Grande casa lussuosa piena di fascino, con una disposizione prevalentemente bianca e decorazioni create da un architetto, orientate sul tema del mare.
In quasi tutte le stanze della casa, ci sono viste sul mare.
La sua composizione:
5 camere da letto (di cui 3 in suite, anche le altre 2 hanno il bagno privato) + una sesta cameretta con 2 letti a castello. 3 camere da letto con porte finestre conducono sul giardino + 1 camera da letto al piano superiore si apre su una grande terrazza e la 5a camera da letto, con la camera adiacente si affaccia su un patio. Per accedervi è attraverso una porta-finestra nel soggiorno e devi scendere alcune scale - ciascuna delle camere ha il suo bagno (5 bagni) - (12 posti letto) + 2 lettini (chiedici di metterlo disponibile e preparalo.
Grande cucina completamente attrezzata con bar, soggiorno, salone con camino, sala da pranzo (12 persone), patio.
Terrazza coperta con tavolo lungo per 12 persone, barbecue strutturato prolungato da una fioriera di erbe aromatiche. Terreno di 1500 m2, decorato con palme, oleandri, cipressi e buganvillee di fichi, grande piscina di acqua salata riscaldata, gioco di croquet per 4 persone, giochi per bambini, racchette da neve. Doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda.
Salone - tetto (all'aperto) sul tetto, a cui si accede dal giardino da una scala esterna inserita nell'architettura della casa, con cucina parzialmente attrezzata + plancha, bar, soggiorno con divani, poltrone e tavoli tavolino, grande tavolo da pranzo e letto rialzato 2mx2m. È inoltre possibile accedervi tramite la Masterbedroom.
Cortile d'ingresso pavimentato in cui si accede attraverso un portico dotato di cancello telecomandato, che può ospitare dieci auto.
Considerando che la casa può ospitare 5 coppie con 2 bambini, a ogni camera è assegnato un set di chiavi di accesso alla casa e un telecomando del cancello, permettendo a tutti di entrare e uscire a loro piacimento.
Accesso, casa, giardino e piscina (riscaldati e con acqua salata) sono stati completamente rinnovati nella prima metà del 2015. Pertanto, tutte le attrezzature di questa casa sono nuove e di ultima tecnologia.

perfect 4 generational stay. pool and the upper and lower decks are well thought out for family meals, sunsets, breakfasts…naps. trily perfect for us and the hosts were incredible.

This is an impressive and comfortable property. The pool area is spectacular. The location is perfect. Within walking distance to two beaches. Close to a few good restaurants. Quiet area. The rooms and whole house decorated extremely well.

Vila Marine is absolutely amazing. Photos are great but in reality this Vila is nothing short of excellent. Everything about this Vila is stunning, from the accommodation to the pool to the view. The master bedroom leading out to the terrace is beautiful. Sitting out with our morning coffee taking in the sea view was the perfect way to start the day before spending hours in and out of the fabulous pool with the kids! This Vila definitely has the WOW factor and we didnt want to leave! Cant rate it highly enough!

This beautiful property had all we were hoping for and more. The layout is perfect for large groups that want to get together as well as relax. The location was perfect for us, with walking distance to beaches, restaurants and more, and the views are just exceptional.

Amazing house
My extended family (11 of us!) LOVED this house. It is a beautiful home with a fantastic ocean view. The home itself is tranquil and felt luxurious--we all enjoyed the fantastic pool and eating meals outside with the ocean view. The house is also a short walk to 2 great beaches---Sao Rafael was excellent for swimming. Spending time together at the house was one of the highlights of the trip-we would recommend the house to anyone.

Exceeded expectations
Our family of ten fell in love with this place and had a fantastic holiday there! It had everything we needed and more. If we had any questions at all the wonderful owner answered us quickly and helped us in anyway she could. We would definitely recommend this home to any family wanting to make memories together in an ideal location!

Perfect Family Holiday
We couldn’t have found a better property for our family holiday. The house is really beautiful - very well furnished and the master bedroom is a real treat. If the two beaches we would only recommend the one on the right as the left one is too dangerous with hidden rocks at high tide. The pool was a game changer for the younger children in particular. We generally cooked for ourselves and the BBQ was perfect with good equipment. The owner was particularly helpful. Overall a flawless experience thank you.

Beautiful home and location
The property is gorgeous and within walking distance of several beaches, trails, and wonderful restaurants. The hosts are very kind and responsive. There are four bedrooms in the main house and a fifth room with a separate entrance. We had 12 people who stayed comfortably.

Family golden wedding holiday
Fantastic communication with the owner helped to contribute to a special holiday in this beautiful villa which did not disappoint. Loads of space and upmarket fittings and fixtures. Beautiful Property in a Beautiful location
Took my extended family of 10 to the property and had an excellent vacation. The property was as beautiful as the pictures showed. We had a private chef and the kitchen was perfect to feed the large group with space for the chef to work. The added bonus was the upstairs bed which allowed us to sleep under the stars comfortably without being bothered by the usual mosquitoes. The property was more than we expected and I would recommend it to anyone wishing a family vacation. If I did find any fault, and I am being picky here it would have been nice to have a fan or two for the nights without a breeze and the coffee maker could use and upgrade as it didn't work but these were so minor issues they are hardly worth mentioning considering how lovely a time we had. My thanks to all the staff that made my 50th birthday holiday one of the best trips ever.

August stay
Villa Marine is a beautiful property. The pictures on the website do not actually do it justice and we were shocked by the size, cleanliness and style of the property. The bedrooms were beautiful and everyone had their own bathroom or shower room.
We had some minor issues, for example, water drainage in some of the showers but any problems were dealt with immediately with help arriving usually within the hour!!
I could go on and on but to sum up I would stay again in this lovely villa. 5 stars.

More than expected
This villa is exceptional and the view is spectacular. We spend two weeks and we enjoyed every moments of it. Everything was perfect! Thanks to Noé by taking his time to welcome us.

Paradise in the Algarve
Our group of 10 which consisted of two families with grown children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at beautiful Vila Marine. There was plenty of space for everyone and everything was clean and manicured. The location of the Vila was perfect for our group to explore the area. Beautiful beaches with plenty of stores and restaurants close by. We rented a car and found it necessary for the type of trip we planned. We had a wonderful reception from the property manager and easy and plentiful correspondence with the owner, who gladly gave us referrals before our arrival, All in all this was one of our favorite vacations ever, and will be tough to top. Vila Marine Paradise
The house was fabulous-perfect amount of space for everyone to spread out. Well appointed and beautiful. The pool was lovely and the rooftop terrace afforded beautiful views. We only wish the weather had been a bit better but it was a lovely week with family! Our needs were well taken care of anytime we had a question. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Beautiful house, best for summer, groups of 8 or less, and those not interested in staying in touch
Pros: Great location near beautiful beach and 10 min from Albufeira; great views of the sea, palms and adjacent whitewashed villas, particularly from fabulous upstairs deck; house and grounds beautifully designed and furnished with one exception (see below); kitchen very well equipped. Within few minutes' walk of tennis courts at Ponta Grande Resort.
Cons: House is NOT winterized, no central heating and electrical room heaters are woefully inadequate; hot water is not reliable and rarely afforded hot showers; house sleeps 12 only counting downstairs bedrooms which are dungeon-like and accessed only from the exterior such that when the house is locked, downstairs occupants cannot gain entry; electrical load limit is inadequate (can not cook and heat the home at the same time) with frequent engagement of master circuit breaker; internet is unacceptably slow and unreliable. The security gate failed for most of the week but was repaired toward the end of our week's stay.

Beautiful villa
Villa is very well located with unique view to the Ocean. The interiors are perfectly maintained and with good quality.
The two masterpieces are the terrace at first floor and the swimming pool in the garden.
3 families are well accomodated.

Beautiful villa
Beautiful villa our only problem was how hilly it was - my mother is 90 years old and struggled with the hills. We had to hire a wheelchair which helped but very hard work pushing it!!!

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques, la maison toujours parfaite, toute l'équipe, André, Fatima, jardinier, personne en charge de la piscine et mêmes les propriétaires aux petits soins avec nous, à renouveler.

Simplesmente fantástica!
Adoramos a estadia. Ideal para descansar com magnifica paisagem, piscina aquecida fantástica. Espaço agradável para as crianças brincar.
Com uma decoração excelente e a casa está totalmente equipada na cozinha. Perto de supermercados e do centro de Albufeira. A 3 minutos a pé da praia dos arrifes e a 5 minutos da praia de São Rafael. Sem duvida a repetir em 2017.

Nous avons séjourné à la Vila Marine du 30/07 au 13/08, c'était le paradis, les photos sur le site correspondent parfaitement à la réalité, aucune surprise, Fatima et André ont toujours été là pour nous et se sont inquiétés à tout moment de notre bien-être sur place.
