Great house, second time we've been here!

I visited this VRBO 2 months in a row. Loved the stunning views and very comfortable beds.Clean and attractive decor, though some areas are a bit worn. On my first visit, I was there with six women. They found very inconvenient things like master bedroom shower leaking excessively, guest room bath sink very slow to drain and only one dishwasher pod allotted for 3 days of cooking and cleaning. There were dishes and glasses that were chipped, some possibly dangerous if used by children. I set those items out on the counter and let the property manager, Linda, know by message that these areas were of concern. On my second trip last weekend with a different group of five ladies, we found that the manager completely ignored concerns about chipped and cracked dishes by putting them back in the kitchen cabinet ....see photo. We cooked quite a bit and were very surprised to see that there was no pepper in the kitchen. We did not think to bring something so basic to a high-end VRBO. The master bath shower still leaked and the guest bathroom drain still backed up and was slow to drain. The master bath toilet requires that you hold the handle down until all the contents leave the bowl. Yuck. We wanted to use the TV, but found no instructions to help us navigate three remotes and several devices. Our impression was that they didn't want us to use the TV. I travel extensively and have stayed in VRBO all over the world, but have never felt so unimportant and unwelcome.

It's a large beautiful home that's just perfect for a gathering of friends or family.

This Dillon Beach house was tucked up in a hill overlooking the coast. It was a warm, yet foggy weekend and beautiful the way the fog crept in and surrounded the house. It made it all the more special when the sun did poke out. It was great to have their garage playroom to hang out with our teens!

This property is beautiful and the location is stunning. It’s the perfect spot for folks who want a quiet, relaxing time.

We enjoyed our stay! Bedrooms were comfortable, got excellent sleeps. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space for everyone. Perfect place for entertaining family and friends. Definitely recommend. The local deer visitors were just the cutest!

Photos of this property are on point. Beautiful views. Very spacious house. Very well equipped and clean too. Communication with manager was excellent. Would definitely recommend this house for a nice getaway.

My family and I stayed at this house for a small reunion and quality time with our new baby. The home is truly perched atop the tallest hill in Dillon Beach and the views are incredible! Our first few days were quite foggy but we still enjoyed the mist rolling over the hills, even when we couldn’t see the beach view from our window. There was cute wildlife to observe right in front of the large windows everyday! The home is very large, plenty of room for everyone. They do not carry any baby supplies so you would need to bring your own pack n play, etc. We had a lot of fun playing all the games in the garage (pool, ping pong, and more) and hot tubbing/star gazing. The home could be quite amazing with some updates. Overall cleanliness was fine, but could benefit from a deep clean. I did send a message to the host about an early check in and never heard back. Overall, we loved our stay. It was a great spot for family gathering and I would stay here again happily just to have my coffee on that deck each morning!

The interaction with the host was great! House was clean, water pressure in the showers was great, and the beds were comfortable! The view was spectacular and the floor plan of the house was awesome! Minutes to the wonderful beach!

Property is perfect. The views are the best I have seen. I will book again!

The gas grill was unusable due to it being a completely rusted out and broken piece of crap. Probably hadn’t been used in years. We needed it for 2 dinners. Garbage disposal was broken & full of rotted scraps. MB sheets don’t fit. Indicators on cooktop knobs worn off. Hsekeeping left storage closet unlocked and bath towels in dryer. Loose tv and wifi connections. Premium rental? Never again!

We had a hard time leaving it was such an easy place to fit into.

This home has one of the most beautiful coastal shoreline views I have ever seen. Feels like you are on top of the world! House was huge with plenty of room for a group of friends. Sectional couch in front of the panoramic windows was sensational!!! We gathered there all weekend. Only advice I can give the home owner is we had trouble with ants in the kitchen. We felt there needed to be more bath towels for use and also it would be great to have beach towels for hot tub use. We also struggled with the electric stove in the kitchen. It could use an update! All in all the house was just what we were hoping for. Definitely would stay again!!!

The house was great! We enjoyed our time immensely. We used the hot tub daily and built a couple fires while there. Communication with the owner was great. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

It was a perfect place for a group of older ladies having a getaway. Nice, safe and walkable neighborhood. Amazing views and nice floor plan. An additional bathroom/shower would have been useful, as it sleeps 8, but one bathroom is in the master suite. Would definitely return and recommend.

A wonderful place for our girl’s get away. The hot tub has such an amazing view!

The view from this place is unreal! Also amazing to have a generously sized, truly comfortable couch with the view. And a hot tub with the view. Kitchen sink with the view. And beds with the view! We were two families (with two 4-year olds and one 2 yo), and the layout of the bedrooms worked perfectly for our group - each family at one end of the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loads of space for the kids to play inside. Beach and hikes truly magical. Will definitely stay again.

The location and home is perfect for family or just adult friends. Perfect to come and relax and get away. The views are what make this house the best. Areas to improve - *no saran wrap, aluminum foil in kitchen *we had issues with the water heater. We were given a solution for our stay but it was an inconvenience wondering if we were going to have hot water in the morning and have to address the issue ourselves each day. *I recommend replacing the BBQ. It is in bad shape. My husband was able to make it work but don't recommend for future guests.

Everyone loved this property, especially the views. We would be happy to return for our annual getaway.

We always love the pacific coast of Marin County, and have stayed at many places. This one is the one of best in so many aspects. Breathtaking view, peaceful neighborhood, well stocked, beautiful spaces. All kinds of things to enjoy the house. Both kids and adults don't want to leave this house during the entire stay. Also, the property manager, Joe, helped us to resolve a technical issue with a breeze. We will definitely come back again!!! Thank you.

Second time staying with family at this beautiful home. The view is even better in person, and the hot tub and game room are highlights for the kids and adults alike. A favorite getaway for our family. We will be back!

We had stormy weather and property manager was very responsive. Nice the house has a back up battery to keep frig and some lights on for a short bit. Info book needs updating about the limits of the battery. Like No stove or microwave and bar b que needs cleaning if it is to be back up cook top. House views are tremendous. House is well appointed. Beds are great.

This was a girlfriends' week getaway. The house was clean, with comfortable beds and sofa. The beach was a few minutes drive from the house. We didn't get to use the hot tub but it was available. There was a family of deer living near by which we enjoyed very much. The house is as depicted in photos. The deck could use more comfortable furniture as it was hard to seat there to enjoy the views. Overall it was a wonderful place and I would definitetly go back.

Was a nice family get away. Had elderly parent lots of stairs is my only complaint. A little over priced for the age of the decorations and house. The house needs a deep cleaning. cupboards were sticky and have no handles and the heaters are dirty. I have cleaned vaca rentals and every once n awhile they need a deep clean of pots and pans, floors and windows. This one is due. There was mold in shower. Towels were not dried completely and were damp. Would have preferred you left them in dryer. One of the comforters had big brown spot/stain. Some of the extra blankets were dirty.

Wonderful views!!! Layout of the house is great, you have an ocean view from all three bedrooms. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. Would of liked some Saran Wrap or foil, but next time I’ll know to bring that. Could not get the TV changers to work ( there were 3). Would have been helpful for directions for the TV. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this rental!! We never made it into the hot tub but had a great time playing pool, ping pong and enjoying the beautiful view (before the fog rolled in). Would definitely book again!!!

Beautiful house with lots of activity for the grandchildren. We would rent this house again!

The house was amazing the property is just mins from the beach you can see Bodega and Tomales bay as well as dillion beach from the deck. The hot tub was so awesome after a long day of adventuring and just listening to the ocean while relaxing Very amazing vacation home thanks so much for sharing

Owner was quick at responding and professional. We arrived early and was allowed to check in early. Everything was easy and smooth. I give the place and my experienced a 10/10.

We enjoyed a six day stay in late April. The house was better than described, amazing picture windows allowed for great view of the beach and Tómales Bay. The beautiful interior and game room(garage) had everything one needed for a comfortable stay. We are looking forward to a return visit.

This home was amazing for our family of 6. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood it is the perfect relaxing getaway. Everything in the home was listed. We will definatly make this one of our top choices when visiting the area.

We highly recommend this house for its beauty and amazing ocean view. It is well equipped and spacious...perfect for six of us, including a baby and a toddler. Dillon Beach is a quick car ride away and offers a lovely ocean experience.
