Completamente ristrutturato residenza cittadina che si trova tra la spiaggia e la laguna, con una piscina. Si tratta di una tranquilla piccola comunità al sicuro in una posizione molto comoda. Molto spazioso open space, 986 piedi quadrati, di un garage di 300 piedi quadrati. A meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia o sulla laguna. La piscina comunità non è mai finita affollato come è utilizzato esclusivamente dai proprietari Bonita Point e gli ospiti. Tutti i nuovi mobili, materassi, arredi, mobili ed elettrodomestici di GE ardesia. Casa e garage dipinta di fresco ed estremamente pulite. Posizione molto comoda per ristoranti, shopping e intrattenimento. Camera da letto ha materasso matrimoniale e soggiorno ha divano letto queen size. Grande bagno con vasca idromassaggio e box doccia separato. All'ingresso spiaggia è possibile noleggiare moto d'acqua, andare tubi o parasailing, immersioni e snorkeling. Molti amano il molo di pesca in questa zona e si può pescare al largo delle banchine a Bonita Point (vedi foto). La Marina è solo un paio di miglia di distanza, dove è possibile noleggiare una profonda battuta di pesca mare, crociera al tramonto, o Pirate Cruise, o Shell Island Cruise. Ci sono diverse opzioni meravigliosa sala da pranzo presso la mariano dove è possibile guardare il tramonto come le barche entrano in banchina. parco Pier si trova a 5 miglia di distanza ed è un negozi, ristoranti, e mecca intrattenimento. The townhouse was nice, clean and spacious. The beach is a short drive and there are many very good restaurants in the area.

This place was nice and the host was very nice however.
1. Didn't like the fact that my children were downstairs away from me.
2. We were welcomed with threats that excessive fingerprint could cost my deposit.
3. Leaving the door open to the downstairs could overheat the air conditioning costing my deposit.
4. Please put towels/ sheets in washer upon leaving. Leave the unit like you found it. Why am I paying a cleaning fee if I have to do laundry, wipe fingerprints and wash clothes.
It was Stressful overall great vacation! 🤷🏽♂️

A FEW BUMPS!
KEY CODE PAD UNOPERATIONAL FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. DON'T EXPECT CHASE TO ANSWER OR HELP! SHERRY VERY HELPFUL! BATHROOM NASTY EVIDENTLY FROM CONTRACTORS WORKING ON UNIT. I THINK THEY EVEN SHOWERED WHILE THERE! ONLY ICE IN KITCHEN, THEY EVEN TOSS SALT AND PEPPER EVIDENTLY. SEEMS LIKE COOKING OIL AND SPICES COULD BE LEFT, BUT JUST MY OPINION. EGO WAFFLES AND FROZEN MAC AND CHEESE DINNERS IN FREEZER FOR SOME REASON THOUGH. NO KEYS TO UPSTAIRS DOOR FOR SOME REASON, ONLY ENTRY THROUGH GARAGE. HANICAP LIFT USEFUL SINCE THE 20 STEPS FROM GARAGE TO DOOR WOULD HAVE BEEN TOUGH WITH MY HANDICAP. SHERRY DID ANSWER EVERY TIME I CALLED HER AND CAME RIGHT OVER AND CLEANED BATHROOM HERSELF WITHIN AN HOUR OF NOTIFYING HER OF PROBLEM. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN IF FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN A SECOND CHANCE. I WAS TOLD BY OTHER RESIDENTS WHILE FISHING OFF THE DOCK THAT THEIR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION DOES NOT ALLOW TRAILER PARKING ON THE PREMISE. JUST S HEADS UP FOR BOATERS AND BIKE RIDERS WITH TRAILERS!

Super clean, as listed property. Easy walk to the beach across Thomas Drive. Generally had the pool to ourselves which was a big plus. The neighborhood was comfy and friendly. Sherry was very kind.

What a beautiful, quiet, clean, and relaxing property. The garage is a huge added bonus, it made me feel safer being able to keep my vehicle tucked away.
The bed was so comfortable , as was the entire condo.
Sherry was beyond accommodating, responded quickly, and genuinely a nice person. She was a pleasure to work with and will definitely stay at one of her properties again.

Wonderful vacation spot!!
My fiance, child, and I had a wonderful stay at this place! Everything was very clean and check in was a breeze! I loved that this place accepted children because that was a little hard to find. However, the living room had a few breakable decor items that I had to put up high so there was no risk of anything being broken. Other than that, I have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property to stay
The property was located in a very nice gated community. It is very comfortable. The cleanliness of the place was perfect. The bedding, the furniture, kitchen area, bathroom, and garage were perfectly cleaned. The advantage of having wash and dryer machines came very handy. We did love the fact that the property has a gated garage because it gave us a sense of privacy. The fact that the property has handicap stairs accessibility is awesome. Although we didn't need it, it certainly will be convenient for any family of group of friends that have a handicap. We also loved the balcony access. We do enjoy sitting out for a bit and catch some of that ocean breeze. The people in that community are very kind and polite. The pool access is very good and enjoyable. We do recommend booking this property to anyone who's looking for true comfort, cleanliness, and privacy.

We were happy with the location of this property, and it was mostly clean. It was perfectly described in the listing. However, we experienced issues with not receiving check in instructions; frustrating responses from the owner when we shared concerns about Hurricane Sally, and when we decided to evacuate - our road home ended up getting washed out (bridge on I10) after we left, but to her it was no big deal; and other issues with the property. Example: there were only a few towels, not really adequate for our stay; the bathtub is fabulous (but don't use the jets! They are full of sand and who knows what else), but the water heater could not provide enough water; the water heater temperature could not be adjusted; the A/C had written warnings about extra fees associated with adjusting the temperature, which resulted in us waking up super hot and sweaty in the middle of the night every night. In general, some of our disappointment was weather-related, but these other issues were frustrating. **Owner did work with us to refund a portion of the money we lost, after we checked out early and thoroughly cleaned the whole place. We appreciated that. We realize she has no control over the weather either. However, some of these creature comforts need to be addressed. I'm paying a lot of money and expect I should have adequate hot water and control over the A/C while there.

Great location, spotless
The townhouse is in a great location. Short walk to the beach, you can put kyaks in the lagoon and paddle around, ride bikes through the neighborhood and swim in the pool if you want. My 13 yr. old spent hours on his bike and in the pool! The townhouse was very clean, plenty of towels and stocked with everything you need. Just bring your food and you're good. We highly recommend.

This was a nice townhouse and Located conveniently to everything. There were 3 adults and a child during our stay. The bedroom slept comfortably; however, the pullout sofa slept awful. It wouldn’t lay flat. It would be perfect for a couple getaway, and maybe a small child; but don’t count on the pullout for an adult.
