Magnificent Gulf & Sunset Views in Belleair Beach
Immagina di essere seduto sul ponte che si affaccia su uno spettacolare tramonto sul Golfo del Messico sulla tua spiaggia privata nella bellissima Belleair Beach. Un "attico" unico, al secondo piano, l'intera parte superiore dell'edificio con un avvolgente ponte ¾ intorno. Questo ti dà una splendida vista dell'alba con la privacy per sederti con una tazza di caffè al mattino o grigliare il tuo pasto e goderti una cena all'aperto sul vasto ponte orientale 12x24. Un ponte meridionale 10x15 offre una vista sulla piscina e una vista diretta sul Golfo del Messico / tramonto dalla camera familiare o sul ponte occidentale 7x24 sul lato del Golfo. È letteralmente a 35 passi dalla spiaggia. Il mazzo è recintato.
Ci sono tre camere da letto che possono ospitare 6 e un divano letto in una delle due camere familiari per altri 2. Ci sono due bagni recentemente ristrutturati, una grande cucina completamente arredata, una zona pranzo con un tavolo per 6 (8 con l'anta) e due camere familiari. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, la seconda camera ha due letti singoli e la terza camera ha un divano letto matrimoniale con un materasso ad aria incorporato, che lo rende molto comodo. Nella seconda camera familiare c'è un altro divano letto matrimoniale. I bagni dispongono di piastrelle della metropolitana, ripiani in marmo e soffioni della foresta pluviale. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità e una cucina completamente arredata con lavastoviglie. Internet WiFi e TV a schermo piatto forniti. Tutto nell'unità è contemporaneo, i letti sono super confortevoli ed è perfettamente pulito, luminoso e arioso.
C'è una piscina riscaldata che serve solo 7 unità nel complesso.

My husband and I stayed here with our 5 children (ages 23-9). The condo was perfect! Pool and ocean are both right out your door. Condo was VERY spacious and comfortable! There are lots of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would definitely book with Ellen again! Communication with her was great! Thank you!

Ellen's property was perfect for me and my two friends. She emailed check in instructions which went smoothly. The two minor issues - I texted her and she responded immediately and communicated immediately. Definitely will stay here again. Beach access in seconds. The property was very spacious and met all of our needs!

I came here with my mom, a friend and her child for my birthday weekend. I loved how close I was to the beach and then I could have my coffee in the morning and see the ocean from the porch. Lots of space to relax and things in the closet to take to the beach! The kitchen had everything I needed to make a nice brunch. House was easy to find and Ellen was quick to respond if I needed her. She even accommodated a later check out considering it was mine and my mom‘s birthday this month!! I would definitely stay here again

The house was very cozy, everything we needed was provided and communication with the host was great. Easy access to the beach, the pool was nice as well. Parking isn't great but everything else was wonderful, looking forward to many stays in the future.

When we arrived the air conditioner was out. Owner was very quick to help with this. However, it did not get cool till the next day. First night was credited back. House probably needs a new cleaning crew as the one they had left a half bag of eaten chips and other trash behind the microwave. Floors were dirty. Refrigerator didn’t seem to get really cold very quickly. They have a washer and dryer but you will need to bring your own soap, owner wanted us to start the towels in the wash before we left, which I don’t believe should fall on the renter. Never seen that before and we rent a lot of properties. Seems like property is not being managed closely and probably could use a little more attention. We won’t be back to this rental but it worked for our needs.

Ellen the host was truly the best. She gave us a list of restaurants and things to do and was just very nice! The condo is spacious and we had everything that we needed. Our bed was comfortable too. The beach is private and not crowded and our pool was never crowded either. We truly enjoyed the gulf waters.

We found the property owner to be responsive and pleasant. The cable for the TVs went out several times during our stay and she responded quickly and was helpful
We found the bed comfortable and the shower had a nice shower head.
However, the unit needs a deep cleaning and a clean out. There was an inch thick of sticky dust on our window blinds, the floors needed to be mopped and the closets were jammed with random items; a 13” TV ( pre flat screens) hand held car vacuum, old paint cans, empty coffee can, etc….
On the 3sided deck there was an area with broken plastic outdoor furniture, old laundry basket and a tile table near by with so much rust it should of been discarded years ago. The floor in the large living room has a boardwalk like area nailed down in front of the front door. Odd.
My husband and I decided our first day there to clean and make the best of it. The location is good, the Gulf is steps away and the pool is very nice and well maintained.
The unit should be remodeled in the off season. It needs attention.

Ellen our host was wonderful. Check-in was very easy. I was surprised at the spaciousness of the unit. Looks like a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom that were consolidated making it three very large bedrooms.. Outdoor back deck overlooks the water. Stunning views. Stunning sunsets. Found all necessary soaps dishwashing liquid paper towel toilet paper Etc. Nicely stocked and very very clean. We will definitely go back again.. thank you Ellen ! we loved your place

Everything is wonderful! Had a few minor issues, which were reported to the homeowner, and they were taken care of quickly. This is a large place for the price and so close to the beach! Just be aware this place is upstairs, so loading and unloading up and downstairs can be a bit much for some.

Ellen the owner was absolute amazing to book and deal with when problems arose. The only thing negative I have to say is the cleanliness of the place, which I don’t blame Ms Ellen for that I blame the people hired to come and clean for her.. she wasn’t aware of any issues as to she hadn’t been informed, I let her know and she was right on it getting things taken care of. Will definitely rent from

Fit our needs perfectly
The location of the property was perfect for us as a family of 4. Bedrooms for everyone, to really spread out and get some space. For future renters, keep in mind this is not a sterile, hotel/resort place. It has Florida nature around you, from the multitude of birds and plantlife, reptilian wildlife and occasional insects. The proximity to the semi-private beach makes it more than worth it though. The only recommendation I would make to the owners is to provide more ample umbrellas for shade. We had the use of one heavy duty one and one that was weaker against the wind, rendering it unusable. All in all, would rent again.

June Trip
Property was nice, beds were comfortable, easy walk to a fantastic and quiet beach. Only had 2 issues.
Owner requests to start a load of sheets and/or towels before leaving and there was no laundry detergent to do this. Felt bad leaving a pile of laundry. We were there for a short stay so didn't bring any with us. Upon leaving we were unable to open the old lock box to put back the house key. Tried to reach owner numerous times for 1/2 hour through the Vrbo app and phone number. We didn't want to leave the house unlocked. Finally got through to the owner and the issue was resolved but it was frustrating and put a damper on the day as we had to rearrange our plans. Dishwasher did not work as well but we were notified of this before arrival. The best part was the amazing beach.

Great place!
We had a great time at this condo. It is not directly on the beach, but there is still a beautiful view of the water and sunset from the deck. We saw dolphins swimming in the gulf from there a number of times during the week which was super cool. Access to the beach was really easy and close. So much better than being in a high rise. The beach chairs were really nice quality which was nice. There were plenty of beach towels that were nice quality too. We didn't use the pool at all but it looked clean and wasn't super busy. The kitchen has all needed pots, pans, utensils etc. The dishwasher broke down right before our arrival, but since there were only 3 of us it wasn't too bad. Everything else was basically as we expected and it was a nice quiet enjoyable week.

Property owner was very attentive and responsive - easy to communicate with.
Condo’s location was great - the beach is not nearly as crowded as more tourist areas. We enjoyed the condo floorplan w/ 3 bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out. We utilized the pool a lot as well. Added bonus to have beach chairs/towels at the ready so we didn’t have to pack as much.

Great Spot On the Beach!!
This location was great! Stayed here over spring break with my family and had a great time! The condo is second floor and is a short walk (maybe 35 yds) to the beach. Has a great view from the west deck of the gulf and the sunsets! Close to many places to eat and to the grocery store just across the causeway. Ellen is excellent to deal with and made checking in a breeze! Condo also has a pool too that was nice to get out of the sand once in awhile! The neighbors were all friendly and didn’t mind my 9 year old splashing around in the pool! Would stay here again and would recommend for anyone wanting a nice week on the beach with the family!

Family Vacation
Overall the property was nice. Had a wonderful view of sunset. The condo had all the amenities you would need for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, etc, so that was convenient! The condo is located upstairs with several stairs to climb, so it’s not convenient for elderly individuals! The property manager, Ellen, was very easy to work with and was easily accessible through text! Thank you for making our family vacation enjoyable!!!

We very much enjoyed our trip. The location was great and the beach was very close and convenient for the family. Everything was quiet and peaceful, the pool was a great time. The property came equipped with a lot of beach chairs and umbrellas, which was great. Check in process was very convenient. Will definitely be back in the future.
