Great bed, big room, good shower, nice coffee maker, fab location, good parking, extremely nice and helpful host.

No complaints at all. Access to the center courtyard would have been nice.

Everything. Keys easy to get. Appartment clean similar to the pictures even better in real. Owner really flexible. Bottles of waters and some cakes offered by the owner. Clean towels. Good bed. Many thanks for everything.

The only negative point is the fact that there is no window in the bathroom.

Very good value place to stay which was comfortable and did the job for our one night stop over. By car only a short drive to the center of Oristano, which is lovely.

Absolutely zero hospitality ... the texts to obtain the key were like from a robot ... no hello, thanks, bye or answer to anything that was not "essential" ... but ok, communication was prompt and enough to check in which was uncomplicated ... check out was at 10.00 am (do they realize that people are on holidays?), which I was not aware, but we wanted to leave around 10.30 anyway ... however at 3 minutes past 10.00 am there were three ladies ready to clean the apartment, not a greeting, smile or anything ... needless to say we were very quick packing up. Breakfast consisted of bagged cakes/croissants (plenty) and black coffee, as there was no milk. As said this place was ok for the stopover we had and good value. If I were to stay again or longer, I'd definitely book a B&B in the center, they are only marginally more expensive and offer a different experience.
