1. В приміщенні курили…, був неприємний запах. 2. Дуже незручні матраси на ліжку 3. Дуже потерті і старі рушники

Absolutely perfect!

The staff was nice and helpful. It was overall a very good value for money. We were just passing by and had an event nearby, which is why the location was suitable for us, but it is not that close to Poznan if you do not have a car.

Location, parking, restaurant

Too soft bed (mattress)

Spacious Apartment, separate bathroom, toilet. Check out was possible to extend, as in different hotels- point for this.

It was not the cleanest place , dust on the shelves in wardrobe, shades, windows. Soap old one, no shampoo at all. Kettle not working quick. Bed linen we’re having still smell of previous client, pillows were not as in usual hotels. Breakfast no really variety, I had to request for some vegetables(unfortunately few leaves of salad and some slices of tomatoes when I went for a breakfast), had to request eggs for breakfast and no options for eggs (scrambled only available on the day). The price quite height for the standard they provided. I could stay in different hotel in Poznan for the same price with better buffet breakfast and for the same space I had here. It is the room for the hotel to improve.

I would like to recommend this hotel. Everything went fine, I could check-in late (the lady at the front desk waited for me already). The room was super clean, breakfast amazing (brought to the room at a chosen time due to Covid-19). Thank you for the comfort.
