My daughter, son-in-law and grandkids stayed at the cabin and had the "best vacation ever"! Beautiful property and accommodations. Beach, large yard, dock and mooring. Who could ask for more!

Our family had such an amazing time staying at this cabin! Check-in was incredibly easy, and Marian was extremely friendly and welcoming. She even left us a delicious treat—ice cream and pie waiting for us in the fridge! She was always available if we needed anything but gave us all the privacy we could ask for.
The cabin itself was perfect—clean, cozy, and full of charm. We loved the beautiful wood paneling throughout; it really added to the rustic feel of the place. But what made our stay truly special was the location. The grounds were absolutely huge! We pulled into a private driveway, and from there, we had this vast green lawn leading all the way to the water. And, the cabin, itself, was only a few feet to the lake.
One part of the property had comfortable lawn chairs set up on the grass in front of the water—an ideal spot to relax and take in the expansive view of the lake. If you walked a little to the right, there was a private beach where you could gradually walk into the water—no need to jump off a dock. It was the best of both worlds: a quiet, private beach and plenty of green space to relax on the lawn while overlooking the lake.
The whole property felt so private and peaceful, surrounded by trees that made it feel like we were staying on celebrity-style grounds. We had plenty of space to walk, explore, and just soak in the beauty of the surroundings.
Everything was spotless, and we had no issues at all during our stay. We can’t wait to return next year!

We really enjoyed our time on Sebago Lake at this house. It was very cute and was in a nice and quiet area. We had a boat with us and the boat launch was literally right around the corner. It worked out perfectly. The house was very well kept and clean. Marion is very nice and was right there if we needed anything.

This is our eleventh year of returning to this special property. This immaculate cottage sits on lake front which provides you with a private beach, a dock and a large yard surrounded by flower gardens. This setting provides for peace and quite while being close to town services and shopping. Its an ideal place for young and old. Upon arrival you might just find a home made pie, along with ice cream in the refrigerator to begin your stay.

We loved the property. I'm a native Mainer who lives away now, and I've been to a number of camps around Sebago. This rental, especially the beach, yard, and dock, are as clean and beautiful as they come.
Marian is a lovely host who is easy to communicate with and let us enjoy our stay with friends and family. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Marian's lakeside cottage. She is the consummate hostess. The cottage is beautiful... inside and out. She has anticipated every need of her guests and provides many personal delightful touches that bring much pleasure to her guests! This precious, comfortable cabin is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Marian is an amazing hostess, welcoming us home each year with a home baked pie and ice cream. This year she went above and beyond, as we arrived a day before a hurricane. She had removed the lawn chairs by the lake for safety, but she had them back in their welcoming spot early in the morning after the hurricane. This is our home away from home! See you next year!

If you are looking for a beautiful spot to vacation at in Maine, this is it. The cottage is spotless with a large porch overlooking attractive gardens and has a peaceful view of the lake. We have been coming here for years with our grandchildren who still enjoy swimming, fishing, and sleeping in the loft. If you are lucky there will be a freshly made pie and ice cream awaiting you. Enjoy your stay.

We loved staying in this cozy, 2 bedroom cottage. It had everything we could possibly ever need for our trip to southern Maine. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The hostess was so kind and accommodating and even baked us delicious muffins during our stay! We would highly recommend staying here!

If you’re looking for a little R&R, this cottage was a gem. After sending our youngest off to college, we were looking for someplace to start this new chapter of our life and the early morning serenity was just was we needed, taking full advantage with our paddle boards and kayaks. We also rented jet skis one day to Big Sebago and we golfed a beautiful course at Point Sebago. We cannot thank our host enough for making us feel so welcome and simultaneously honoring our privacy. This was a vacation we will treasure.

This is a lovely camp. It's location and grounds make it an exceptional vacation spot. The owner goes out of her way to make feel welcome and always available to assist. Our grandchildren have joined us for all the years we have have vacationed here. They look forward to coming and always ask about the pie and ice cream baked by the owner. Who could ask for more!

Everything We Hoped For and More
What a glorious spot! It's a lovely little cottage just steps away from the lake. We were there during a string of unusually warm, sunny days and just sat down by the lake and read. We haven't felt that relaxed in a long time!
Marian is a treasure! She could not have been more welcoming. She made sure that we knew she was available if we needed anything and was a great source for local information. We enjoyed her company and hope to get back there again!

Great Location and Great Property
We had a very enjoyable week staying at this beautiful cottage (Oct 2 to Oct 9). Marian left the lights on for us when we told her we would be arriving for our first night well after dark via Boston-Logan airport, making our arrival very easy and us feeling very welcome and looked after! The cottage was just as advertised. I loved swimming every morning, even though the lake water was probably in the low 60's. Marian has a few water inflatables and I took to the large inner tube and kicked myself around the little cove right in front of the cottage. The loons would paddle over to me and we had conversations!
We used this location to drive all over Maine and NH during our week and even enjoyed a matinee play at Ogunquit Playhouse. The Good Life store nearby was also a terrific find and kept us well supplied.

Getaway in Paradise
Returned to this heavenly place for two weeks. We can’t get enough of the serenity of Sebago Lake, sitting on the porch, basking in the sun, listening to the chip chip chip of the chipmunks! Steamed lobsters from Hannafords and visits to surrounding towns, plus the hospitality of our welcoming hostess make for a stress-free getaway. We’ll be back!

What a wonderful time we had during our stay at the cottage! From the warm welcome and
comfortable accommodations - right down to the delicious pie and ice cream so thoughtfully left for us to enjoy. Tranquil, beautiful spot
Marian's place is just a lovely getaway. Such a peaceful, gorgeous piece of land on the water with a great sandy beach and private dock. The cottage is small but comfortable and functions well for our family of four with room to spare. Kids love the loft. The new AC works great! Sitting out on the dock or under the shade of the trees on the lawn and gazing out at the lake is just sublime! Thanks for another lovely stay, Marian!

Small and Very Nice
Clean, nicely furnished and comfortable for a small group. Waterfront, and landscaping are superb. Excellent dock for swimming with lots of boulders to snorkel around. Excellent mooring for our sailboat. Nice landing beach for our kayaks.

A Treasure!
The lake side location of this cottage is beautiful! The cottage is completely equipped, as well as comfortable and cozy! The loft was the highlight for the grandchildren! And the best treasure of all was Marian... our hostess has the gift of hospitality and it was lavished upon us! (Apple pie...yum!)We count her as a new friend...not just an acquaintance.

The yard is spacious and beautifully planted and the dock and mooring are great.
Inside has a well appointed kitchen and comfy living area with great views.
Close to Portland and North Windham for shopping etc.

Beautiful!
Marian was an excellent hostess! She made us feel welcome and was readily available but not intrusive. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The setting is absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed the reflection of the changing leaves on the lake. It was so peaceful sitting out by the water in the early morning and in the evening. We took advantage of some of the many hiking trails in the area. Portland and Freeport are each less than an hour away. We enjoyed delicious fresh seafood from Fisherman’s Catch, which is a few minutes from the cottage.What a wonderful, relaxing week!

Beautiful lakeside cottage
Marian is the consummate host! In addition to providing a welcoming blueberry pie and vanilla ice cream along with a cookbook with great ideas for vacation meals, she checked in a couple times to be sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was perfect -- neat and clean, a well-appointed kitchen, spacious bathroom, plenty of space to comfortably sleep a family of 6, and a dock with easy access for swimming and boating. A wonderful vacation!

We had a great time. The property is exactly as pictured. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood with quiet surrounding residence. The property was perfect for our young family to enjoy. Owner was very nice and responsive. Despite her closeness to the property we never felt imposed upon. We stayed at the house during hurricane isaias and the house and property held up very well.

Wonderful Cabin
This cabin is clean and modern without being oversized. It is perfect for a small family. Modern, well-equipped kitchen. Just-large-enough eating and living areas. All tastefully furnished and decorated including fresh flowers from her gardens. The large yard and numerous gardens are immaculate. It's easy to find your choice of sun or shade most of the day. We enjoyed snorkeling through the boulders around the large dock and on either side of the beach. We saw lots of sunfish, small bass, one huge small-mouth bass and a painted turtle. The mooring was perfect for our small sailboat. The beach was great for landing our kayaks and smaller sailboat. The water entry is a mixture of sand and small stones. We especially enjoyed strumming our ukuleles on the comfortable rocking chairs located on the lawn near the water's edge. The cabin's location on Jordan Bay is quiet during the week with more boat traffic on the weekends. The host is very friendly and helpful. She surprised us with a home-made apple pie and ice cream on our arrival.
