The beach house was perfect for our family (9 adults and 4 children). We were in the area for a wedding and the location gave us some time to enjoy the beach and Folly Island while there. Darlana was great to work with and promptly answered any questions we had. Will definitely try to book for our next large family event!

Very clean home in a great location. very close to Folly center and the beach. Awesome host, the golf cart and grill made all the difference.

This place was beautiful. We stayed with 4 adult children and their partners--this never happens--no one had to sleep in a twin or bunk bed! The house was great, was literally 3 minute walk to the public access point of the beach, .75 miles into town, and mud flats for shark tooth hunting. Darlana was SO responsive and accommodating, I really couldn't have asked for more. highly, highly recommend.

Loved Folly Beach. Hiuse is large with various places to congregate which was a plus and enjoyable. Some maintenance issues resulted in problems of 3 guests getting stuck due to a stuck door lock. Door handles and other areas couldve been cleaned better plus various bulbs out. We really liked tge property but a few minor things needed attention.

We had a wonderful time in Folly Beach celebrating my wife’s 50th birthday. The weather was terrible which made the house that much nicer. Plenty of room, bathrooms galore and very cozy. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen which had everything we needed. Darla was great to deal with and I would definitely stay here again.

We came for a family wedding in Charleston and so glad we stayed here. We were able to make it a beach weekend too. Just a short walk from the house and the property has all the beach chairs and toys for everyone.

This was a wonderful space for our 3 families to enjoy a Winter Beach Vacation while visiting for a gymnastics meet. We had 5 teenage girls and 6 adults. There was plenty of space to sleep, and to spread out. The Master bedroom with an attached screened-in porch was a dream for sleeping with the sounds of nature! We all enjoyed walking to the beach by day and strolling around town by night. Folley Beach had plenty to offer including a sandcastle festival, fun coffee shops, and restaurants. The owner was very accommodating, easy to work with, and very responsive. We loved Charleston, and look forward to the next time!

The home was beautiful. Clean. Accommodated 10 of us comfortably with room to spare. Kid friendly. Only issue we had was with the annoying neighbors trying to report us for breaking the rules when we had not. They even went as far as to break out their video cameras while counting cars...the Owner handled it well though! Aside from that bit of stress it was a wonderful stay!

Darlana was so welcoming, from answering questions, to personal touches in the house, to suggestions for a rehearsal dinner, and ongoing communications. We had extended family at the house and the many bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. We made great use of the spacious porches.

The Sea Spirit house on Folly Beach was a great fit for our large family! We were attending a beach wedding, and the location of the house was perfect! The property manager was a delight, and attentive to our needs. The home is vey spacious, and we really enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well. I would absolutley book this property again!

What an amazing stay. Everything you could ask for and then some. We needed beach chairs, extra boogie boards and a wagon…they had them all! House was immaculately clean with every amenity needed and it was within walking distance to the beach. Can’t wait to return💕

This big, furnished house was perfect for our party of 10. It's located directly near a beach access point, and a 10-minute walk to Folly Beach center. The house itself had everything we could ask for – plenty of bedrooms (with bathrooms), a nice kitchen, large front porch, and a screened-in backporch. The host was more than accomodating, allowing us to check-in early and was responsive to all messages leading up to the trip. Couldn't be happier with the accommodations and our gracious host.

Inoperative refrigerator resulting in having to discard approximately $300 in meats and eggs.
No a/c in one bedroom so it was not usable given the high humidity and 95 degree-plus temperature. Consequently, my adult niece and her child had to sleep in a bedroom with her parents.
Broken furniture, old or used linen stored in bedroom closets, previous renter's used garments left in outside shower; house was poorly maintained and not clean. Online pictures of property are extremely deceptive to a potential renter.

A Perfect Beach House for a large family
This beach house was a perfect fit for our extended family of 12 ranging in age from 4 to 81. It is well furnished and equipped. It has a large screened porch where we spent most of our time together. It is a short walk to the beach. The owner is very gracious and welcoming.

Plenty of room; close to the beach
This house worked perfectly for my extended family (10 months to 84 yrs). We loved the screen porch, the ability to spread out in the house and have plenty of room, and the nearness to the beach and cute playground on 5th St.

Great property and location for enjoying Folly Beach!
We loved our stay! The house is nestled back in a nice quiet neighborhood just a 2 minute walk to a beach access on beautiful folly beach. We had 9 adults and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy the house comfortably. The screened in back porch was a hit with our group as well. Would highly recommend for a group!

Great Stay
We had a short stay for a wedding and loved the location. House was off the beaten path yet a very short walk to the beach. House was just as seen online and very clean and comfortable. We really liked the front and back porches for relaxing outside together. Plenty of parking too. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions.

Great location, big house and super nice owner!
This house was great! Our trip included 10 girls, there were a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms so we didn't feel crowded getting ready for a night out. There's also a lot of common space for hanging out. The beach is just a couple blocks away so a pretty quick walk. Folly has a lot of restaurants and bars within a mile of the house too! My favorite part about this rental was that the owner was so nice and easy. A lot of little things were available in the house for our convenience (like coffee, games, firewood, extra towels and toiletries, plenty of blankets). Also, the clean up process was very easy. I've seen some pretty long list of clean up rules before in rentals and that can be so stressful to accomplish and pack up by checkout. I would love to stay here again!

My three friends and I had a wonderful long weekend in Charleston in February. The house is a perfect location (2 min walk to the beach and a short drive into Charleston). The property is everything as advertised. We strongly recommend. It.

This house was perfect for our family reunion in early October. With multiple 'living' spaces -- two back porch areas, a large front porch with rockers, in addition to living and dining room, this was perfect.The beds were comfortable and all the other standard amenities were there. While crowded, the dining table could even accommodate all 10 of us. And it was only a block from ocean access. Perfect!

The home and location couldn’t have been better. We thoroughly loved Folly Beach and the home was perfect. We spent time at the large dining room table playing games and also loved the screened porch and patio.

Great for family reunion!
This house, on a quiet street just two blocks from the beach, was a perfect location for our family reunion. Lots of space for family gatherings on the front or back porches, the kitchen and living area. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to access the property an hour early and leave after the standard check-out time. Easy drive to Charleston for sight-seeing.

Amazing property
We rented this home for a long weekend for our family to stay in for our daughters Folly Beach wedding. It’s a short walk to the beach, tucked away from the beach traffic. We had plenty of room to accommodate everyone. The property owner was so accommodating to any request we had and she was quick to answer any questions we had. We would absolutely rent this property again in the future.

Huge house
overall nice experience, house was plenty big enough for a large family, back yard was disappointing, it looked like nobody takes care of it, we weren't able to go out back and sit around a fire if we wanted too.. However there was plenty to keep us busy on Folly Beach
