me an answer initially which was really weird and made me feel unsafe. I never dealt with this before and just wanted reassurance I was going to be able to get my money back.. A little consideration goes a long way. I stay at a new place every week because I travel for work and i never experienced such difficulty checking in.. There were also a lot of little bugs in the bathroom for some reason too. Bedroom was a little too bright but that's why I bring an eye mask. AC was loud.

The air didn’t work and the blinds didn’t work so even with the window open the air couldn’t come in. The toilet barely flushed and people we loud and yelling and slamming doors until around 3:30am.
