Great stay in a quiet neighborhood Easy to drive to the park loop road. The host brought us fresh live lobsters with steamer for a good price. They were delicious. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended .

My husband and I stayed here for a week at the end of September. It truly is in a fabulous location. Only a few minute drive from Bar Harbor and lots of hiking trails, if that's your thing.
Nothing fancy about the place, but was very clean and had your basics covered, which was what we were looking for. Also loved access to a washer and dryer, it was actually one of the reasons I booked this place. We flew in, so it was nice to be able to wash clothes and not have to pack as much. We also enjoyed the fire pit a few nights during our stay. We had a great time.

Cozy clean all we needed. The address is listed as 15 but the door and wall have 1 very prominently displayed. Confusing for me but my daughter was unfazed! A few nearby places already closed for the season but Pine Tree market was awesome and we went to the ocean walk, Havana restaurant and shopping. Nice driveway right at cabin door for parking. Washer and dryer and dishwasher! Loved it

The home is pet friendly and I wanted to take my little guy with us to hike. We enjoyed our stay, Cadillac mountain trail is in walking distance from the home. Several other trails were accessible also. The park entrance is 4 minutes away. The town of otter creek is very relaxing and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My partner and I loved our stay! Great location with easy access to Acadia. Check in process went smoothly thanks to the host’s notes. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Only downside was the bed being uncomfortable. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area to explore the park, especially couples and their dog.

The cottage is perfect in both accomodations and location to enjoy all the Mt Desert Island has to offer.

Clean, comfortable well equipped unit. Great for two people and a furry friend. Very convenient for shopping, etc, in Bar Harbor and hiking and biking in Acadia. The host was very helpful and responsive. The only disappointment was that the fenced-in yard was no accessible from the house. You had to go out the front door and over to the yard gate. Maybe not a problem for others but for a pet that wakes up at 3:00 am it was inconvenient.

The place had all that we needed and was perfectly located near trailheads and the sights of Acadia. It was close enough to Bar Harbor that we could go there, but also quietly away from much of the other tourists. A very nice stay.

Clean, not fancy. Everything you need though. Comfy small cottage with a great location for Acadia and harbors. Otter creek store nearby for essentials and the do a nice lobster takeout dinner!

This property is in a great location relative to the park but otherwise falls short. It is quite small and the bed is very uncomfortable. The pillows are almost non existent so I’d suggest bringing your own.
At the time of booking, you will be asked to choose to purchase insurance or to leave a (large) security deposit. I suggest you purchase the insurance as the hosts arbitrarily kept a portion of our deposit.
Arriving for the first time at night, it is a bit creepy as well, so be prepared for that.

Such a great location to check out the trails of Acadia. Loved being close to Bar Harbor without having to stay in it. Wonderful to have laundry and yard all the kitchen conveniences to make great meals at the place. Comfy pillows and bed and bedding too!

Quiet and relaxing location convenient to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. Very comfortable for just a few people. Nice outdoor fenced in area. Great for stargazing and a place to let our dog roam. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Otter Creek was perfect, easy to book, great communication with the hosts, very clean cabin and excellent location. We were able to do some hikes right out our front door. Would definitely book with them again!

Efficient clean and good location
Was just as advertised
Good location to quickly get to hiking trail heads, Seal Harbor and NE harbor and the Park Loop Road or in to Bar Harbor. Bonus 10 min ride just past Seal Harbor to little Long Pond to let the dog run and swim.
Just enough room for 2 of us and our son and small (50lb) dog.
Recommend it!

Perfect Acadia Location
This little cottage in Otter Creek is the perfect launching pad for your Acadia adventures. Walk to trails, walk to the Otter Creek Market and have the rest of Acadia practically in your backyard. The cottage is well furnished and the space is well designed. The private backyard is a nice place to relax. The location in Otter Creek is quiet and you don't have to deal with the crowds of Bar Harbor. 5 days passed very quickly here!
Sheridy is very quick with a response if you need anything but I doubt you will. Love the location!

This cottage was the perfect location for visiting Acadia and ideal for two people. We could walk out of the cottage and find a trail which we really enjoyed. The cottage is also close to Bar Harbor, about a five mile drive. I would highly recommend it!

Great location to Seal Harbor, 5miles to Bar Harbor, Island Explorer Bus (free) stops right outside of cottage. Asticou gardens is near. Cottage has all the conveniences needed. Propane grill in backyard is a plus.

We had a great stay, as the house was clean, and had everything we needed. Additionally, the location was great. Less than 10 minutes from Bar Harbor main town and an even shorter drive to get into Acadia park. Would definitely stay again

Great location to park and Bar Harbor.

Minutes from Park Loop
Our second trip to Acadia and we knew we wouldn't spend much time at a cabin. This is all you need. The bed was comfortable, kitchen is stocked with necessary utensils, hand held shower sprayer is efficient. Space heater took the chill off at night, ceiling fan in the BR. We never even turned on a TV; all our time was spent exploring or napping. It's a 7 minute drive to Otter Point (our favorite bit of shoreline) and the same if you don't over shoot Fabbri parking lot back to Otter Cliff Rd. This is a cabin without a view, but well placed evergreens make it feel pretty private. The tiny fenced area was cozy, again because of shrubs and the fence. Being off of Rt 3 didn't bother us. Thanks for allowing our dogs! We'd stay again.

The cabin was close to Bar Harbor, Seal Harbor and the park. The cabin is small but it was all we needed since we were out in the park as much as possible. We enjoyed having a small kitchen, even though we did not cook. It was great to have internet. Having a washer/dryer was nice so we brought less. The only thing I would say was a negative is that the bed squeaks with every move and it slightly dips toward the middle. It was comfortable but the squeaking was annoying. The hot water heater is small. You can get 2 hot showers out of it but can't take too long. The cabin is right next to the road. We could hear cars pass with the window open but that was never a problem.

Excellent little cottage in a great location!
The location is excellent. Just a short drive or bike ride to town. It's quiet and charming. The kitchen was quite well stocked with pots, pans, dished, utensils, etc. It was the perfect little getaway place with easy access to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.

Awesome Cottage
Cottage was easy to find. It is located perfectly for Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. There are 2 entrances to Acadia within 10 mins and Bar Harbor was about 12 to 15 mins. The cottage itself was super clean and had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was small but all that we needed for our dog. I will definitely be back!
