Loved the condo, snorkeling right out the door and pool. Had a wonderful vacation. Only draw back was the groups of local teens/kids that were out partying on the beach all thru the night (2 separate nights) and left garbage and glass on the beach. Condo had everything we needed and the property manager was very attentive to the couple things we needed help with.

The condo location and grounds were wonderful, walking distance to stores and restaurants. The grounds were great and the pool area was amazing. The unit itself needs a lot of updates. We did have thousands of small ants everywhere upon our arrival, we called the manager and she did come out to view that evening. She left us with a can of bug of insect spray but that did not work, nor did she call for a follow up check in to see how we were doing. Needless to say the spray did not help at all. Midweek into our trip we found a cockroach in the living room that flew onto the kitchen counters. We did kill it but the unit was not clean. The bottom of our white socks were not white when simply walking around the unit. The furniture is dated and there is too much furniture inside the unit, it needs a deep clean and remodel update.

Top floor unit, right at the end of the complex and overlooking the ocean. Couldn’t have imagined better. Quiet complex, convenient location for walking around. Janice was great to deal with. Highly recommend this spot. There is a bit of a beach and ladders into the ocean.

George Town Villas worked out really well for us. Third floor oceanfront unit. Unit was clean and fairly maintained. Bathroom was a little rough but I suspect that's island workmanship for you. The primary couch was oversized, misconfigured, and so uncomfortable...your *** just sinks to the floor. I get this is someone's rental beach property but spend a few bucks on a couch that actually fits the condo and is configured properly for the space. Pool area is nice and quiet and well maintained. Appeared to be pretty decent snorkeling off the beach, but we were there to scuba so we didn't do any snorkeling. Having a car was nice and there was plenty of parking at the George Town Villas. If I went back to Cayman, would I stay at GTV? Yes, perhaps a different unit though....a horrible couch makes it tough to relax and take in a Championship football game...GO BLUE.

It was my husband, brother, and I for 8 days. Location was perfect for us since I wanted to be close to Sunset House for my underwater photography lessons with Cathy Church, and also wanted to be close to Camana Bay. This property suited all of our needs. They provided plenty of towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels…. Even though the refrigerator seems a little dated, it makes great ice! We had absolutely no issues and would highly recommend this unit and complex.

We had a week in this condo, it was clean and the management was easy to contact. The bedrooms, kitchen and bath were all as described. Great view from the porch, a nice spot to drink coffee in the morning and listen to the waves.
A few issues with it being dated - pots and pans in poor condition, no laundry basket, no towel holder on bathroom wall. Nest thermometer was really out of whack, kept going up and down by itself. Also there is no beach in this area, it is all very rocky and crunchy. It's a good 15 minute walk to get to real sand.
Pool is nice and views were good. Very convenient for a family of 4-5.

Condo was clean, had a nice pool, and small beach. Property needs need furniture. Beds way to soft. You sink far down into sofa. A chair at the dining table broke (leg snapped off) when we sat down. Other chair had a loose leg. Sinks had hot water, but showers were lukewarm for some reason. Would stay again, but hopefully owner/manager buys new furniture.

Georgetown Villas are walking distance to downtown and a very easy drive to all that there is to offer on West Bay Road along the 7mile beach area. The gardens and pool area are very well kept and the small beach area is great with a walk out to snorkel and a sunken ship very close by. This is not attached to the main 7mile beach. There is some beach erosion that won't connect you to the main long stretch but it's accessible at so many places along West Bay Road. Unit 318 is on the 3rd and top floor. There is no elevator. If you have mobility issues this is not the unit for you. We had teenagers to help with luggage and groceries. The unit is at the very end on the water with views of the ships coming in, the pool and the water. Breakfast on the deck was very nice. Wifi was excellent to do work and the teenagers were satisfied. The unit is solid - never heard neighbours - very quiet. The unit came with a great supply of toilet paper, paper towel, soap etc.. I only had to buy a box of tissues. A nice surprise was that the spare bedroom had a closet full of beach toys, snorkel gear and beach chairs. Used that on our beach days and really appreciated that. The unit itself needs some TLC - it's outdated, holes in the walls and some damage so repairs are needed. Overall clean except the floors - our feet were black by day 2 and under the beds... ick - never done. Still had a great vacation and would stay at Georgetown Villas again.

We (4 adults and one 2 year old) had a 3rd floor corner unit with a great view. But there's no beach and even the adults had a difficult time accessing the water due to the coral and rocks. The kitchen was awful. poorly equipped, microwave door could not open all the way because of placement next to wall. Bedrooms comfortable. Old decor.

Wow!
We’re snorkelers and I can’t think of a more convenient location. I went out directly from the property every day- sometimes twice a day and there was always something new to spot. The pool water was a bit cool for my taste, but sparkling clean and refreshing. The unit was exactly as described and very comfortable for two couples unless you had too many cooks in the galley kitchen at once. We hope to return soon.

Favorite unit in GTV
Had a great stay in 318. Clean, quiet, and fantastic views. We love GTV in general but this unit is now our favorite. Great seating with great breezes. One word of prep before you arrive, there wasn't shampoo or shower soap (there was hand soap and dish soap) , so you'll need to bring / buy your own. Not a big deal just know that if you arrive on a Sunday as most stores are closed.
The floating noodles are fantastic for lounging in the ocean.
All in all a great stay, we will be back!

Great Getaway on Seven Mile
We enjoyed the condo; it was exactly as shown in the photos, spacious, clean and had everything one might need. We made great use of the fully equipped kitchen. The views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. The pool area is beautiful, and often we were the only people at the pool. Snorkeling access is easy, and the views of the cruise ships are super!
The condo and surrounding area were very neat and well kept, and the area was quiet and safe. There are many places along Seven Mile Beach to eat, and public transportation is easy and inexpensive. By the way, our favorite restaurant was XQ's which is an easy 5 minute walk away.... the chicken schnitzel is to die for!
Cayman Villas was responsive prior to and during our entire stay .... they arranged to have Kirk's Market deliver our list of groceries the day we arrived. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Relaxation in Paradise! We had the best time at this quiet condo, great views out of every window. On the top floor, the balcony is great for watching and listening to the waves. We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the Villas....there were a few details that need to be updated/fixed but we would stay there again. It was awesome to be right on the ocean watching the sun and moon set and listening to the constant sound of the waves.

Awesome condo and views
My 2 adult children and I stayed in this unit for 8 nights and could not have asked for a better place to enjoy the ocean, pool, view. The condo was well equipped with everything you need, including many beach items. Sitting on the patio watching the cruise ships arrive each morning and the sun setting at night made for a great day. The pool and grounds are well maintained. We enjoyed being able to walk to many restaurants and shops, even in the evenings. We would definitely rent this unit again.

July 2017 Vacation
We stayed at George Town Villa Unit #318 for 6 nights. This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and we look forward to future trips! We enjoyed the condo; it was exactly as shown in the photos, it was spacious, clean and had everything one might need. We made great use of the fully equipped kitchen. The views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. Note, for those who may have trouble with stairs, there is no elevator. We were aware prior to booking and this was not an issue for us. Because the location is on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, it was very quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we were looking for.
The management company was responsive prior to (answering questions) and during our entire stay (we had an issue with our rental car and they assisted us in getting the issue resolved promptly). They even went out of their way to get us a tea kettle! We would stay here again without hesitation.

If you read reviews to judge units this one may be for you! This was a very responsive and well managed rental. The location could not of been more assessable to beach and snorkeling areas. Stores are in walking distant as are the finest of food locations. Complex is beautiful and quite. Grills are onsite. Walk along seven miles of sandy beaches, but have beach shoes for the coral is on most areas. Comfortable home with everything you need and more. Cleaning supplies on hand or daily maid is available. The balcony is in shade and nicely furnished for day after day relaxing. Dive shop will pick you up or snorkel nearby sunken ship just off shore. Lots of taxi and local bus meant no car needed. We would highly recommend this home. Thank you to the owners for this outstanding unit in Georgetown Villas, a safe and friendly location.
