Spectacular Seabrook Island Villa, unlike any other, includes Club access
Dopo aver camminato sulla porta principale, si è attratti dalle viste a due piani, dal pavimento al soffitto, sul fiume Bohicket e sul porto turistico. Quando finalmente ti ricordi di guardarti intorno, vedrai immediatamente la scala in acciaio personalizzata che conduce a una zona salotto a soppalco, 2 camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno e lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard. Al piano inferiore c'è un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale (anche con il proprio bagno) più un altro mezzo bagno. Quasi 1.900 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo nuovissimo. Elettrodomestici da cucina di alta gamma in acciaio inossidabile e oltre 400 piedi quadrati di ponti. TV da 55 pollici con soundbar Bluetooth e TV in ogni camera.
La nostra villa si trova nel recintato Bohicket Marina Village ed è a pochi passi dal lungomare dove è possibile passeggiare per negozi, ristoranti e bar. Noleggia una barca, pagaia in kayak o esplora l'area su una tavola da paddle stand up. Puoi anche rilassarti nella piscina privata all'aperto del complesso.
Sarai facilmente raggiungibile in bicicletta o camminerai fino al Seabrook Tennis Complex a 16 campi e al Lake House Recreation Center, con la sua palestra completa, piscina interna riscaldata, piscina all'aperto, lago e percorsi pedonali. Salta in bicicletta per un breve giro di 10 minuti al centro ippico o 10 minuti a piedi dai negozi di Freshfields, una meravigliosa area commerciale con ottimi ristoranti e numerosi eventi durante tutto l'anno. The property had beautiful views of the marina, was within walking distance of Freshfields Village and a close ride to the Seabrook beach club and Kiawah public beach. Jack was very quick to respond to questions and great to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Our family and pup had a terrific stay and a beautiful property with everything you could possibly need! House was clean and owner friendly, helpful and responsive. Watching the boats in the morning and evenings made it a really special vacation. Lots of stairs here (just so you know). Seabrook is magical too and loved being able to go into Charleston for a day. Only negative was we didn't get the club access card by 6pm on Sat and the office was closed on Sunday. Make sure you make other arrangements to get it if you're after 6 on Sat. Love it though!!! Love to go back again someday. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!

Gorgeous villa. Well-equipped kitchen. Very clean. Loved being able to take my dog. Amazing view of the harbor from the private deck. Nice to be next door to Bohicket shopping center (loved eating at The Salty Dog restaurant and their ice cream shop). Enjoyed use of amenities (played tennis, used the gym & went to the beach club pool). Jack was very responsive and detail-oriented; great owner! Lovely touch to leave us a bottle of Prosecco when we arrived.

This was my 4th time at this property and once again all expectations were met and exceeded! The views are definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back. But so are the comfortable furnishings, the layout, the fully stocked kitchen, we wanted for nothing. The townhouse was immaculate and the communications with the owner were seamless. We had a lovely stay. Jack reached out ahead of time with lots of helpful information concerning parking at the villa, seabrook gate access, and amenity cards. The villa is beautifully furnished and decorated and had such pretty views of the water. It might be on the listing but could be useful to note that guests must walk up about twenty steps to reach the condo. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We have visited this property several times and just love it. The property always spotlessly clean and well-appointed. The owner is responsive and welcoming. Bohicket marina is relaxing, with spectacular marsh and sunset views, primo walking and biking, great beaches nearby, golf and tennis close, and even good shopping. Highly recommend it!

This condo at Bohicket Marina is exactly what you see and is represented on VRBO. Anyone who has used the VRBO service knows that this is not always the case.
Let me start with the location. Bohicket Marina/ Village is on Seabrook Island. It is about a 6 minute drive around the island to Kiawah Beachcomber Park - for those inclined to go to the beach. However, with the boardwalk and the boat traffic in and out of the marina itself, it is a great place to hang out! If you're going to Charleston, you're about a half hour / 45 minutes away from downtown. So you get the beauty of the island and the lowcountry and have easy access to Charleston also.
The condo is simply stunning. It is very tastefully and nicely decorated. It has a sizable "hang out" area in the living room, and deck space for keeping an eye out for dolphins, etc. The gourmet kitchen has every pot, pan, glass, dish or utensil that anyone could possibly need to keep you and your party well fed during your stay.
The owner, Jack, was simply outstanding to work with. We had a couple of questions upon our arrival, and they were answered promptly.
This condo is simply a fabulous place to spend time in the Charleston area, and I hope we get the opportunity to visit down there again soon. We would stay here as often as Jack would allow!

We had a fantastic vacation staying at Jack’s home. The Villa had everything we needed and is conveniently located at the Bohicket Marina next to Kiawah Island and on the doorsteps of Seabrook Island.
Easy access to Freshfields Village and local restaurants. We made use of the villa pool as well as all of the amenities (beach, pools, lake house) which are available for use as part of the SBI club. Use of the club gym is also available to use for a reasonable fee. We rented bicycles which were delivered and biked around the island many times! Early mornings and sunset evenings are a must on the deck! We already miss it but are looking forward to returning! Thanks!

This property is exactly as described and did not disappoint! We had a great week with our family, including our 1 year old and family dog. This spot was perfect for us, my son loved watching the boats in the marina and we all enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Location was very convenient, a short drive to the beach and a short walk up to FreshFields which was perfect for grabbing breakfast and morning coffee. The condo itself had everything we needed and was very clean. We would 100% stay here again!

We returned for another week and this time we brought friends! Everyone agreed that there is nothing missing in this property. Gorgeous, relaxing and spotless. Love the view from the deck of dolphins, boats and sunsets. We find this location ideal as we can walk or cycle to restaurants and we drive to the beach or my fav, The Pelicans Nest. Our family has visited this property many times over the years, and have always had an excellent experience. The property is well-appointed and spotlessly clean, the owner is friendly and available. Centrally located near restaurants, shopping and the beach, this place has something for everybody, but our reason for going - and always returning- is the view from the deck.
