Silka I just wonderful! She communicated with me about checking in and was around to answer any questions I had about the house or the area. So polite and very friendly. We stayed here to visit our son, and we will be back!

We loved the location of and views from our rental. Our host met us at checkin and was available if we needed anything. The rental was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to return later this year.

Our family flew down for a quick change of scenery before going back to school. The location is amazing, just a 10-15 minute walk to food, fun and the beach. We worked remotely by day with an amazing view of the water (and some rain) and we were able to take a few breaks for nearby attractions. This rental is comfortable, clean and full of thoughtful amenities. Silka is a fabulous host, she made us feel welcome right from the confirmation email. Would definitely stay here again!

Came to San Diego to check out SDSU and wanted a location at the beach. Silka was wonderful and so kind. Apartment was super clean. My family will definitely look at staying here again when come back to San Diego.

This property had EVERYTHING we could have possibly needed and more for our family of 4! It has the best views of OB and it is just a short walk away! We can’t wait to stay again next year!

We rented this property for few days for our vacation with a 1 and 3 year old. Silka and Wilf were great hosts and provided a welcoming experience. They made many baby items (stroller, pack and play, and high chair) available to us which made things so much easier for the trip! It was my sons birthday and they even were kind enough to get him a Book! We enjoyed the view of the beach from their home. The location is just a short drive to all the kid activities we had planned. We look forward to returning to San Diego and to stay at this property again! We would recommend Silka and Wilfs home for all who visit San Diego. Thank you Silka and Wilf!

Really enjoyed our 8 night stay at this property! Super location for exploring both San Diego and Ocean Beach. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Host Silka was great and was available for any requests we may have had. We recommend staying here for anyone considering a San Diego visit.

Spent a couple of days in OB and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! We were able to walk to the beach, walk to cafes for great meals, and enjoy shopping as well. We did Uber a couple of times and the drivers were so helpful and friendly to get us to places we loved. And the house!!! Adorable two bedroom house with lots of windows to enjoy the view of the beach. LOVED getting up and drinking coffee in the dining area and loving the scenery. Plenty of room for our group of three!!! Thank you so much, Silka!!!

If you are considering Ocean Beach, consider your Vacation Rental Search done! We were greeted by Silka who took her time and showed us around the home. Everything was clean, organized and well stocked. She had a bottle of wine waiting for us! After a ten hour day of driving, my husband and I were so appreciative. We also didn't have to run back out to the store, as she had english muffins, a Keurig with many coffee choices, and even half and half in the refrigerator. Silka had chocolates in a candy bowl and had lots of condiments in the refrigerator and cupboards. Silka is super sweet and caring! We felt at home as we transitioned our oldest son to SDSU. We will definitely be back!

Home was everything we expected. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. The location was perfect for amenities and activities. The place was clean and comfy. The views were wonderful at sunset.

Silka’s home felt like our home for a week. We left Ocean Beach ten years ago and wanted our oldest daughter to see her first hometown. We truly felt like we could relax and enjoy the whole experience with this as our home base. The tiniest details like snacks and beach toys for the kids, to the stunning views and awesome location it was an absolute winner. Two living areas and two patios made us feel like we weren’t on top of each other and it was a pleasure to work in the the updated kitchen! Literally a perfect location, easy access to the Cliffs, Newport and the rest of the OB highlights but far enough away to have peace and quiet. We cannot wait to return. Thank you for helping us really enjoy this return to San Diego and create a priceless experience for our family!

A wonderful experience! The house was clean, fully stocked (just like my house), and even extra hospitality items. Silka was very personable and helpful! Close to the beach but quieter than being right next to the hustle and bustle of on the beach rentals.

Really loved this place. It was so cute and cozy and nice! Silka had everything you could need, and caters what she puts in the room for your needs. We had a 3 yr old and 1 yr old, and she put out toys for them. Definitely a life saver at times! Great place for just adults too. I’d love to go back with just the hubby.

I stayed for three days with my wife and two small children. Silka made sure we were well taken care of. It was conveniently located with the beach, grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. The views from the balcony and windows were incredible, the pictures online do not do it justice.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was comfortable, quiet and clean. Silka is a lovely and gracious hostess!

The home was inviting and had spectacular night and daytime views from the hill. The walk to downtown was easy and convenient. What a wonderful neighborhood to stay in, with everything so close by. Silka puts time, love, and effort into preparing her home to share with others visiting San Diego. The views are wonderful and the home's proximity to Ocean Beach and the shoreline is wonderful. She had coffee and breakfast items available for us which was very helpful since we arrived late in the evening and wonderful touches that made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She also took the time to mail my husband's hat to us even though we did not realize he had left it. This was truly a peaceful and enjoyable trip for us because of having this home to say in.
