We enjoyed our stay over the busy holiday week. We loved having easy access to Peak 7 & 8, made it super convenient with different skiing schedules. The house was great, nice layout for families, even better than the pictures! Beautiful views, especially from the hot tub!

The house is in a great location and easy to get to. The pictures don't do the house justice. I thought it looked so much nicer in person.

Our stay at this home was exceptional. We have rented many homes in the past, and this one was by far the nicest one that we have rented. The owners were very helpful and provided instructions and information relative to the house and our stay. As other reviews have stated previously, the pictures do not do it justice. The home is very large and the décor is very fitting for a mountain setting. The sleeping accommodations are exceptional, as the bedrooms and the beds were large and very comfortable. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable. We had seven adults in our group and the large kitchen and eating area more than fit our needs. The large deck was a favorite place to hang out and the view off the deck is spectacular. Parking was ample for the two cars, but there is room for several more cars including the two car garage. The kitchen is well stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cooking utensils, and cookware. The cookware is top notch. There is a crock pot and gas grill. The grill is located on a deck just outside of the kitchen, making it very handy for grilling. No running no and down stairs. The house is located close to the town of Breckenridge. We would definitely rent this home again, if we vacation in Breckenridge again.

Very spacious, well supplied and beautiful location!

The house was beautiful and the kitchen well stocked. We will not return. The poorly constructed stairs and 2nd floor that were simply so noisy that it was nearly impossible to sleep in the Master bedroom due to the sound of footsteps above; as if you were underneath a bowling alley. The house also "moaned" if the wind was 15mph or higher. Sadly, not for families.

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean and beautiful. We love that there are pet friendly places like this property to stay. The deck was one of our favorite places to be. We would bird watch, we had foxes run across the yard, we even had 2 moose eating from the trees right next to the deck. I do have to warn future guests to check the outdoor surroundings before letting your dog out because of the moose. We didn’t see one in the yard once and it came up and stomped our elderly dog before we even knew what was happening. It was quite the rush but our dog is perfectly fine.

The house is spacious, bright and a nice kitchen, but... the dust everywhere was at least an inch thick, and other tenants didn't pick up dog poop nor did the cleaning staff so we cleaned the path to the hot tub and couldn't use the deck because it was everywhere. Also, there is a whole in the dryer vent which sends lint behind the dryer. This could be a fire hazard. Lastly, a rug in the bathroom would be appreciated.

Beds were comfortable. House was nice. Beautiful view. Driveway during snow season needs 4 wheel drive or chains. This is stated in the listing. Some of the chairs at the table and bar are in need of repair/replacement. Thermostats temperature tends to change without assistants. Top floor bedrooms would get very hot.

The photos do not do this property justice! It is much nicer in person than it appears in the photos! There were 10 of us and we had PLENTY of room to spread out! Our family celebrated Thanksgiving at this cabin and everyone had an amazing time! The kitchen is large and well stocked and has a lot of random items (spices, sugar, flour, snacks etc.) that appear to have been left by previous guests. The only thing lacking were a complete set of measuring spoons and measuring cups. There is a crockpot and plenty of dishes to prepare most meals. The location is great - not too far from Breckenridge or Frisco. We experienced a good snow the night before we left and one of our group that had driven a standard 2-wheel drive car had to be towed out by one of us that had a 4-wheel drive - so, definitely have 4WD if you plan to come in the winter. The view out of the immense front windows in the main living area is lovely but does get quite warm during the daytime if it is sunny. We rigged a thin blanket over the main, lower window to keep the glare off the TV or it would not have been viewable. The internet was out throughout our entire stay but the owners worked very hard to try to reestablish service through their internet provider. It was a bit of a bummer but I can't complain too much because the owner's really did do their best to try to fix the problem. Overall, our stay was amazing and we had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at this cabin! I would definitely recommend staying at this cabin!

It was hot the first few days & there were not any screens on the upstairs bedrooms so we could not open the windows at night.

The house was great for our family plus dog. It was quiet location with nice views. Beds were great. Common areas great. Worked out well for us.

The house is very good for families of all generations. We loved the neighborhood feel and the location was great. The kitchen and the bbq grill were used every day. The deck could use more furniture because we enjoyed it everyday! The bedrooms upstairsl helped when the adults were playing games and the master on the main floor was a good get away place. Joanne and her crew were just a phone call away but we did not have any issues at all. We would definitely stay here again.

We came for a family trip. The pics on this place DO NOT do this place justice. It's a huge house with lots of room. We had teenagers with us and there was plenty of room for them to have their own space. I had contact with the manager/owner twice. We did have noise complaint called in on us (oops). The neighbors are pretty close all around. I wasn't aware of what kind of neighborhood it was in. The kitchen dining room and living room are all open so everyone can visit while cooking/meal prepping. My biggest complaint is that you can hear every footstep from the 3rd story, we had the master on the 2nd floor. Besides that, we absolutely loved the property! The house feels lived in so you aren't so worried about messing anything up (some stains on the carpet, scratches on the dining room table). Thank you guys for having us!

Beautiful home just minutes away from downtown. Glad we could have our dog with us. Unfortunately, carpet is stained from other dogs, but everything else was very clean. Comfortable beds and everything we needed.

This house had great views of the mountains. plenty of space for 12 of us. hot tub was great. only suggestion might be to add more outdoor seating. would definitely stay here again

Upstairs bathroom and downstairs bathroom lights do not work. Dog poop on deck from previous. Outside of that house was great.

Great property with spectacular views and private neighborhood at competitive price. Highly recommend for family gatherings. Note that listing photos give a poor idea of the space. It's light, open, and spacious. There's also a working hot tub.

This property was perfect for our ski trip with friends. There are stunning Mountain views from the property! It’s very well equipped and clean. The only hiccup was that the hot tub doesn’t heat properly when the water level is low. Luckily Bucketing in additional water solved the problem, and Joanne worked swiftly to resolve it. It’s close to town, but definitely count on driving everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was as described, and fit our 2 families perfectly. The location was close and convenient to the slopes, city of Breck and surrounding areas. We had a hiccup with our car, and Kris with the management team was nothing but amazing to help us out with our situation. We really appreciate her help through it all. Thanks again!

The layout and location of this home are perfect for our family gatherings in Breckenridge. This was the second time our family stayed at this property during the Christmas holidays and as before it was fantastic! The kids love the bunks and pool table and the adults appreciate the large kitchen and cozy fireplace. We love visiting Breckenridge and hope to return soon.

The house was just as advertised- perfect for our little getaway. We were able to get into the house earlier than expected, and it was much appreciated. The response time on all my questions was super fast. I mistakenly left something behind, it was found and returned quickly, which was very much appreciated.

This property was a little hard to find initially but it is in a great place. It is large and comfortable and worked great for our group of friends. We had a few issues: 1. The refrigerator and freezer both were full when we arrived with food from the previous renter including open milk, eggs, etc. 2. The basement lights are very dim but the owner explained that they need to be replaced. 3. The smoke alarm started beeping because of low batteries. These issues really did not affect our stay but probably should be addressed. We used the hot tub and it was in good condition and we were all slept comfortably during our stay. I would recommend this property for a large family gathering. This property exceeds the pictures and description posted online. We would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our stay! They really need to update their photos on this site because the house looks WAY nicer in person. Other then that we were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful home in a quiet peaceful mountain setting but still close to town for daily activities. Plenty of space for a large group and everything needed to unwind and relax.

The house was it a great location not to far from the historic downtown which was amazing and about 15 minutes to the next little town that has shopping. The house was great with a beautiful view. The pictures online must be old because now there are houses next to it I thought it was secluded. We still had a great time and my family enjoyed it even the smaller ones.

Great place except carpets need a good cleaning and couch & chair cushions need replaced

My husband and I, along with another couple, stayed here for five nights in July. The house is ~5-8 minutes from downtown Breckenridge. It has a large kitchen that is easy for multiple people to use at the same time. Bedrooms are spaced far enough apart to provide plenty of privacy. The owner was very responsive to all my questions and responded within a couple of hours in most cases. Overall it was a great experience.
